Right when I came in, I can smell a true Vietnamese restaurant. Just the smell alone, I was sold. Great place to eat alone, and when youre done, just walk up to the cashier and pay. Price is reasonable in area. I love some hot pho during winter time!

We had two bowls of Pho Tai (rare) and an order of Goi Cuon. The pho is very flavorful and clean. The Goi Cuon is excellent. I am now glad that our Pleasanton has a very decent Vietnamese restaurant and I wish them many successes, so we can come back.A minor note: I also ordered to take home two Flans for dessert . At $5 a piece it’s a bit overpriced.

Ive long wished there was a vegan restaurant in the vast culinary wasteland between Silicon Valley and sacramento. Dreams do come true! Blossom Vegan is killin’ it with a 100% vegan menu. The hefty wooden covered menu foretells the Asian inspired goodness to come. Whether you prefer Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese, Szechuan or Thai flavors in your meals feel free to come here because this ethnic joint is lit!The lady who took our order said that top sellers on menu are Mushu Mushu, Clay Pots the Jalapeño Tofu. I can vouch for the mushu Mushu rolls and the clay pots.Impressed, I came back the next day, and ordered a menu item that I saw on someone’s table. The menu refers to it as “chef’s tasty treats”. Tasty? Nah. Delectable! Ya! Surprising that, on account It’s just deep-fried soy protein. I guess it’s the batter. Anyway If you crave orange chicken like what you would see in a traditional Chinese restaurant, then this is your jam. Its perfect if you need to pick up food on the go. The chefs tasty treats are quite easy to reheat it at home in the broilerThis is a minor critique but I really think the condiment selection needs work. Vegans need hot sauce. They have the usual red sauce but they don’t have the marinated Serano chilies that I always look forward to when I visit a Thai food restaurant. These add heat, salt & vinegar which enhances existing flavors considerably.Anyway, this is a welcome addition to our culinary lineup in Pleasanton. Im going back any and every time I’m in the area. Hey vegan meetup groups of the valley: Get your skinny, plant-based, asses down here and fill some seats. Do the herbivores of Santa Cruz have to come up here and do ALL the eating?

Yet Ive been thinking about getting the Mango Lemon Slushy and so I went with that. Before I tell the employee my order, I read through the list of MOST popular drinks and Mango Lemon Slushy popped up. I was surprised and didnt realize that this would be one of the popular drinks Im ordering and I am happy to order it. Mango Lemon Slushy tastes great and would definitely recommend this drink! Service was awesome because once I ordered it on the day I went, they immediately make the drink and called out my number. It took them like less than a minute to prep my drink and I have never expected that to happen?
