Uminoya Ramen
5420 Philadelphia St c, Chino, CA 91710, United States
Im sorry, but I have no idea why this place was rated 4.9 stars on Google. We came on a Wednesday night for the first time with a party of 4, including 2 kids at about 7 p.m.We went up to order our ramen dishes and a pork fried rice dish, but we were told not to order the fried rice because it would take much longer than the ramen, so we did not get to buy it even though we wanted it. They said that because there was no indoor seating available, it was takeout only, and it would be about 15 min to be ready. Fine, we dont live far, so it was no big deal. We ended up waiting 60 minutes for our food with exceedingly cranky and hungry kids. And while we were waiting for our food, 7 parties came, ordered their food, got their food, and had left!Prepare to end up waiting a very long time for your food with no apologies and a very upsetting experience.
Teriyaki House Grill
5368 Riverside Dr, Chino, CA 91710, United States
Today was a sad day at my favorite teriyaki bowl spot. While we were enjoying our delicious meal we were approached by Crystal, an employee that informed us that service dogs are not allowed inside the establishment. (Pictured below is my calm service dog at a live music venue) As Ive had this problem before I explained that he is a certified service dog and showed her his documentation. Her understanding of the law and the sign on the window next to the door wasnt good enough for her. I understand that people abuse the use of the term service dog but considering Im visually disabled wether sitting or standing Id think she wouldnt embarrass me in front of a room full of customers in the dining room. Unfortunately we dont live in the area so we like to get a few meals to go for lunch during the week, but after not feeling welcomed we didnt feel comfortable staying to order them. I guess its peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for the week. Thanks Crystal ?
Dragon Grill & Boba Tea

This place from the time I entered the doors until the time I left is worth every bit of 5 stars. Very warm and friendly environment and the lady behind the counter actually brought my to-go food over to me. The food was excellent, hot and fresh and plentiful without sacrificing the protein with vegetables. I ordered a combo bowl with chicken and steak, veggies and white rice and it was definitely one of the best meals Ive had in a while. Will definitely be back.
Amazing poke
6939 Schaefer Ave suite k, Chino, CA 91710, United States
I was excited to try it and the food was good but I was disappointed in the amount I paid and the amount of food I got. The scoops for fish were less than a tablespoon and I get not doing a heaping spoon but they legit leveled the spoon to make sure it was not over in anyway. Then the scoop of crab could fit in to a little sauce container they had there. Honestly I wouldn't go back and just stick to my usual place I go to.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐6-Star Sushi Restaurant!!! ?✨I could not rate this place more highly. I happened to park nearby while famished for some lunch, so I decided to stroll on in. I was pleasantly greeted by Kai, and his customer service was truly out of this world!Kai and the cook Ken catered to my needs perfectly, taking great care to ensure my celiac dietary needs were met! Not a single trace of gluten came near my sushi roll. Ive never had such a seamless experience at a sushi joint. Eating out isnt always this easy with my condition, but this restaurant feels just like home. The food was phenomenal. I LOVE me some good salmon, so I ordered the Salmon Lover specialty roll. The salmon was so velvety, it literally felt like melted in my mouth while eating it. I scarfed that bad boy down so fast, I immediately ordered a new roll after that.Once again, I cannot commend the service enough. I hope anyone who reads this feels inspired to give the place a try if they have certain dietary restrictions that they believe may be possible to work around with the proper food preparation because youll absolutely find that here. The price is absolutely worth the service. The atmosphere in here was very calming and relaxing. The music isnt too loud. Good vibes all-around, and the radio is relaxing at a good volume nearby the bar section where you can sit alone if youre just coming for a quick bite. Plenty of seats and tables available if you are coming with a group of friends or family.Menu was easy to read, and theres a lot of great options. If youre in the area, lets give this place the love it deserves! Im definitely coming here more. Its nearby one of my commutes. ?(P.S. The roll in my picture was my second roll. I tried the Mango Tango roll with seaweed replacing soy paper, yellowtail instead of salmon, and no tempura. I finished the Salmon Roll before taking a picture. ?)

They give me paper menu after I had tried few times and doesnt work.We noticed there are more workers than customers. We gets our orders pretty quick. Not many choices as other places20 meats choice2 Intestine choice1 shrimp1 Calamari9 SidesI usually get none marinated meat so is limited down to 6 out of 20. Meat quality is okay for the price. Meats have some taste that bother me. Is like taste come kind of chemical. I also taste the same thing on hot tea and salad. I did get few marinated meats but over all the flavors is salty. Maybe, that why table front of meal order sodas. My niece really like the corn and cheese and I agree with her. Its best sides I had there.Steamed egg - 1st one was good but 2nd one is a little saltyKorean party noodle soup - white noodle with shredded seaweed and broth is saltySoft tofu stew - is more spicy than I though. I did not eat much of itEach person get a bowl of steam rice. There is not purple rice.Salad only have lettuce and dressing. Is one most plain salad I had compared to other KBBQ places. There are rice paper is no on the menu, needs to ask for it.I probably dont go back there. There are 2 korean bbq close to my house and tasty better even the price a little higher.
Tokido Craft Ramen
12445 Central Ave, Chino, CA 91710, United States
Went to Tokido today for dinner, youre instantly greeted as soon as you walk in.The restaurant is a nice small place. The dining room has fun anime paintings all around! Music is also fun!The waiter gave us detailed instructions on how to order. Youll have to scan the QR code on your table. This will bring up the menu, just input the amount of people in your party, and instant access to order for your table. What did we order?Drinks:•Iced Passionfruit Green Tea - Light, not too sweet, and very refreshing!•Iced Lychee Green Tea - Also very refreshing, that perfect balance between the lychee and tea.Appetizers:•Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice - The tuna itself was delicious, the crisp on the rice was great, the sauce had a slight sweetness to it that kinda threw me off. Now does that mean its bad? No, just not my personal preference.•Fried Soft Shell Crabs - Pure perfection, the crabs were crunchy, and super flavorful by itself. I added a squeeze of lime onto my next piece, that gave it an extra zest that made it even better!Main Course:•Toki Butter & Corn Ramen - Let me tell you how excited I was for this, and it did not disappoint! The butter that melted and blended in with the broth. Perfect. I also added a bit of chili oil to cut through the richness, which made it even better! The chicken chashu was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The seasoned egg just added that much more to this ramen! If was so satisfying!•Toki Special Ramen - This was what my friend ordered. He talked about how rich the broth was, and the pork chashu was so tender and amazing.Overall its a great place, will definitely go again when Im in the area!
Big Bad Chicken
4024 Grand Ave #101, Chino, CA 91710, United States
The taste is not bad but it is not up to the standard for fried chicken filet (size wise) and bento (one block in the lunch box was completely empty. the staff said it was for the fried pork chop. the pork chop was laying on the rice without cutting and the rice with no marinated meat sauce.) One of the dishes in the lunch box was seaweed which u would eat in the Japanese restaurant. It is a disappointment.
Hans BBQ Teriyaki
5490 Philadelphia St B, Chino, CA 91710, United States
Underrated gem. Truly. The price isnt bad $10-15 per meal and the teriyaki chicken is delicious. Picture it like waba grill. The owner is also japanese which is a plus for Japanese restaurants.
