533 Viet Fusion in Palm Springs

This place is great. It has it all, food, service, and atmosphere. On our most recent visit we shared the Maine lobster spring roll. It wasnt a huge amount of meat, but the flavors were awesome and 6 pieces was great for sharing. I had the Bun Bo Hue. The broth was spicy and full of flavor. The meat portion was large and cooked to perfection. The fat was rendered down to the point where it added awesome flavor and there was no waste, just yum. My partner had the red curry ramen with chicken meatballs. The broth was super rich with coconut milk and super flavorful. Definitely plan to return.

Lots of vegetarian options and everything we ordered tasted soooooooo good. The atmosphere was amazing for this price well definitely be back again.

We had an enjoyable dinner here with friends one evening.We really liked the atmosphere and the menu, that included many vegetarian options.The service was good, too.Prices were reasonable.It is one of the few Viet fusion restaurants in the area.We will return here to try it again sometime!

Met friends here tonight and had a wonderful meal. Delicious flavors and very consistent. Pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend this place! I had the Pork Pad Thai. One person had the tamarind glazed salmon and the others had the protein bowl. Everyone was pleased with their entrees. We also ordered the calamari as an appetizer... It was perfectly prepared.

Absolutely delicious! Ahi Viet Nachos, Chicken Lemon Grass Martini, Hand Rolled Crispy Egg Rolls, Viet Chicken Wings and Main Lobster Claw Spring Roll were our menu selections. Each dish was a taste extraordinaire. Cooked to perfection. They have a great bar and very good wine selection. Rolando, the owner provided excellent service as did his staff. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is my favorite restaurant in Palm Springs.

My wife and I agree, this is one of our favorite places in Palm Springs! We had the crispy egg rolls, Tiger Shrimp Vermicelli and shared a decadent Lemongrass Coconut Bommba for dessert! Wow! Everything was great! Our server, Bronson, was attentive and super fun! We will definitely be back!

Food is good but the rolls are overpriced. My recommendation is to not order them and get something else since they basically taste like lettuce. Pho was good! My husband ordered venicelli and it was basically a salad (no pasta) but the flavor was good.

The menu offers a selection of electic dishes. And if your a foodie... or even vegan... it causes a fabulous dining experience! Modern decor, inside and outdoor seating. A MUST TRY!

This Vietnamese fusion place was creative but a bit on the pricier side. It was very pretty inside and the service was excellent.The most stand out item we had was the chicken wings. They were huge, cooked well. They were juicy and seasoned well with the perfect amount of spice. The shrimp egg rolls were good but could have been more. It was creative, but the value wasnt there. My husband wanted me to try the Banh Xeo, I had nothing to compare it to but for him he said it was overstuffed which made the shell soft and mushy. Nothing got cooked into the shell to be part of it.The drink menu was good and had lots of options.

Never a disappointment. Each dish provides a totally different taste adventure. Its one of Palm Springs hidden gems.
