Zaky Mediterranean Grill in Claremont

Crew went in for lunch. Not many people inside. Going off a menu picture previously posted. Oh no prices have gone up considerably. 1 item listed at 10, now 16. Sides with your selection are very small portions. Rice had a yellow color but no real flavor. Looking for more spices to be used. Was something different but not to rave about. Drink station could use some help. Restrooms was closed to the public (saw employees use it). Parking lot is small. Also starbucks drive thru line runs right in front of their business.

I was a long time customer of Zakys and hadnt been in a while so I thought Id try it again. I was extremely disappointed in what I ordered. $15 ($18 with tax) for a few measley pieces of chicken compared to the giant bowl of rice (and a drink, but that doesnt make up for it). A huge waste of money. Go to Kebab G Stop in La Verne and youll get way more food thats also better tasting for the same price.

I ordered a plate, and it was just okay. The chicken was cooked perfectly and had good seasoning, but everything else was subpar. Unfortunately, the falafel was extremely dry and lacked flavor. Additionally, I had paid for extra protein in my take-out order, but I never received it.

$19 for 5 pieces of chicken and some sides???They are so stingy with the kebab plates - no wonder my group was the only one inside.Good chicken but dang, I feel like I spent $19 on an appetizer.If you’re looking to carb load, come get some at zakys bc they give you plenty of rice. Stay away if you want a good portion of meat.

Craving middle eastern cuisine, used Maps to find the nearest to where I rent, menu is simple and easy to order, dine in available, modern and minimalist setup, just my kind of spot, ordered Plate with 2 Proteins, chicken shawarma and beef and lamb shawarma, crispy and bite size pieces, another plus for me, not bad for the price and easy to access from highway I-10, definitely will come back, regards

Ordered a bowl with chicken kabob. Big bowl full of rice but only 5 small pieces of chicken. Also ordered a side of toubuleh, and the portion was so small it looked like a dipping sauce. Very expensive for very small portions.

Friendly staff, great food, reasonable prices. Atmosphere is pretty much like a McDonalds.

Very tasty selections. A lot of items it’s a must to try them all. Photos I posted are chicken shawarma and falafel and the 2nd one is beef and lamb bowl, while the 3rd photo is beef and lamb bowl with falafel.

Everythings scratch! Boy, can you taste the 5☆s! Cuisine developed over thousands of years...perfected here...NOW! Totally cravable 5☆ food!Goes down so smoothly you could eat it everyday...(and I have) sooooo healthy.World-class-cuisine-fast-food-style. Their recipes hold up for 5...locations...(and growing to 6 soon)! Theyve nailed consistancy! Everythings from scratch and that makes a huge difference. George and his family have mastered the art of healthy fast-food...Mediterranean style.One of the marks of a great restaurant is the sauce. Their garlic sauce is perfection...(and that aint easy folks).A real find! I wish they were as thick as Starbucks...one on every corner.On my top 10 Mediterranean Restaurants List! (With pleasure!)

They are always polite. I had one small problem and they fixed it on my return visit. So whenever we are in the mood for Middle Eastern, we eat there.
