Chinese restaurant in sunset Plaza so the atmosphere is nice inside and outside. The service was a little slow even though it wasnt busy for lunch and the food was just ok. I wasnt too impressed with the peanut noodles with shrimp that I had. The spring roles were fine and the fried rice was also just ok.

Chin Chin on Sunset Plaza is a fantastic spot with an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. During our visit, we had the pleasure of being served by Michael, who made the whole experience even better with his friendly and attentive nature. As for the food, the menu offers a delightful range of options, but my personal favorite was the mouthwatering Pad Thai. The blend of flavors and the perfect level of spiciness made it an unforgettable dish. The rest of our party thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well, from the Mongolian beef to Crispy Spicy Honey Shrimp. Michael’s recommendations were spot-on, and he genuinely seemed to care about ensuring we had a great time. Overall, Chin Chin exceeded our expectations, and we cant wait to come back for more of that delicious Shrimp Toast! Five stars, without a doubt!

Absolutely delicious. Visited this place because we listen to Smartless and Sean Hayes raves about it. It was worth the hype. Everything was very tasty and the servings were big.We tried the spare ribs (OMG!! So good), homemade dumplings, Szechuan green beans and the peanut noodles. This was a lot of food for two people and we took some home for lunch the next day.

First and foremost let me start by saying Ive been coming here for over 15 years no exaggeration! Granted the food still taste the same but the portions has got small and the price has increased which is ridiculous! We order the barbecue spare ribs and they were so small and they only give you six which is a total of three if you ask me. Are waiter was very nice but not attentive. My husband told her up front that he was paying for a bill for 6 people we had a total of 9 people not one time did she mention when theres a large party it has to be one bill. Every restaurant is different so no one is assuming anything. Waited at least 20 to 25 minutes after I put in an order for a drink to get my drink! I ordered two kids meals orange chicken us adults got our food before my children and when they did get their food it was only one brought out and we had to wait an extra 40 minutes for the second one to be brought out. By this time Im over the service and Im ready to go home. I ASK THE MANNAGER TO SEPARATE THE BILL. ONE BILL HAD 6 PEOPLE ON IT THE OTHER BILL HAD 3 PEOPLE AND SHE STILL TRIED TO CHARGE A SERVICE FEE FOR BOTH CHECKS. When only a service charge is applied to six people or more. Again remind you six people was on one check and three people were on another! I feel like if a manager knows that theyre establishment is short-handed they should be on the floor helping as well instead of blaming it on not having enough people! I am very upset cuz overall we love Chin Chins but in reality Im not sure if we will be going back especially this location they might cater to white people more than black! I say what I mean and I mean what I say am I reviews on Google gets seen. So please do better oh yeah and the prices on the website is not the prices in the store!

Jewels our server was fantastic She took care of all our needs no matter what we asked for. always a smile. When we come back to Chin, Chin definitely will be waiting for Jewels the only negative thing I would say about Chin Chin the I think its time for adults looking menus,, I felt the menus were for takeout .. you should definitely have better looking menus. Overall, the food was great. The service was great.

Overpriced, mediocre Chinese food with good service and a good ambiance. If you want actual good Chinese food head elsewhere. $26 for Mongolian beef that lacks any depth of flavor and an extra buck for white rice that could be found in a community kitchen is a tragedy.

Upon on walking in I met with Jewles I felt like this would be an amazing place. Jewles was attentive and overall a great host. When I asked over the manager to complement the amazing staff, I was met with Christian who was doubly amazing. This is definitely the place to go to for amazing food and a great time. I and my party enjoyed ourselves fully.

I have been going to Chin-Chins since the late 1980s and it holds a special place in my favorite restaurant category. A true old school West Hollywood OG restaurant. Its still fun to be seen there. The food is still great. I have seen it go through changes, but it is still a great place to eat with friends. Their BBQ Pork and Chicken Salad is the best. The Studio City restaurant looked a bit old, but the food still makes me happy.

I highly recommend this restaurant; Sarah was our server, and she helped us to have a great time. The customer service and atmosphere were terrific.
