Second time visiting this location. First of all the place isnt air conditioned (i went in the middle of summer). Its as hot inside as it is outside. Second the food portion is minimal.This was a most disturbing experience. I walked in, grabbed my wallet from my backpack and proceeded to walk over to order. The man at the register (owner) did not use his words but grunted at me and waved or pointed towards the soda...Im completely confused and say excuse me!? And he did the same thing again!! Im trying to talk to him what do you mean, what??? he just kept doing the same, he was being a total jerk and very rude, refused to use his words.Im so incredibly uncomfortable and at this point i just walk out. I will never go back to this location. Dont care what HIS problem was, im a person and i did not deserve that.

Not happyAs I walked to this classic Japanese franchise, I was hoping for a better then McDs experience. I was greeted with a gentlemen. He seems very impatient to all the customers including me. Might be a bad day.“The rice are still Very good!”

2023-1-27: This branch has always performed below average: yesterday I tried to use the apps buy one bowl get one free coupon, and after the system scan the coupon disappeared, which meant it worked. The girl told me the total was $13.xx. I knew it couldnt be right because $8.69 plus a 10% tax should be $9.56. I asked about it, and it took her 5 minutes but still couldnt figure it out. Finally, a manager came and asked me, I show him what happened, and he replied Yeah, yeah, I know! Then, he gave me a discount of 2 for $10, and I was charged $11.00 after tax! Please get your numbers right and be serious!!!2020 review: After the order, I asked the girl to exchange two dimes and a nickel into a quarter. She acted like I was a thief and spoke with a really condescending tone we cannot do that okay! Bit she gave it to me right after. Whats the big deal? I am ordering from your restaurant! Her jacket hid her name tag, and thats predicted; otherwise she would have been let go long time ago due to complaints!

This middle aged asian man always has such an impatient attitude. Previously, it is what it is. My order has always been accurate, so no complaints. Ordered in store today, but he got one order completely wrong. I didnt realize it until I got home. I got (2) combo plates. He messed up part of the order on the receipt by writing NO VEGETABLES. I saw it on the LCD POS screen, so I asked him, So both orders come with vegetables right? and he curtly nods in assent. By the time I get home and open up my plate, that one plate has NO VEGETABLES and the tilapia had somehow become original beef. I checked my receipt to see if he messed up the protein choice. Nope. It says tilapia, so whoever put together the order also messed up. Its a fast food restaurant, but one that is prone to mistakes. Theyre the closest Yoshinoya around here so Ill still go back, but Im always going to double check my order before I leave the store. Youve been warned.

The improvement in customer service (warm welcoming, accurate taking of orders, speedy service) especially when Steven is around and freshness preparing your order its a plus at this location. I wish all 100% of the employees were like the one mentioned above... Ill give them 5 stars!£

Fresh food friendly service and order is usually correct. Sometimes depending on I guess who works there its either too much veggies or very little quantities of food. But, its always have been very hot. Thats a bonus! 👍😀

Been to this location a few times and staff isnt incredibly friendly. Wait is usually prolong compared to other locations. Last time I was here, the honey walnut shrimp was very very under cooked and tasted horrible. I avoid that menu item now.

Food is decent.Disappointed they didnt take Android pay (even though theyre listed in the app as taking Android pay). Went to pay for my food and was told that they only take Apple pay and Samsung pay but not Android pay.

I went to this location today between 12:45 to 1 pmThe guy who took my order is very rude, It is not the first time that he acts like this with me . It seems that guy does not like it when the people buy food with the coupons it was a client in front of me and he was too kind with him cause he wasnt buying with the coupon but with me when it was my turn and he saw the coupon on my hand right away he changed his attitude being rude with me.

Have gone to many other yoshinoyas but honestly the staff in the night is rude to be exact the cook...if the cashier is on the phone receiving a phone order and you dont feel like helping the customer then dont because being rude only caused me to leave and eat elsewhere...if you dont like your job its not the customer fault..
