Pho Rice & Rolld

New owners and fresh remodel inside. We ordered the Pho and Vermecilli with grilled pork and grilled shrimp. Pho was good portion, favorable and excellent Vermecilli was also fresh and very good. Spring Rolls were excellent that we later ordered a tray of Spring Rolls for my sons graduation party. Moved from San Jose to Tracy in 1997 and have eaten at all the Vietnamese restaurants in town. I was highly impressed with the food and service with this new restaurant.

Sure! Heres a good review about a Vietnamese restaurant:I recently had the pleasure of dining saigon .From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant itself was tastefully decorated with traditional elements, evoking the feel of Vietnam. Now lets talk about the food! The menu offered a wide range of authentic Vietnamese dishes that were bursting with flavors. I started with the fresh and flavorful spring rolls, which were stuffed with crisp vegetables and perfectly cooked shrimp. The accompanying peanut dipping sauce added a delightful kick. For the main course, I tried their classic Vietnamese pho soup. It was a bowl of pure comfort and heaven! The fragrant broth was rich and aromatic, with tender slices of beef and an abundance of fresh herbs. The noodles were cooked to perfection and completed this hearty meal. The service was impeccable throughout the entire dining experience. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were more than happy to recommend dishes and answer any questions about the menu.To top it off, the prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. The value for money was exceptional.Overall, saigon is a gem among Vietnamese restaurants. The combination of delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and excellent service make it a must-visit for any fan of Vietnamese cuisine. I highly recommend giving it a try!Remember, this is just a fictional review, but I hope it gives you an idea of what a good review for a Vietnamese restaurant might sound like!

Best pho in Tracy (I know thats not saying much) but it approaches the authentic phos of Vietnamese restaurants from San Jose. its all about the broth & this had been consistently good. not too sweet & just enough little lily pads of oil for flavor.

This place gets a 3 star for now. I ordered the pick your own pho special. The broth came out a bit more oilier than I'd like and tasted pretty heavy to me, so I was only able to finish half a regular size. ??Usually I don't order boba from pho places because that's not their specialty but I decided to take a chance. However, my Thai milk tea came out a bit sweeter than I had liked and there was no option to adjust the sugar level. The boba was hard to chew, it felt like they were leftovers from earlier in the day or undercooked because the center was hard and not jelly.Overall I was a bit disappointed but I'll have to come back to try and order something else on the menu. Based on some of the reviews, it seemed like they at least got the rice plates right.

Yummm! A small shop that delivers good food! I don’t usually like to order beef pho at restaurants because not many pho shops actually know how to make it well. I’ve had my fair share of bad ones from Vietnamese restaurants. Pho Town definitely knows how to cook their broth well.I ordered the beef pho with rib. It was a bit pricier than expected, but then again, pho prices are going up everywhere. The meat on the rib was tender and falling off the bone! Broth was savory and reminded me of home cooked pho (the good kind). I appreciate how quick the service was! They took my order and the food came out piping hot not long after. We also ordered the wings also - a must if you’re fried wings! If you ever find yourself in Tracy, definitely give this place a try. It’s also a plus that it’s next to a yogurt shop.

Randomly stopped in here in my way back to Oakland. I'm kinda picky about my broth and this place checks all the boxes for me. Delicious! I got the Pho Tai

This place is good. We went on a Sunday afternoon and expected it to be over crowded and it wasnt at all. We walked in and waited to be seated, there was only one waitress. We were seated across the sushi area which was a nice secluded area. Once we ordered the food came rolling out fast! I ordered the chicken Katsu bento box with extra California rolls and my wife ordered 2 Kapa maki rolls and the California special (deep fried). Our meals came with salad which was very well plated and miso soup. The waitress had some issues with another customers food so once that happened it kind of took forever for us to get service or the check which was towards the end of our meal which is why I took 1 star away due to one waiter, she was fine but I thought she could use an extra hand. They serve saki and other beers and beverages as well. If your looking for some good sushi in Tracy come here. Food is average priced for Japanese
Tracy Quickly

This is just not another Quickly, I been to several throughout the bay and let me tell you this is the best Quickly i have ever been to.First off the service is fast and friendly and that quality is rarely seen in other Quicklys. And guess what they accept credit cards!Let me explain first because it sounds like I just discovered where the Aztec temple of gold is located.Every Quicklys i went to up to this point is CASH ONLY which is a downer if you dont have any cash on you at the moment and people who uses credit cards rarely have some sort of cash on them like me.They always have fresh ingredients and never out of stock so you can ALWAYS rely on them to have your favorite fresh drinks or snacks ready instead of the dreaded Sorry we are out!The inside is cleanly kept and feeling a little bored? No problem whip out your Wii, Im talking about the game system as they have one ready to play for free while you are there. And thats not the best part, the food is finely made including all the fried food. Never burnt, overcooked or undercooked. The popcorn chicken is always loaded with herbs and all the good stuff so it tastes perfect scrumptious every time you order. For the drinks, the fresh watermelon slush is always the best as its made from real fruit .But if you have a feeling for a milkshake, you can order from different kinds of flavors including snickers, Twix, Oreo, M&M.Every time Im in Tracy i always visit this Quicklys as it is the most competent one Ive went to.Oh i dont know who his name is but the guy with glasses is an excellent worker and very friendly.
