I came to this Thai place that I have been coming for many years, and today, the waitress misunderstood our drink orders and had an attitude. All that needed to be done was to change it, and not give her customers a hard time. To avoid any confrontation with her, I did not acknowledge her when she brought our food out. She got upset I didnt say thank you after she brought our food to the table. So she said it to herself, very sarcastically. I asked her what was her problem, she replied that I did not order the Thai tea. I told her I want to speak with the owner and she said she was the owner. I dont understand, how this lady messed up a drink order from a long time customer, who always gets the same Thai Tea drink every time shes there. But there is a guy in Yelp who posted the same problem he had with her, that very same day. If she is the owner I feel sorry for the customers. She finally kicked me out of the place, all because of a misunderstanding over a drink order, which was her fault. Thru the years, I have brought a lot of people to this place. I cant believe something as simple as a drink mix up, which was her mistake, would cause bad customer service. She lacks good customer service skills and understanding.
