I love this place. I have really good spirits every time I go. It seems like all of the ladies know exactly how I like my vegetables! Very very well done. Gigi, and Maria are great employees!My food is great every time I order. The only problem that I have is that I asked for a side of shrimp. I paid the extra fee and got what I thought was a side of shrimp. 11/8/23Got home and opened the container and it was literally 2 shrimp! I was very disappointed. I couldn’t believe that I only had two shrimp. A bit disappointed but overall the food was great. Service is always great. I hope this review helps others.

Love this spot! The only waba grill I confidently trust in serving me good food as well as great customer service. This restaurant went above and beyond my expectations. I ordered the shrimp veggie bowl and wow, way above what I expected. I enjoy going to Waba Grill in Parris, the ride there is worth it.. Everytime I go I like Maria to serve me I like her customer service and she always has a welcoming smile. Not every customer service has that.. The food is amazing n always fresh n hot !! So far No complaints from me n my Mom.. We will surely keep coming back.

I realized the employee taking orders named Kimberly was struggling with keeping up taking orders as well as taking out the orders. However, Gigi was able to multitask and get orders out before there was any complaints and apologized for the wait or any inconvenience. She was definitely everywhere doing everything as well as trying to keep the workflow going and meals out on time. I appreciate her customer service and her dedication to the store as well as her customers. Definitely would love to come back and I hope shes on shift so I know I am guaranteed perfect customer service.

Visited here today 11/8/21I’m not from this area and I decided to try and grab something on my lunch. I chose WaBa Grill. The chicken plate wasn’t what o expected and the taste was very bland and not tasteful. I would not eat there again. First impression was nasty and although I am practicing small portions. Waba Grill in Perris has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. First of all, they never welcome or greet. I placed the order online, it said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived two minutes early, I knew I had to wait because there were more people first than me, but after a few minutes I saw that people who arrived after me were getting their food. I saw that the cashier was putting more orders ready for pick up in a basket. The woman/cashier never asked if I was there to pick up or if I was there to place an order, she was not very polite. Then a white woman came in and another employee asked her if she was there to pick up an order and the customer said yes, so the employee immediately took the order and gave it to her, but she ignored me. I had waited 12 minutes, so I had to ask about my order, I told her that I was waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. She only asked my name and yes, my order was there, but she never said sorry for the wait, she didnt say a word. Honestly, it was my first time there, but for sure it was my last.Tip: Waba Grill managers or owners should give their employees more good manners talks.

What a poor excuse for a restaurant.... I had to repeat my order to the cashier lady multiple times because she couldn’t be bothered to listen when I was speaking and they still got almost all of my larger order to go wrong. Also I had to wait for my order in till after they served all the people that came in after me To order. Rudeness and poor service is what they have plenty of at this location, avoid here at all costs unless you desire and terrible experience and the wrong food. The meal tasted great.I ordered a tofu plate, which included somewhat grilled tofu with rice, kale salad, and a slice of orange. Personally, I would have liked less dressing in my salad, but no biggie. I also think the portion size could be a bit bigger, but if what they claim about their food is true, then be it.

When i order online and ask for hot sauce thru the app, they should put multiple packets, not just 1. As a regular customer i am disappointed, cant even enjoy my meal properly. HORRIBLE! I love WaBa Grill but this location does not meet the standards as other WaBa Grill. I paid 20 bucks for two bowls, which i was ok with, but when i got home the bowls looked half eaten. This has been the worst customer service experience that I ever had, I came in today and ordered a waba bowel with avocado, tiffany repeated the order back to me and it was correct. Then I asked for Brown rice and at first they refused to fix it because it was already done (I am allergic to white rice). They manager gave me a side of Brown rice, I told her that my order needs to remade because the meat is already pre-contaminated from the rice and now I cannot eat that. The manager was extremely rude and they fixed it with the rice. However, the meat was was still incorrect they gave me steak, I was asked for waba (chicken and steak), the manager has the nerve to argue with me because they cannot follow simple directions. I am a manager at Subway, so I understand food service, customer service and everything in between. I asked for the district managers number and she refused to give it to me twice. If you dont have customers honey, you no longer have a job, which means loss of income dumbass. I am not complaining for free things, but you guys need to seriously work on your staff. I would never recommend anyone to eat at this location, it was my very first visit AND DEFIANTLY MY LAST.

I came crabbing this place and the cashier tells me that they are not taking credit cards at all since I dont know what time I ask for a corporate number and the lady tells my manager Linda is taking care of the problem so I then ask her for the number anyway and she told me that her manager Linda told her if a customer comes asking for the corporate number to tell them to look it up I walked hungry and with no because i dont carry cash upset first time going here and last
