First time coming here and I am glad I did. I ordered through the website for pickup. It was made fast and ready when I arrived. I ordered the soy chicken fried rice and side of pickled radish. It was super yummy! Definitely will come back!!!

I really enjoyed this little spot in Brentwood! Right off the freeway. The gentleman at the counter was so nice and welcoming. We order the soy garlic 6 wings 2 drums and i must say, we got our bang for the buck. Must try is the Korean donuts 🤤 and the pot stickers were bomb too. We will be back for sure.

Tried them for the first time this week and it was outstanding!! The staff was friendly and extremely patient and helpful as it was our first time there. Wings were so crispy and had options for the sauces. The fried rice was so flavorful.. especially with the bulgogi addition. The street corn has a great twist on its Hispanic brother. If youre looking for less expensive fast food, this isnt it, not because its over priced but because its superior quality. Also..wings are a bit sticky by the nature of the yummy sauces so be prepared!!

I had higher expectations due to the fact that Ive tried their offerings abroad and was impressed. I suppose it cant be helped as this new location seemingly is dealing with a shortage of workers. The ones who have been hired are young and seem to be on a bit of a curve.Comically when I entered the beverage station was bare, folks upfront seemed slammed, and the poor people in the back were slaving away.I ordered and waited 20 minutes for the spicy chicken sandwich. It was cold but still tasted alright. But given the cost its hard to say it was worth it.Aside from that the sitting area was filthy -- the floors needed a cleaning as did the outdoor area. Furthermore with regards to seating they have more spots outside than inside to sit down and eat.Id like to believe that after sometime they will hammer out inconsistencies with the service they hope to provide.

The flavors were unique. The chickens crust was crunchy and moist. We ordered half/half on all our chicken. So they bring some spicy and soy sauce flavored pieces. I had the drumsticks, wings, and some strips. All was good.The heat on the spicy wasnt immediate, it built. Wasnt expecting it, but Im a glutton for punishment.They were extremely busy but the server was patient and courteous. Will be back soon

Im here for the first time after checking them out online. Surprisingly they have KOREAN TACOS priced at 0.99 online but selling for 12.99$ in store. When I tried clarifying it the lady at the counter had no proper answer. I finally stopped by Bonchon. Love the fried chicken wings. The batter is light. I requested extra crispy. I ordered something else, but the chicken wings are great! I have no photo of the chicken because it was devoured right away. Special mention to staff named Michael. He is very polite and helpful. Clean place. The kitchen vent is excellent because you wont smell like fried or stir fry aroma sticking to your clothes. I will definitely go back.

It wasn’t the food it was the wait. They served six or so customers that came in after me. I just ordered fried rice not complicated I would think. I asked the counter person if I could have a refund do to the wait. He got his manager who was rude and confrontational to me about the refund. It must have been that stupid Fanny pack he was wearing across his shoulder. I don’t know he wasn’t apologetic and he did t even try to save the sale. This service is so bad on my first experience I won’t go back. The food looked really good but the managers personal service was so atrocious I won’t dine here again.

Ive been to plenty of Bonchons around the Bay Area. So, I know how good they are. We went there for the 2nd time this week. Grand opening was good. Our 2nd time there we sat and ate there. We ordered both soy and spicy and neither flavors were on the chicken. Almost as if they just gave us plain chicken. I notified the gentleman in the front and he said there was nothing he can really do for us. I even asked for the sauce so they we can just sauce our chicken as we eat since we waited about an hour to get our food. He said no, they couldnt do that. He did say we can bring our chicken back so they can resauce our chicken but at this point we were already disappointed and just wanted to finish our food and go home. Honestly, with the wait, the service, and the taste of the chicken, my Family and I would have just driven to the Bay Area to get some REAL BONCHON.

I must express my extreme disappointment with Bonchon chicken in Brentwood. As avid fans of the Bonchon brand, my family and I have visited every bay area location, including this one which happens to be closest to our home. However, we have been repeatedly let down by our recent experiences at this location.Despite having ordered from this location multiple times since its opening, the last 4 or 5 times have been a complete letdown. It seems like the staff is cutting corners or simply not living up to the standards we have come to expect from Bonchon. The chicken we received on our last few visits barely had any batter, resulting in a complete lack of the iconic crunch that makes Bonchons chicken so memorable. This subpar quality is simply unacceptable and has left us feeling very disappointed with this location.In addition, this experience has been so consistently disappointing that we have decided to stop ordering from this location altogether. We gave them multiple chances to improve, but they have failed to meet even our basic expectations for the quality of Bonchon chicken. It is truly unfortunate that we can no longer count on this location to provide the delicious food and exceptional service that we have come to expect from Bonchon.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and Edimame. The spicy level was perfect. The Edimame was very bland and not cooked properly. My friend ordered potstickers. They gave them to me instead of him. Overall, I’d say the restaurant needs help with management, cleanliness and just a bigger space. All tables outside the restaurant were dirty, chairs strewn everywhere. The employees acted like they hadn’t been trained properly. They were trying to train each other while waiting for customers, this isn’t a bad thing, however the manager came out and told them to “get back to work” which I think was kind of audacious for him considering he looked like he had just woken up from sleeping in the office. Also we waited for approx. 30 mins for our orders. And every customer that came in was told there was a wait time of over 45 mins. I thought it was because the food was good and in high demand. Turns out, it’s just bad management.

The staff told me that it was gonna be another 40-50 minutes??? Are you telling me it’s gonna take you 2 hours to make my order? But we got confirmation that order is ready and was deducted from bank account. Cashier told me I cant get the order cause they cant reach out her manager. That was the worst excuse ever. First time my family and i visited this location, we had ordered in person, a large soy garlic wings, they gave away our order to someone else after waiting an hour, and then had to wait an extra 20 minutes for a half and half, which was still the wrong order. we left out of frustration and let it bethis is a very small location compared to the other with like maybe four seats inside. i dont like that i have to order online or in person, i get that it gets busy however as a business you need an option for disabled people who cannot go in person or use online services. when you leave out the option of calling to order to leave out people.

Absolute worst! I’m pretty sure they lied to my face too. I’ve ordered multiple times at other bonchon locations and the order is always ready well before the pick up time I choose. Today I order at 4 pm for a 6 pm pick up and was told upon arriving at 6:10 that my order would not be ready for another 20-40 minute. With two toddlers in tow I said I’m not waiting and I wanted to cancel the order and a refund.The manager, I assume, came out to process the refund and explain to me that other tickets are ahead of mine and it’s first come first serve. So I said there’s no point in setting a pick up time then, and he said that they don’t even see the 6pm ticket until it’s 6pm which makes zero sense. I also have a text from their system confirming the order at 5:30 so I know that’s a lie. He tells me this is just the reality of it so I guess I will continue to drive to Pleasanton for my bonchon until they get their act together.

If I could give zero or even negative stars, I would. Ive been going to other Bonchon stores for several years now (Mountain View, Fremont, Berkeley, LA). The chicken they served at this location (Brentwood) is nowhere near as good as what the other locations serve. Brentwoods breading on their chicken is similar to what youd find at Popeyes or Burger Kings chicken strips. Its a completely different recipe. Go visit the other locations I mentioned above and youll immediately see what Im talking about. Ill not be visiting this one again any time soon.

Based on the reviews, tried placing an order online through the website, but despite selecting Brentwood location on Lone Tree, website kept routing order to Skokie, IL location, so gave up! Hope to try in store order and hope it’s quicker than reviews indicate.

For starters, Ive eaten at Bonchon many times in Pleasanton and San Jose. Great tasting chicken and are usually quick about it. This establish suffers from a major lack of staff. I was originally told it would take 1 hour for my order. I expected this since they just opened and theres a high demand however, my 1 hour wait turned into 2 hours. 2 Hours is too long to wait for food. As the business owner, this establishment in Brentwood needs to reevaluate how they are operating the franchise. This will be the first Bonchon Chicken experience for many in the community and given the immense wait time and high prices, it WILL turn people away from this and other Bonchon establishments. Lastly, there was no attempt to rectify the long wait. No attempt to make it right with the customer. The Restaurant business is cut-throat and if this proceeds I fear this location will not last.

Brought my food back as soon as I picked up. Had multiple issues with my order.1.The food was cold even after waiting for it for 1 hour.2.The quantity of the food was very underwelming. Less than half box of Fries.3.The chicken sandwich and fries were oily and tasted like old oil.(only had a bite of both)4. I was charged for ranch but at pickup they ran out of it.Bonchon in Stocton is a thousand times better. For this terrible experience in brentwood, I returned my food right away and got a refund.
