Ive been a patron of this establishment since it opened years ago. Its a small menu that hasnt changed much. The burgers, fries, noodles, and rice bowls/plates, salads, and sandwiches continue to deliver the same high quality and deliciousness that I crave. Top-notch ingredients are never sacrificed or subpar; even the salad dressing stays consistently rich and sublime. How is this possible? Probably the results of the detail oriented owner who remains steadfast in her direction that is refined to perfection. Every call in order for takeout contains the stipulation that you are ordering for Tujunga, underlining the fact that no time or dime will be wasted on frivolity. Each togo order is packed tightly with care, waiting for you on an impeccably clean stainless steel table and tied with a knot to spotlight the food inside. Do you prefer to dine inside? Make yourself at home in a booth or bar chairs around a high table and enjoy the neighborly atmosphere set in an impeccably clean room with warm tones and lighting. How is everything so good here? A testament to unfailing work ethics and curt business. Even the music is cultured! Dont expect small talk during your order at the counter as nothing minute about Corner Grill. THIS IS A SCAM!Hello everyone, I'm gonna write down all the truth behind these people.First of all I must say that the people in the leasing office will tell you everything to get you sign the leaseWe signed a lease and we were shocked about where we were actually getting into.No parking spaces available as they promised and was in the contract, you need to guess which is your parking and maybe you'll need to block someone else…The elevator looks very broken and scary to get in. The south side of the building is under construction work every day (looks like is just stared) so that's very annoying with the noise.But you know what.. with all these things maybe we can live. Maybe. including the high price compare to what you get. Until… the worst night.2 days after we move in, my friend flushed his toilet and after 5 min the entire apartment was full of water. After 20min, the water was coming out of every corner of the apartment.For two hours, we found ourselves trying to deal with this problem that was very clearly a previous tenant issue. It was at 11pm. The building has an “emergency number” we tried calling many times but no one answered.Suddenly at 1 am someone answered and said they're 40 min away.. (“emergency”)We keep tried to towel all the area with our bath towels. Just to make it clear - the water didn't stop to flow no matter what we doing.When the guy came to the apartment he blamed us and wasn't nice.The day after we told them we don't want and we can't live in apartment when the foundation of the apartment is so bad. They didn't listen and ignore us. They didn't even think to say sorry about the situation or to understand our concerns- they literally blamed us!The service of this building is honestly lower than 0. Everything we asked they looked at us with a fake smile and didn't do anything.The week after we finally got out of this place and we found somewhere else to live. After all this they were supposed to give us all the money but they played with us. They hold a check for over $4k under my name for 9 days.I hope whoever reads this will get the idea of this place.
