Panera Bread
6344 CA-27 Suite 1090, Woodland Hills, CA 91367, United States
I visited Panera Bread in Woodland Hills for lunch with my friend and we had a great experience. The restaurant is located in the Westfield Topanga & The Village, which is a nice shopping area with plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and spacious. We ordered the Pick Two Combo, which lets you choose two items from a selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, and flatbreads. I had the Steak and Arugula Sandwich and the Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and my friend had the Chicken Salad Sandwich and the Tomato Soup. The food was delicious and fresh, and the portions were generous. The bread was soft and warm, and the ingredients were high quality. The soups were creamy and flavorful, and the sandwiches were filling and satisfying. We also tried the new Chef's Chicken Sandwiches1, which are available in both Signature and Spicy Takes. The Signature Take has grilled chicken, emerald greens, vine-ripened tomatoes, and garlic aioli on artisan ciabatta bread. The Spicy Take has the same ingredients but with a spicy chipotle sauce and pepper jack cheese. Both sandwiches were amazing and had a nice balance of flavors and textures. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the sauces were rich and tangy. The Spicy Take had a nice kick to it, but not too overwhelming. We ended our meal with some pastries and coffee. We had the Cinnamon Crunch Scone and the Chocolate Chipper Cookie, which were both fresh and tasty. The coffee was hot and smooth, and they had a variety of creamers and sweeteners to choose from. We enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi and the cozy atmosphere, and we felt relaxed and happy.Overall, we had a wonderful time at Panera Bread, and we would definitely come back again. The food was excellent, the service was fast and friendly, and the price was reasonable.

I had an absolutely amazing dining experience at this Mediterranean restaurant! The flavors transported me to a culinary paradise, and I cant stop raving about their Veggie Kabob and Lentil Soup. The Veggie Kabob was a symphony of grilled vegetables, perfectly seasoned and charred to perfection. Each bite was bursting with freshness and a delightful medley of flavors. Its a must-try for vegetarians and veggie lovers! The Lentil Soup was a comforting bowl of goodness. Rich, hearty, and full of aromatic spices, it warmed my soul. Its the kind of soup that youll crave on a chilly day, and I could have it every day without getting tired of it.The ambiance was cozy, and the staff was attentive, making the overall dining experience even more enjoyable. I cant wait to return to this Mediterranean gem and explore more of their delectable offerings. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

DEUX BISTRO

We have been waiting in anticipation for the opening of this French restaurant in our neighborhood. We started with the beet parfait salad which was a great balance of texture and taste. It was so unique and delicious. Our main courses were the steak frites and roasted chicken with green beans, carrots and mashed potatoes. Both dishes were absolutely cooked and seasoned to perfection. Loved every bite! We ended the evening with the vanilla crepe cake drizzled in chocolate. It was utterly decadent! This place definitely lived up to the hype. The price for the food was spot on. Everything tasted so fresh and well prepared. On top of it all, our server Chris was amazing! He was friendly and attentive, gave the best recommendations for our wines to pair with our dinner. The food, ambiance and service were utterly superb and we cant wait to come back!

Lobster-Guys Rolls & Fries
20501 Ventura Blvd #185, Woodland Hills, CA 91364, United States
My complaint via Yelp: We ordered from here for my Mothers day celebration meal. My kids were left waiting at the curbside for 20 minutes with no one answering the phone. They went in and are met with a long queue of people being told the same thing which is that they had run out of bread and could not fulfill the orders but their system was still taking orders. So not only did we not get our food, we wasted time and gas to drive there to collect only to be disappointed. I asked to speak to the manager (Herman) on my daughters phone since she was collecting the order and someone called John decided his response was not going to be to apologize. Instead, he wanted me to be okay with the fact that I was not the only one as if that makes up for it. If anything, it makes us feel bad for all the other people who were similarly failed. He basically didnt want to hear and abandoned the call midway through our conversation and there my daughters phone back at me. Oh, and he also said he didnt know how to process refunds made through the online order system (note: I ordered directly on their website and not through a third party app). Epic fail. We wont ever visit here with the rudeness and the shocking couldnt care less attitude. Finally, as someone who has worked in the service industry, I know how this goes. Im one of the small percentage of people who goes out of my way to routinely fill out compliments for excellent service and it takes a lot for me to feel compelled to write on Yelp with one star reviews but this place and this incident earned that. As my daughter said, Its one thing to screw up like that but then to be so rude is another entirely egregious insult to injury.

Pickles & Swiss

Holy moley guacamole! My first time there - I got the half sandwich/soup combo. I got the pastrami sandwich with Havarti cheese. I opened it and it looked/smelled so good there was no time for pictures. That is BY FAR the BEST sandwich I have EVER had! And the soup was right up there on the list of bests for me. I have eaten at so many restaurants since living in LA (I eat out literally every day). I have been mostly disappointed by taste, quality and price, but this place - this place provides all of that! You need to RUN, not walk here. The guys were super friendly and it was quick to get my food. I am left wanting more. This place is BOMB!!!!

Tomato Patch
19730 Ventura Blvd Stacks, Woodland Hills, CA 91364, United States
The Tomato Patch is a delightful family-ran hole-in-the-wall deli restaurant. Its tucked back in an alcove, out of sight and not very easy to spot unless you know where to look or are using a navigation platform to find it like I did.The four women that are constantly crafting fresh, healthy, delicious dishes are ALL extremely hard-working, friendly, and helpful. They aim to please, but also dont take smut from entitled jerks either. Theyll even cut the crust off of your precious little picky eaters grilled cheese sandwich for you with a genuine smile. I want to add that there is a man (most likely a family member) who is usually hanging around, sitting outside in one of the chairs stopping in periodically to shout at them although I never see him work or offer to help... I digress!Ive been coming here any chance I get since my twin pregnancy when I was craving all the healthy, delicious foods and not finding many quality options nearby. The menu is full of delicious options, although I must recommend the BLT, broccoli soup, and tuna/avocado/egg salad. Patrons who eat in are treated to a tasty sample of their vanilla and chocolate frozen yogurt as well after finishing their meal. Most items were between $8-$14. The half sandwich & half soup-or-salad is a deal at $10!The dining area is very small, likewise are the tables inside and out. I prefer eating outdoors in the courtyard for fresh air and space, although eating inside with all of the tantalizing smells isnt so bad unless you come in a group of 3+. There is also a display/beverage fridge with many options to choose from. The parking lot here is large although its usually packed and the spots are tight if you have a full size SUV. Ive seen a security guard patrolling the complex.Youll need a key to use the buildings restrooms located toward the rear of the complex. The downstairs womens restroom has only one toilet, but there are two toilets upstairs.Thank you ladies for always serving heaven on a plate with a smile! Ill be back.

WOW! AMAZING! I got the chicken +bacon panini & my mom got the spicy chicken wrap. Both excellent! We shared a pineapple kale juice as well :) portions are great! Also loved the beet salad, kale salad, cucumber tomato salad & sundried tomato pasta. It's around 20$ per person & definitely worth it!!! We both had leftovers! I had my doubts about coming here especially when I saw it was in an office building thinking “How does this place get business” BUT OH BOY, LET ME TELL YA, THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS IN THE VALLEY! the quality is unmatched, so fresh and delicious! I was thoroughly impressed. :).
