Ttobongee Chicken

Truly not Korean food! They don’t serve free appetizers that traditional Korean restaurants do. Towards the end of our meal the guy started mopping around our table and the smell of bleach made me sick and nauseous. I highly suggest going to a true Korean restaurant.

I am sure that this is the best Italian restaurant in this county, actually I have never tried like this wonderful Italian food ever in my life ^^I am Korean but I go to this place more often than Korean restaurant. I always order gnocchi which has a good 2 flavor sauce on it and My appetizer is always crab cake . They said that all foods are from scratch.I can not finish my meal because soooo full with their the best homemade bread . I can not stop eating the bread before I get my main dish. All crews and owners are very friendly so you will feel like so comfortable and welcoming. Always packed so you should make reservation. I can not wait next visit!!

Wild Fish Restaurant
545 Lighthouse Ave, Pacific Grove, CA 93950, United States
Absolutely terrible experience compared the experience at their other location (Little River). I cant believe the vast difference in food, service and ambience between the 2 places. The one in Pacific Grove was absolutely horrendous experience. The one in Little River was absolutely incredible, which was why I am shocked how horrible Pacific Grove location turned out.Reasons why Wild Fish at Pacific Grove was an atrocious experience.-service was incredibly terrible = forgot our oysters order, he hardly came to check on us when we were the only ones at the restaurant ( on 1/15 @1230pm) because he was busy chatting it up with fellow server and chef, and had to flag him or fellow server to get any service.-food was horrible and lacked flavor =- smoked fish chowder was bland and hardly any fish in it, super thick, dark and unappealing visually- sword fish egg Benedict had over cooked egg, salty hollandaise sauce, potatoes were grey and under cooked. Tasted like a bunch of salt with wilted arugula- spicy shrimp boil with risotto was not spicy, uncooked risotto, very soupy and overcooked rubbery shrimp.- our food took 40mins to be given over cooked and terrible tasting.- the ambience.... So many fruit flies flying around front window dirty table.Mind you, we were the only ones in the restaurant to receive such horrible service, given a dirty table, with terribly over cooked food.Coming from service industry myself and knowing how the other wild fish location upholds themselves, the Pacific Grove location was absolutely horrendously atrocious experience. The server could have done better taking care of his guests and quit distracting the chef so the chef could have made proper food. When the server came by once to check on us, he clearly saw the egss overdone but did nothing about it. UNFORTUNATELY, We hadnt eaten that morning because we looked forward to eating at Wild Fish. SO, we ate what we could but what a complete disappointment. We wont be returning to Wild Fish...to either locations and suggest to others to avoid at all costs the Pacific Grove Location.Only positive, the drinks were decent.

Beach House Restaurant Bar Lovers Point
620 Ocean View Blvd, Pacific Grove, CA 93950, United States
Romantic and intimate for Dinner! You dine overlooking Lovers Point beach, one of the most beautiful and romantic places to dine in California and the World! The restaurant is spacious and you can choose to dine at the bar, inside or their outside patio. Anywhere in the restaurant, you can see the beautiful Monterey Bay. Try to get a reservation during sunset. Good variety or dishes and drinks. My party ordered the San Dabs Almodine, Steak and Prawns Scampi, and the Korean BBQ, and it was all delicious! The salad appetizer and bread was fresh as well. Each table outside had heaters, so no guest gets cold. Service is great and courteous. Lots of free parking in the evening. Hearing the waves crash on the beach below is so relaxing. After dinner, walking around lovers point and seeing Monterey bay ends a memorial dinner.

Taste of India
1180 Forest Ave ste a, Pacific Grove, CA 93950, United States
My wife and I always appreciate a good Indian curry restaurant and we recently tried Taste of India in the Forest Hill Center in PG. It’s a casual atmosphere and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Server and service was polite and prompt. There is plenty of variety on the menu but since this was our first visit, we ordered a few staples: chicken tikka masala and saag paneer along with naan bread and rice. The curry flavor was a bit bland and the naan bread was nothing special. Overall the food was just average at best. This wasn’t an awful dining experience but we have no plans to return. If you are in a pinch and craving curry, you might give this pace a try but there are bound to be better options—maybe even the frozen section at Trader Joe’s which is right down the street. As someone else mentioned, do yourself a favor and go to the Korean chicken shop right behind you! The search for good Indian curry on the Peninsula continues.Service 3.5/5Food 2.5/5Value for money 2.5/5Overall 2.75/5—slightly below average

Pacific Grove Inn
581 Pine Ave, Pacific Grove, CA 93950, United States
First of all: location is brilliant! Right next to Pacific Grove City Hall and police department. Wide quiet streets. Deers walking freely around the neighborhood. 20 min walk to Aquarium, Cannery Row, 10 min walk to the ocean and beautiful Lovers Point and many different cousines (from breakfast to late dinners). We spent weekend there in the middle of the summer. And our main goal was visiting Aquarium with kids. This hotel location fit great. We arrived around 10pm and realized that parking spots were extremely narrow. There were only 2 spots available at the far end of the parking. I saw some cars parked on the street. Most likely drivers didnt risk to park there. But we could squeeze in safely. The spots are so narrow that you cant open the door even for 1 car. But we werent going to take our car that weekend so it was easier to park it and didnt move anymore. The check in process was not very comfortable. Definitely, welcoming alive person could make it much smoother. We and kid were tired and Id prefer to go to bed instead of calling and waiting for all instructions by phone. Fortunately they emailed detailes like passwords and so. The Victorian styled hall is amazing. Like big dining room with fireplace and furniture with that antique spirit. Definitely worth to make some pictures. Finally we got our room details. It was a basement room with standart windows on ground level. We expected 3 beds but actually got 3 rooms in one. They could definitely fit a small kitchen there but there were no kitchen amenities inside. But guests may use refrigirator and microwave in the common area near the entrance door. The room was equipped by AC and we did notice portable air ones. But just didnt pay attention. There was 68F inside and only in the morning we understood that AC didnt work. Like constantly. Nobody informed us. And only in the morning after I messaged staff they told us to use portable instead. The room was a little bit outdated with squeaky noisy beds but clean. Ask about beds if you are planning romantic nights. LOL.The thing I didnt like was refillable locked toiletries in the bathroom. Indifidual ones would be much healthier from hygienic point.Overall still pretty good impression. At least, good balance between location and price. But only 4 stars for heaters and age of room.
