Kin Sushi
25381 Alicia Pkwy Ste M, Laguna Hills, CA 92653, United States
We have been coming here for about a year. We like the food very much but this place has major problems which are becoming mission critical and we will not eat here again. First of all, the place has always been very cold and we, even summertime, have always worn sweatshirts to eat there. This time, it is winter and very cold out. inside it was cold and got colder by the minute. When we arrived, no one said hello. there were only a few tables and I had to ask to sit down and I asked if I could sit at a table and I received a nod.I sat and waited for my wife who arrived to meet me a few minutes later.I ordered a couple of things and asked it the heat could be turned on. It never wasThe food was good but we had to ask for everything. I should actually say that the sushi and sashimi were good. The miso was horrible. The salad came without dressing. it was a horror show out front with the person who runs the place out front dressed in sweats and treating us like we are a burden. We made it through the entire meal and asked for the check. The worst service I have ever endured. Here is the worst part; between the server and the hostess no one said ONE word to us ever - NEVERWe wont be back and it is a shame.
Mas House
24291 Avenida De La Carlota, Laguna Hills, CA 92653, United States
School cafeterias provide better food and better service then this place. Sparse decor, sticky tables and menus, cold, unappetizing food and shady workers. We were a party of five, ordered chicken corn soup which arrived cold, bland and with absolutely no chicken or chicken flavor. We let the server know to at least give us hot soup. He looked at us and shrugged his shoulders....take it or leave it was my interpretation. This was a good precursor to how the rest of our order tasted. Cold, slapped on to the table and unappealing. Also do not use their condimemts. They are filthy and old. Halal food is why they get customers, they know it and they exploit it. When our check came, I gave it a cursory glance and was about to add a tip (I am a ridiculously generous tipper much to my familys chagrin. I get it, I waited tables in college) when I realized we were overcharged by about $20. I called the server ( btw good luck getting their attention) He said and I quote, I added tip because you didnt like the food. Im rarely left speechless. I said you cant do that, were not a party of 6. He said, 5 or 6 we add tip, our choice I looked at the bill again and he had literally made the check out as 6 guests up on top of the check, and suggested how much to tip on the total of bill plus his tip. I would have given way more anyhow. Look your bills over carefully. Halal food does not equate Halal practices.
Flame Broiler
22972 Moulton Pkwy #103, Laguna Hills, CA 92653, United States
These are new owners at this flame broiler so dont pay attention to very old reviews. This place is great!! The husband Cooks in the back while the wife is at the register. Theyre very nice hard working people and the food is immaculate. The chicken is savory and sauced very well and the vegetables taste fresh!! I already left them a 5 star review on their Yelp as well!! This Is the BEST flame broiler Ive ever had hands down!!!
Natraj Cuisine of India
24861 Alicia Pkwy suite b, Laguna Hills, CA 92653, United States
I visited almost 50+ countries for my business trip and wherever I go I always try our Indian food with homely feel. Here I can tell you.1. We ordered fish tikka this is fine. 7/102. We ordered chicken tikka masala & dhal makhni the worst one they given with too much salt for both item especially the chicken gravy . After we complain they told will replace. But the same dish with some butter they returned again. Can't eat single piece. -0/103. Without eating we asked to pack them. They said we can't pack and they given small container to our table with some poly bags to pack the items with ourself. Anyway we packed them.4. While we pack ourself they given bill and pushed us to pay them quickly. Even we are not started to pack fully. Even 5 star hotels pack with their kitchen and bring us.5. Very stupid people and worst behaviour to showing their attitude to our Indian peoples.6. See the restaurant people don't ready to accept any small complaints.7. I prefer if you really want to go to taste some Indian food 100% don't go this kind of restaurant. They are running money motive only.Over all 0% quality. 0% service. In my experience from more than 50+ countries I never faced such kind of Indian restaurant.

GameCraft Brewing
23301 Avenida De La Carlota C, Laguna Hills, CA 92653, United States
Back in 2018 I was thinking it would be super cool if there was a bar that was geared towards gamers, a place they could hang out and drink beer and have a good time; when I found this place in early 2021 it was like a dream come true, as it is exactly that. Since then, they expanded the DLC area and have expanded their menu and have a few new beers. I really enjoy live music night. I am one if the regular here, this is where my buddies and I come every Saturday night to hang out. We drink beer and play Yu-Gi-Oh, board games, and Magic the Gathering. The staff are great and super nice, I know most of the people who work here, food is great, love the big selection of beers, and I always enjoy being here.I have a 3 suggestions that could make this place even better, Im talking coolness factor of 101. They should do trials for new beers and menu items to see if people like them, and if there is enough sales, then they add the beer or menu item permanently to the menu. I think you guys should bring back the giant pretzel from Oktoberfest, that was a fan favorite. Also, I think it will be really cool if you guys added chimichangas to the menu.2. I think on Fridays and Saturdays if you could change the business hours to be open until midnight those days, like Dave & Busters, that you guys would get more business. Also I think you guys would get more business if you kept the weekday hours open until 10:00.3. I think you guys could get more business if you had a designated night every week, like say Thursdays as D&D night, or Friday night Magic the Gathering.
Pizza 900 Wood Fired Pizzeria
23020 Lake Forest Dr # 170, Laguna Hills, CA 92653, United States
Deliciously handcrafted pizza and flavorful toppings with damn near perfect sauce. The donfather, has plenty of fixings on it that add to the different taste of the pizza... the meat is meaty, and full of flavor (not dry like some other pizzas)The americano, has pepperoni added to the Margherita which compliments the Margherita flavor, the basil definitely adds to the flavor as the pizza as a whole compliments each and every flavor of eachThe wings were definitely worth trying! The Franks hot sauce (is the sauce ***pun intended***) lol, the garlic sauce wings are a good calm wing if you didnt want to get crazy with anything. The fries were also a really good item, mixed with a little bit of garlic the fries are a delicious addition to whichever meal you chooseThe beer selection, even though small, is not your average beer, they are actually pretty damn good! The seating area is plenty enough to where you can arrange tables for a large party and remain comfortable, everything is super clean and organized ?The hosts all help out and it doesnt seem like its a bother to them (like some other restaurants) not to mention that theyre pretty knowledgeable about their menu items.Overall! DEFINITELY MUST STOP FOR PIZZA AND WINGS! and like they say you get what you pay for!
Maki-Yaki Express
24401 Ridge Rte Dr # A102, Laguna Hills, CA 92653, United States
FOOD is 4 STARS:The flavoring, the textures, and his cooking skills are immaculate. But the portions are off. There were more rice than there was meat/veggies. I’m sure their sushi IS BOMB though. I predict their sushi would be just as good as any other, big and popular sushi restaurant because the flavors, smell, and the taste of everything is reaaally good.Service is 5 since it’s easy and straightforward. You get your dish served on the counter, and you pick it up to bring it to your desired table. They offer everything you need to eat on a table nearby the Ordering Counter.Atmosphere is a 3, but I only say that for people who are picky. I personally don’t care much about atmosphere; I just go out to eat, so I give it a four. It’s just not modernized, and it does look run-down, but I’m very accustomed to shops (especially Asian shops) being that way. The radio plays music and ads.Overall, this shop provides you what you can’t make at home.
