I would have given them 10 stars if I could & if I wouldnt have went back just recently because everytime Ive come here it was fantastic the food was very tasty it seemed almost like it got better with each visit however about a week ago I ordered ahead & picked up my food on the way home the pork crispy dumplings were absolutely delicious however the ramen soup with braised pork belly was not at all the great super tasty deliciousness that was its former glory & I was really jonesing for that in particular the closest I found close to me that I could get any kind of ramen soup the kind of like maybe a tiny bit was like the ramen soup you can get at Legoland $12 a bowl but its to die for and cant find it except at Legoland devastating but they really dropped the ball this time I dont know maybe different employees maybe they just didnt make very good soup that day Im not sure Im sure I will go back and Ill be able to add the other two stars because I have never had a bad experience before until I recently went in there it wasnt bad per se the soup I wanted really bad was not up to par other than that they have an A+ on everything else customer service, time spent waiting for your order, & their cuisine always delicious like their watermelon I think its a watermelon smoothie or slushy I dont know but its so fresh & tastes only like the watermelon its made with which is fresh & seems to be perfectly ripe yum & I would recommend them to everybody.

1st time in Waba Grill and waited a long time to be helped to take my order. The female cashier was playing around on phone and singing to music. She was hanging out with the other female employee who was chopping steak. When the cashier took my order she was rude and hardly acknowledged me as a customer. The cashier was scooping rice in bowls without gloves and her long pink finger nails were in the bowls! How unsanitary! The cashier was again dancing to music as people entered the place in line. Two men came after me and the cashier was completely catering to them. With me, she acted very standoffish. As I waited for my food, I noticed that the cashier was chopping steak with no gloves on. Then the cashier packed multiple beef bowls and took them to the front counter. My number was 93, but the cashier purposely called 94 who was the guy behind me. Then she called 96, and I immediately went up to the counter and said Im 93. She didnt even look at me just stared at the counter and mumbled ok. She didnt even ask me if I wanted any sauces...I had to ask. This cashier employee on my receipt was server Cash D. Not sure if this is even her name. She clearly ignored me and was purposely being rude for no reason. I have never been treated so badly as a customer. Is there even a manager that is checking on how their employees act towards customers? Oh and evertime you call the phone number you get hanged up on. I called multiple times on the way there and you absolutely cannot get through. Whats up with that? Beyond poor customer service....treated disrespectfully. I will never go back to the Waba grill in Apple Valley off Hwy 18!
