This has been the worst customer service experience that I ever had, I came in today and ordered a waba bowel with avocado, tiffany repeated the order back to me and it was correct. Then I asked for Brown rice and at first they refused to fix it because it was already done (I am allergic to white rice). They manager gave me a side of Brown rice, I told her that my order needs to remade because the meat is already pre-contaminated from the rice and now I cannot eat that. The manager was extremely rude and they fixed it with the rice. However, the meat was was still incorrect they gave me steak, I was asked for waba (chicken and steak), the manager has the nerve to argue with me because they cannot follow simple directions. I am a manager at Subway, so I understand food service, customer service and everything in between. I asked for the district managers number and she refused to give it to me twice. If you dont have customers honey, you no longer have a job, which means loss of income dumbass. I am not complaining for free things, but you guys need to seriously work on your staff. I would never recommend anyone to eat at this location, it was my very first visit AND DEFIANTLY MY LAST.

Located on Perris Blvd & Nuevo Rd by Food 4 Less. This is the old Palm Thai location transformed into this new Asian Fusion & Boberia.The restaurant is clean with modern, cute decor (with plenty of picture ops for that IG post lol) and plenty of seating.Today, I tried their Yellow Curry with Chicken and their Pad Se Ew with Beef, both were very fresh and tasted delicious. I was excited to see they have the oil chili, which tasted so good.Overall, I had a good experience here and cant wait to try more menu items.
