I ordered #6 -The beef rice noodle with green and red chili. Let’s just say I’ve had plenty of noodles in my life and this place is phenomenal as ingredients and taste goes…. Oh and when you put this in your gps, it’ll take you to a furniture store that’s nowhere near this restaurant. It’s literally on the other side of the building, so just drive alongside the building till you see other restaurants. Or follow your nose!!

Richly flavored dishes, reasonable prices, and a comfortable atmosphere, this place is my default go-to whenever I travel nearbyDine in with strong noodle soups in the rainy/winter days to get your blood going or appetite-stimulating cold dishes in the summer for take out

Noodology in Rowland is good but a little bland, maybe could use more salt. The soup was hot and the meat was good. I will go again. The Irvine location has a little better taste to it while Rowland gives more toppings.

We have lunch in this 一碗粉 restaurant during lunch time.Their waiter told me to order it from the counter, and no any service was provided.After finished the lunch, I tipped $1 because I received no service and the meal was awful (I ordered the sour cabbage with noodle, but no sour cabbage inside). And they told me to clean up myself and gave me really bad attitude and face look.Well, be aware! This restaurant shouldnt receive better than 1 star. If anyone want to eat or try this, dont think about it, or you will be regret!

Just stayed here for dinner.Bad experience overall.Bad service, rude waiter.Reason: Didn’t get any service except handing us the utensils and foods, but the waiter complained I tipped so little?Will never come again!

We ordered the dry noodles (壹碗干拌粉 and beef noodle) to eat in the car. the flavor is good, but there are not many add-ons on top of the rice noodles, so its a bit tedious to finish them.

The noodle here is good. Have its own thought on the noodles with different location. The vegetable on top is cold which may be a fault on it.

Beef Noodle (#1) is great. The fried chicken is top notch.
