Fragrant Jerky in Rosemead

Delightful and very juicy pork jerky but some of them are quite spicy.

My brother lives in Singapore and whenever I go visit him, I make sure that I but and eat these types of jerkies. Went to Fragrant Jerky yesterday and tried their Tender Pork Jerky. And it taste exactly like the ones I eat in Singapore! Although price for a gram cause about $25.90 It is very worth it.

You’ll want to get this if you want good 豬肉亁with no preservatives. They offer different types: spicy and bacon mixed, but we prefer the OG pork only. They also have beef jerkies. Well packaged and worth paying a bit more than what you get at the supermarket.

Drove across town from LAX through rush hour traffic to pick this up on the way home and it was sooo worth it. The jerky here is super tender and packed with so much flavor. Not your typical dry jerky that just taste like dry meat. Its sweeter and saucy and so delicious.

We were visiting L. A. and our friend recommended them as we tried a famous one that is similar in N.Y. I found this place is better than the one on N.Y. The jerkies we tried were very good. Because it is Singapore style, they are sweet and not savory. We tried the regular beef, spicy beef, pork n also the bacon. Really like the bacon jerky. Is we go back to L.A., I would buy their jerky again.

Best jerky place I have found long ago. Being a Singaporean, I missed these jerky flavors and textures. The way they make them is exactly the same as they are in Singapore. I do prefer the pork than the beef, it is much more tender.

Real Singapore-style pork jerky, bak kwa. I was buying this weekly. The various variety of jerky include original pork slices, bacon, coin, spicy, beef. Family run. Friendly staff. They have mail order in the United States and you can get a sealed package in the mail pretty quickly.

I order from WMalaysia Beef Jerky, at work and Ive never been disappointed. Food arrives hot + quickly, and is SO good. You must get the Roti with the potato curry sauce - its divine. Ive also tried Mee Siam, Penang Char Kway Teow, and Penang White Curry Laksa so far, and Im working my way around the menu.

We brought two bags of Singapore jerky (they called in ROUGAN or BAK KWA in Singapore) back to LA over our Christmas trip to Singapore but one bag was confiscated by US custom agent at LAX but my husband’s bag was not discovered :) so we very much remember the taste... o so so good!!!. Fragrant Singapore Jerky in Rosemead tasted very authentic and much the same to the Singapore version… in fact my husband preferred the one we brought from Rosemead because of the meat texture and flavor of US pork meat. I think they are the only Singapore Jerky shop in the US. I highly recommend jerky lover to try it.

Missed the singaporean style pork jerky. Cant believe theres only 2 outlets in the whole Socal. Worth the drive from OC though.
