Pho Tasty
19117 Pioneer Blvd, Artesia, CA 90701, United States
This restaurant has their own parking lot, but since they get lots of customers its always full. The good thing is since the service is fast, eventually people will come out and parking becomes available .Service and food is good and comes out quickly . Typical pho restaurant, but their soup base isnt oily which is great.

Boiling Point
18001 Pioneer Blvd C, Artesia, CA 90701, United States
Delicious Asian style soups. They have variety of tasty soups that are best fit for your taste buds. Awesome customer service. Plenty of parkings. You can also collect stamps to earn 1 free hot pot and 1 free drink. Long wait on the weekend. Overall, an uncommon fast food restaurant.

Changan Kitchen
17713 Pioneer Blvd C, Artesia, CA 90701, United States
This restaurant is inside ranch 99 at Artesia CA. We ordered pork intestine noodle soup and slow cooked braised beef noodle soup(MALA). The flavor is authentic and noodle made by hand. It is beyond excellent. I will give 6 star and will be back definitely.

Kin-D Thai Kitchen
2110 Artesia Blvd unit A, Redondo Beach, CA 90278, United States
Food is still good compared to the previous Thai Express. Got the pad se ew beef and thai tea. Tastes similar. They painted/remodeled the front area which looks nice. They had 4 cooks in there running the line compared to the 2 prior older thai ladies that were machines.Only real criticism is they jacked up the prices and decreased the portion sizes. Used to be about $18 for my order, now $25 and the tray is less full. Such is life. Ill probably hit it a few more times with the whole family and get their take. Similar thing happened to Rice Things down the way.

Mychals Caf
2302 Artesia Blvd, Redondo Beach, CA 90278, United States
Stopped by Mychal's cafe on Friday with my mom and sister. It was around 10:30/11 am and I was hungry enough to eat more than the typical muffin and a hot drink. I ordered a grilled cheese plus bacon with a green salad, a chai latte with oat milk (they have tons of milk options!), and a snickerdoodle cookie. While waiting for my food I walked around and admired the artwork on the walls (created by Mychal's students), the bright lighting, and the overall open airy feeling of the cafe. Shortly after we sat at a table, a staff member brought my chai followed closely by my sandwich and salad. The sandwich was perfect, it had the most beautiful grill marks on the bread! Not too cheesy, not too much bacon, not too small, not too large. Plus the salad had the perfect amount of dressing. I should note I'm a notoriously picky eater. The service was friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to going back and trying other options on the rather large and varied menu.

Sushi Sonagi
1425 Artesia Blvd UNIT 27, Gardena, CA 90248, United States
I've been to Japan four times in the last five years. I have friends who live in Kyoto and they take me to their favorite sushi spots. They also tell me where to go in Tokyo, where they spend a lot of their time.I never had sushi as good in Japan as I did last night in Gardena. I'm not kidding. The chef is very dedicated. He considers the entire experience from start to finish. So do a lot of other chefs at great Omakase spots in LA.What is different about Sonagi is that the chef is very into choosing his seafood based on the season. I'm not going to spend time going across each dish but you're not going to get the typical fish here. I'm pretty sure that if the chef thinks some seafood item is seasonally better than Otoro, that's what's gonna get served.I've never had rice like the rice served in that small bowl. Crispy and perfect. The soup and the desserts were also incredible. They have two seatings, which I've seen in a few other places. Everyone at the sushi bar is served each dish at pretty much exactly the same time. This lends itself to meeting people at the bar. It's almost like a get together at the chef's home. One other nice touch: Before leaving, guests are presented with a fine stationary printout of each dish and its sourcing.Special place!

Awaze Ethio Fusion & Vegan Restaurant
18764 Pioneer Blvd, Artesia, CA 90701, United States
So I accidentally find this hidden GEM (in Artesia of all places) in pursuit of other cuisine which at this point shall remain nameless. Let me start by stating that I have lived in DC and am a HUGE fan of Ethiopian food. I cannot even begin to share how much I have craved and missed outstanding Ethiopian food. The Food Gods smiled upon me and I found myself at Awaze. We walked in the door and the restaurant was empty but it was raining and we are in Cali so what can I say? We were greeted by our hostess and sever who seated us. There were no other customers in the restaurant. We reviewed the menu which is very extensive. Eventually we decided on the Combo (feeds 3-4) and the MAGIC started to happen. There were still no customers. We could hear the sound of fresh vegetables being diced in the kitchen and soon the air was wafting with familiar aromas. Our food was delivered to our table. From the first bite it was INSTANT smiles! My niece had never experienced Ethiopian food and she was absolutely delighted! The service and the food were both absolutely amazing! The portions were generous. It was authentic, fresh, and comforting. Each bite became more delicious than the last.As a word of caution I strongly advise that you order more than the combo for a party of 3-4 unless you want to lose friends (smile). The two of us devoured the entire combination with not as much as a sliver of injera to take home. Its not because the portions are small, it is because the food is just that tasty! We kept trying to stop but couldnt. Yet, there are still no customers besides one walkin for an online order. We finish our meal and request the check. We asked the server about the hours. Apparently they provide an ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET on Fridays that we had just missed the rush. What!!!! They have been open less than six months but I have a funny feeling that I soon will have to make reservations to get in.If youre in the market for an incredible cultural experience with exceptional food and service, run, do not walk to Awaze! You will not be disappointed!Real Foodie

Ignite Grill House
3527 Artesia Blvd, Torrance, CA 90504, United States
The taste was excellent, and they gave big portions for the price. We got hibachi off the lunch menu and ended up with leftovers. They also threw in some free egg rolls, which were also really good. It seems like they mix all their own sauces, too.The only problem was a language barrier with the cashier, so they must not be used to taking orders verbally. Oh, and the salad is literally just roughly chopped iceberg lettuce with dressing on the side. There is no space to sit down and eat, so this place is take-out only basically.

La Taberna Jalisco
9328 Artesia Blvd, Bellflower, CA 90706, United States
This restaurant has some of the most authentic Mexican food around. I felt like I was eating in my grandmas kitchen. Ingredients are fresh and they have daily specials that are delicious.Portions are big and so tasty. They have menudo and birria on the weekends. Their tacos gobernador are a must! Shrimp and cheese in a buttery sauce inside a warm tortilla. Sooooo good. Plus they have freshly made salsas and aguas frescas. ?.This is a family run business and everyone is so nice and accomodating to our needs. It was such a pleasant experience overall. Try them, you wont be disappointed.
