Its been a while since I have been able to dine in a nice Japanese restaurant since I live in Iowa now. This place has excellent food and an excellent selection!

Not sure how to rate the service. The waitress served the food as soon as it was ready. So she did a great job. Food tastes great. The problem was that the chefs made the variety of ordered meals and sent them out as they were finished being prepared. Our party of eight could not eat at the same time as by the time the last two dishes were served,15 minutes had passed from when the first orders had been served. So rather than wait for the last plate to be served, friends were assured to begin eating them while hot. Funny thing was is that the last served was cold sushi. So if you dine here,ask that all the food be served at the same time if you want to eat together.

One of the nicer La Quintas I have stayed in. Our room was clean, looked after, and by all accounts, recently renovated. There is mini-mart nearby and a pretty good Japanese restaurant.
