A needle in a haystack A diamond in the rough, there cant be any better analogies for this place. From is revamping when it originally opened with a lost menu and confusing food and confusion to what the loft was. It has now earned the true meaning of a amazing quality restaurant with amazing customer service. What makes the service SO AMAZING! is there workers, one in particular, Shannon AKA Shenanigans. Words cant explain to how amazing her customer service skills are, to be honest more restaurants need more workers like her, becuase of her, we continuously go to that bar every Friday, (except recently due to work related issues). I highly recommend the loft give her a much earned promotion and raise, because without her the Loft would be so blunt and boring.Now to the food, which was once lost but now has been found. From the amazing sushi to the bomb A$$ noodles, the menu has brought back the loft to life. When it comes to the drinks, if you are a IPA lover, make a stop in this bar, becuase the IPAs are amazing, and the menu size is decent (PLEASE ADD MORE IPAs) besides the amazing buzz lol, the views just put this place over the top, from the stunning mountain sides of jamul to the blissful clear country skies, never have a been to a place where the views are truly breath taking and take you away from that city living.Loft 94 is a true getaway from the home kitchen. If I could have it my way, i would love to keep this place a hidden Gem, but I cannot hold on to such amazing place to myself, as this Gem deserves to be seen by all.(TO MANAGMENT, PLEASE OPEN THIS RETUARANT 7 DAYS A WEEK, AS THIS PLACE IS MUCH DESERVING TO BE SEEN AND TRIED BY ALL, THE NOODLES AND SUSHI ALONE ARE WORTH THE 15 MIN DRIVE, ON TOP OF YOUR AMAZING STAFF)

****All my family members have been play in this casino since 2022, I am onyx member, others are pearl members. But we noticed since they starting build the hotel, the slot machine are tighter and keep getting same cards after they change the auto shuffle machine on table.****On Texas holder table, there is NO WAY we are continuously getting same cards ( for example Aces and 9, or continuously getting same card over and over)within hours. And dealer keep getting trips(3 of kind, pair aces, full house…), what’s the odds keep getting the same cards with two different stacks cards.???On Free bet table, Dealer barely busted, always getting 19-21 for hours, even the dealer keep getting 13-16, the end still keep getting 21.As onyx member, I feel there is no big difference between onyx and pearl, almost same benefit. The floor manager always miscount how much you lose or win on the table, even when they count correct on how much did you buy in(most of time they missed the count how much we buy in, you have to constantly asking after buy in more, and floor managers give you a dirty looks), and you left with $2, is that so hard to do the math for how much you lost?The drink service, what kind of rule is you are only allow to have one drink at the time? Even when you asking for one non alcohol drink and a water!!!!!I understand come to casino, you will face to lose or win, I have no problem of lose, but Fair is the key, lately I realized, even on the table game, it’s not Fair anymore, because you are playing with computer(auto Shaffer machines), I have talk to multiple onyx table players, they noticed same thing, keep getting same cards after they change to the new auto Shaffer machines.Suggestions:1. Should banned the cigar in this casino!!!2. to be fair, Draw the price in front of people!!!3. Put table in non smoking area!!!4. Better ventilation, I don’t want play with computer and getting cancer!!!5. Treat VIP as VIP!!! I became to onyx member within three or four months, you can tell I play here a lot and bid high, but I still getting low on monthly play and cash on Friday that compares to my family members ( pearl members)6. truly response reviewer’s complaint or suggestion, I read a lot reviews, all I see is we are sorry but not doing any changes!!!7. My mom lost her cell phone here, but surveillance refused to provide videos to police.8. have better and real Asians food, most of dishes in Chinese restaurant are just sweet.If Jamul casino is all care about Winning money from players to build the hotel, you are going to lose customers, people are not stupid to not noticed the changes and the quality of service.

Jamul Casino is the only casino in San Diego that offers a buffet to the public not just for Elite members. Other casinos that once offered buffets are now transformed into dine-in restaurants or food halls.The buffet is held at the Tony Gwynn’s sports pub only on Weds through Saturday from 4-10pm. $75 for Saturday and $59.95 for the other days. Different rewards tier will get member in free+1 (Pearl), 50% off (amber), 20% off (aqua) or 10% off (ruby). Each person needs a card for discount to work. You may use your food credit if it’s not expired.Saturday cost more because it has prime rib and Alaskan king crab.There are two lines. We came on Friday and people started lining up at 3:45. One line for Pearl members and the other line for the 3 tiers. They allow 2 parties to check in from the Pearl line and 1 from the other line and alternate back and forth.The buffet station is set up on one side of the room. You stand in line and tell the servers what you want and they will plate your food for you. It’s not self serve except for the soup.Friday night items:Roasted vegetablesBaked MusselsMahi-mahiCalamariSalmonseafood penneDungeness crabSnow crabGarlic butter baked Lobster tailHerb crusted SirloinClam chowderOysters and salad had their own station on the opposite side.Same with Desserts: cupcake, cheesecake, cookie, apple pie, ice creamKing crab was available for Pearl and Onyx members on Fridays but available for everyone on Saturday.For crab, you get an entire claw cluster. The snow crab was a bit over boiled and the shell kept breaking but the meat was sweet. The Dungeness crab was spiky but it’s a hard shell so the meat stayed intact. Both were served hot not cold on ice like other buffets.Sticking to oysters, lobster and crab was the way to go. The sever didn’t know what type of oysters was being served but my guess was a west coast type. It was on the smaller side, sweet and very fatty, easy to slurp. It was so yummy. I was happy they had mignonette sauce.You can order drinks with your server. But the alcohol bar downstairs in this dining room and right outside serves regular cocktails. The bar upstairs at Loft 94 offers Asian inspired cocktails and tastes so much better!We sat along the wall which had a tv at every booth. Although the menu is limited, it has all the fresh seafood items that we all love.

I like going to this recently when I visit Jamul Casino. Just know you must be 21+ to enter here.The food is decently priced. If you are a casino player you can get a discount. Portions are decent and the quality is also decent. Since this is a casino, the ambiance is always a bit noisy or loud.If you're not in the mood to sit down, they can take your orders outside a kiosk stand to the right of the outside.
