The teriyaki chicken breast taste like fish. The cook used the same grill to cook the chicken and fish. Plus it’s hard and over cooked. Bad cook. Don’t go to this location there are others nearby.

There was a high amount of nuts used in the Angus Steak option today, but the allergens specifically read only soybeans and wheat. I always check for allergens and know PEs menu well. The ingredients of Angus steak also do not include nuts. I had a very strong nut allergy reaction as I was eating and was in agony for several hours. Someone there either used cashew oil or mixed nuts into the ingredients, which means they have poor management and I am likely not the only person very sick today. They better hope no one gets hospitalized/dies from a nut allergy as a result of their lack of oversight! I will never return there and dont think its safe for children as they apparently have poor safety measures and dont take food contamination very seriously.

Food quality at this is relatively poor, in comparison to the overall national brand. Notably, the Orange Chicken was asking the toughest and dry I have ever eaten, which tells me is it getting overcooked. The location is also relatively hot and stuffy making it not a good place to find a relaxing bite.

No complaints! Another Doordash order! It was prepared quickly and it was ready to be picked up in no time.This is like my 10th time ordering for pickup and delivery. I don’t even remember the last time I was in the actual restaurant.Food is good. I read some of the other reviews, but to my wife and I, we enjoyed the food. No complaints at all.Orders are usually on point, accurate. Sometimes they do forget to add the sauces or the sodas.

This place never gets my order right. Its so bad, I started to blame myself for their shortcomings (I told myself it was my fault for not checking my order before walking out the door). On this particular day, I ordered teriyaki chicken and sweetfire chicken. I got orange chicken and plain grilled chicken with no teriyaki. I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service/satisfaction provided by this particular branch.

Received top-notch service from the employee who served me (his name was Angel). He always is very polite, efficient, and a positive energy when ordering from him. He does not give out baby portions like some of the workers in there! For that, I will be returning to this Panda Express so long as he is the one to serve me.

UPDATE: went in today and Joseph helped us out and was so nice and helpful! I don’t eat meat and he asked the cooks if they could please cook some beyond orange chicken for me which they did! Loved the customer service!!Giving it three stars because Jon was so friendly and helpful even though he was training. I hope Mias attitude doesn’t run off in him. I observed her completing a few online order without gloves which is fine, but she also touched other surfaces including a wall and then she moved Jon out if the way when he was about to complete my order I asked if Jon could finish it as she hadn’t washed her hands or was wearing gloves, she answered back that she hadn’t touch cash and it wasn’t until I told her I saw her touching the wall that she let Jon complete my order and she went to the back to wash her hands with an attitude. She came back to the front with an even worse attitude.

Inconsistent quality. Last time I was in, a few days ago, their chow mein tasted like and was the texture of old straw. The orange chicken was like tasteless cardboard! Awful!I won’t be returning to this location because of this being a repeated issue and paying $18.59 for 3 entrée meal + an additional serving of chow mein is just crazy for food quality this bad!

This place used to be a good one but with the time typical business mind kicked in and now I have noticed they are serving very less in the bowl. I took pepper chicken and found I had 4 pieces of the chicken and rest were just celery and onion. Also, noticed the guy who was serving, Looks like they have instruction from owner to maximize the profit. The serving tray had merely the content for 2 people and he easily served three in front of me and all I can see was left over celery and onion. We are not stupid to pay you 7 dollar for that celery and onion. I know the TH school is almost closed for last 7-8 months and your income is impacted but that doesnt mean you start doing unethical work.

Ive had multiple bad experiences here. One time I asked for noodles and rice and they gave me 80% just cabbage. Another time I asked for sweet and sour sauce and they gave me something that tasted exactly like bbq sauce instead. And onw time I asked if they had the beyond meat vegan orange chicken and the lady said yes even though they didnt, and tried to give me real chicken. But after my last visit here I will not be going back again. I ordered my usual noodles and rice and the rice was rock hard. You could chip your teeth on it. It was very obvious that when they made more rice instead of throwing away the old rice they just dumped new rice in with the old, because every other bite was hard as a rock and had to be spit out. I tried to sort through it but it was impossible to tell which bites would hurt you until you bit in, so I just threw it all out. Huge waste of money coming here.

This is one of the better Panda locations. Food is always fresh and delicious. Occasionally, like tonight, the wait for a dish is 5 minutes (usually its just 2). That could have been because there was only one cook this time. Price is reasonable and parking is free. They are located at the end of a strip mall.

Like others have said, food quality, order accuracy and portion sizes have diminished over the past few months. I ordered on-line and they were paying more attention to those going through the serving line. One of my kids meals was totally wrong (they gave us two of the same kids meals but not worth it to go back to the store) and the chow mein was very full of cabbage. One of our orange chicken bowls barely had any chicken. Understand things are challenging during Covid but need to maintain quality control now to sustain your business in the future.

This place has taken a turn for the worse. Theyve adopted a severely reduced menu with equally reduced food quality. They also now dont give refills or free samples, making this an overall poor value for low quality food.Theyve also adopted corporate policies that make no sense. Theyve decided that giving away free food is a risk to my safety/health. But somehow paying for it makes it safe it eat! This particular location also now only employs sheep who follow these policies without questioning them. The result is poor food quality, lack of care for customer satisfaction, and overall very poor service.

Order dinner for my wife/parents/in laws. $60.00 worth of food was broccoli and walnuts. Where’s the beef???!!!! And where is the old shrimp that has been sitting under a heat lamp with the coat peeling off and in the bottom of the box. Just sad and pathetic really. Thanks for disappointing my family and myself. I live right near this restaurant and probably won’t give it my business after this. Sent a complaint to corporate to see what they choose to do and will make an update accordingly.

I will give zero star if I could. This place doesnt care for their customers, employees dont know what they are doing. I order online went to pick it up and they said they dont have it. They lost my order and had it to wait more than an one hour so they could make it. At the end they didnt make my order because they said there were gunna close and didnt give me my money back. I dont usually stop at this Panda Express, I eat at the one in RSM. I really like the food and that it is quick and easy. I was in the area so I stopped here on Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. The orange chicken is always good and I also got beef and broccoli. Both were fresh made, they were bringing out hot new bowls to replenish the supply. The orange chicken was tender spicy and tasty. The broccoli was just perfect avd a generous helping of beef. Wow a great lunch. This Panda Express is also very good. Good friendly service and great hot food. Highly recommend

Don’t even bother ordering online, it is much faster to go in and wait in the line. I ordered my food online and told me to be there at 6:10. I was there when I was told to be there and waited ten minutes past my time while my food just sat there in the back while they helped those in line. The guy did offer me drink, but all I wanted was my food to be ready and not cold when I got it.

So I always get my cream cheese ragoons with my meal. The girl ALWAYS rings it out in a way that makes it harder to remove an item if I dont have enough money on my card. That happened today. I wanted her to remove the ragoons but she had to go find her manager to completely scrap the order and redo it. Heres the catch: her manager WASNT EVEN IN THE STORE!! She had to go outside and I stood at the register for close to five minutes. I didnt even get my food because she too long. Another thing, the employess dont seem to want to be there.
