This has been the worst customer service experience that I ever had, I came in today and ordered a waba bowel with avocado, tiffany repeated the order back to me and it was correct. Then I asked for Brown rice and at first they refused to fix it because it was already done (I am allergic to white rice). They manager gave me a side of Brown rice, I told her that my order needs to remade because the meat is already pre-contaminated from the rice and now I cannot eat that. The manager was extremely rude and they fixed it with the rice. However, the meat was was still incorrect they gave me steak, I was asked for waba (chicken and steak), the manager has the nerve to argue with me because they cannot follow simple directions. I am a manager at Subway, so I understand food service, customer service and everything in between. I asked for the district managers number and she refused to give it to me twice. If you dont have customers honey, you no longer have a job, which means loss of income dumbass. I am not complaining for free things, but you guys need to seriously work on your staff. I would never recommend anyone to eat at this location, it was my very first visit AND DEFIANTLY MY LAST.

Located on Perris Blvd & Nuevo Rd by Food 4 Less. This is the old Palm Thai location transformed into this new Asian Fusion & Boberia.The restaurant is clean with modern, cute decor (with plenty of picture ops for that IG post lol) and plenty of seating.Today, I tried their Yellow Curry with Chicken and their Pad Se Ew with Beef, both were very fresh and tasted delicious. I was excited to see they have the oil chili, which tasted so good.Overall, I had a good experience here and cant wait to try more menu items.

Took my wife and 2 kids to eat around 11:45 today Saturday 10-23. Total for all 4 of us with plates & soda was close to $48. Gave the cashier a $100 bill and she states that she couldnt accept my money since they dont take any bills over $100.I understand if the total is $8 and you try to pay with a $100, but my total was $48. I actually ended up walking out, since Im not about to go ask for change. I will probably not come back here again.Word of advice to the new owners, take care of your clients. You just let a $50 sale walk out the door plus all the future service. This is not a good way to start a business.

Today i think my items were overpriced!! i paid 21.27 for a chicken salad,meatball sandwich with Bell peppers and a large drink when the chicken salad is 659 and so is the chef salad but what she did was charged me 6:59 for the chef salad and another 299 for chicken on it $0.49 for the Bell pepper on the meatball sandwich which it was already 7:19, 1 99 for a large drink heres half the sandwich and the salad not worth it at all!!and the ham and turkey was slimy and the chicken was dry and they were super thin pieces!! not happy at all !!its usually alot better but the salad wasnt even half as big as farmerboys which is even cheaper.not happy with todays purchase .

The manager is a bad cook, and a jerk. We brought our food home then found that the peppers buried in our spicy orange chicken were burnt to charcoal, which *obviously* made the whole dish taste burnt. I called to let them know. The girl who answered politely said they would replace the entrees next time we came in, just bring the receipt, and she took my name and number ->> which is what GOOD customer service is.Unfortunately the jerk manager/cook made her call me back and say I would have to bring the entrees to him to prove it, and I had to do it NOW. Really??? Oh, okay, Im gonna bring it alright! It was a Friday night, end of the week, end of a long day. I was not dressed for going out, nor was I in the mood, which is why we picked up food to take home. I had to get the baby out of bed, drag our burnt food back, take the food into the restaurant, and wait for him to feel like coming to the counter. Then, seeing my burnt entrees before his eyes HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT THE EDIBILITY OF HIS BURNT FOOD!!! I told him to try it himself, THEN he tells the girls to replace the entrees only. No apology. No gratis food for all of the trouble he put paying customers through.Nasty management. Nasty cook. Nasty food. Nasty service.

Decent asian restaurant focussing on noodles, curry and rice in the Perris area. The food is tasteful, a bit more expensive than expected but portion sizes are decent to fill someone who has a good appetite. The curry are a little monotonous but frankly for Perris the restaurant itself is a variety in itself. The staff is nice and easy to work with. The place is clean and the fried rice is freshly made when ordered. I will say it is way more than what many other mainstream Thai restaurants in more urban areas offer. Wish to return and enjoy their food and hoping they maintain and remain consistent with their quality.

Communication breakdown or just ripped off...Came in and stated I had a large KariOut order and she still tried to plate my order in the styrofoam containers. My order, repeated several times was:1 x Wonton Soup1 x Chow Mein [Large]2 x Kung Pao Chicken [Large]2 x Orange Chicken [Large]2 x Egg Rolls1 x Fried Chicken WingsWhat was in the bag when I got home was:1 x Wonton Soup1 x Chow Mein [Large]1 x Kung Pao Chicken [Large]1 x Orange Chicken [Large]2 x Egg Rolls1 x Fried Chicken WingsA Kung Pao Chicken and an Orange Chicken were missing. And, to make matters worse I gave them a very good tip.I still enjoyed the food, however, I wont be returning. I have no desire to make the drive back and try to communicate the problem with them. Went here on a Friday afternoon/night and it was pretty empty. Quality of the food is always a hit or miss. Many people seems to go here, but I think it is only because of the buffet style. Tables are mostly sticky and the plates are always wet. If they want to charge around 15 bucks per person for dinner, I suggest they up the quality and service of the food. Another Asian buffet style restaurant would easily take away sales from them and out them at risk. Overall I say ehh...
