I got the wrong order. I specifically adked for egg rolls. Someone else got the last two. I had to wait 10 minutes. I took my food went home. I opened my bag was wrong order. So, I drovre all the way back. They made me wait for the manager, he didnt know what to do. I will not recommend or visit.Always run out and people wait for fast food.🤑🙃

My six-year old daughter accidentally dropped her potsticker. I asked to purchase a replacement potsticker. They only allow you to order 3 at a time, so I couldnt get a single replacement potsticker for her unless I ordered a whole new order. They knew it was for her, but were heartless and didnt offer to replace the potsticker which was slimy and slippery to begin with. I realize they dont have to do this, but most places wouldnt be so heartless. It really was disappointing. Plus we had to wait for the potstickers to begin with, as they hadnt made new ones. The food is standard panda express, which is what it is, but the employees are unkind, uncaring, and unfeeling.

Every time Ive tried to pick up an order here, theyve acted like Im trying to steal it. Today the woman got frustrated at me for not already having my confirmation email open (something no other store has required), and made me give my first and last name and phone number before giving it over. It was incredibly impolite and very clear she assumed I was lying for seemingly no reason.

Food was standard. Efficiant staff with no personality. No soy sauce, no fortune cookie, no condiments of any kind. I guess i was being punished for not donating to the childrens hospital i was solicited for. Never mind im broke cuz i give at every place i am solicited and was out of money that day. I gave at the gas station, 7-11, center median on the road, roaming the parking lots etc....I cant alone resolve peoples personal problems by simply giving money constantly. I don;t have much since since im 70 and on social security and in public subsidised housing with a host of medical problems but im sure the workers let their implied biases get the better of them end i end up with mediocre food and service!

Ordered a plate today, the almond crispy chicken was disgusting and dry. I use to get this chicken but I never seen one like one I got today. I just threw away that foods in trash and I will never back again there.

Generally I have had good experience with this place. Service is quick and great. Peak lunch hours you may see a line, but otherwise a good place for quick lunch. Food is pretty consistent. Like their hot and sour soup, Chowmein & kung pao, black pepper chicken!

Do not waste your time with online orders.When I started my order at 6:03pm, ASAP would be ready at 8:03pm. When I checked out at 6:08pm, my order would be ready at 8:15pm.Upon arriving at 8:23pm, I was told they will let me know when its ready.It is currently 8:58pm and I do not yet have my food. I have counted 62 customers served as I sit here waiting.I had a previous review here, which I wanted to edit; but Google did not let me pull it up.In my previous review (which a few people marked as helpful so I feel others have had this issue as well), I warned that this Panda Express location only offers 3-4 types of entrées during the last hour they are open. It happened to me enough times that today I placed the online order.I will not be returning to this location, its worth driving to other locations if youre able to.

The most disgusting experience. The food was very very stale, it was so strange but the food chow mein looked like it was leftovers from another order, it had other tiny entree pieces which made it look like leftovers. They are very very very very stingy the beef and broccoli came with ONE piece of beef I am not even kidding the rest was uncooked broccoli. It was such a horrible order I wish I can give it 0 stars. I DONT recommend this place.

Employees here are incompetent as it gets. We placed a takeout order online. When we got there, the food was sitting. Bring the orders to work to eat and half the items are not in the entrées. I call them to let them know half our food is missing from the order and they say take a picture and drive back here. 18 min drive not even worth the time of day. No apology whatsoever from the staff. Wont be returning to this location.

PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING HERE!!My family and I ordered online today, hoping to share a nice meal together and relax for the afternoon. We picked up our food and headed home.Upon arrival, my sister opened her food only to find a bowl half full of rice and a few measly pieces of chicken inside. At first we figured that perhaps they were running out of that specific item and tossed in the few remains and called it a day (understandable if they were busy or in a hurry). However as we continued opening our food boxes, we came to find that not one, not two, but ALL of our plates were the exact same. We were given a scoop of rice and three or four COLD pieces of meat.I ordered beef with broccoli and string bean chicken, however I received broccoli with BROCCOLI (no beef) and “string bean chicken” that consisted of only string beans and 2 pieces of orange chicken that I assume had fallen into the batch. Can you imagine! I did not pay $16+ to get a small scoop of vegetables and the wrong kind of meat.The list goes on and on i.e. no sauce on the teriyaki chicken, no super greens when we ordered them, ridiculously small portions, and cold food.I’m not usually one to complain online about food. I hate to be a Karen, I really do, but this was simply unacceptable and ruined what could have been a nice lunch with the family.I write this as a concerned customer, hoping that Panda Express on Bascom Ave takes note of these things and takes action. As I read through the reviews, I noticed that many others had a similar experience with this particular panda. A shame really :(I hope that this issue is addressed and no one else experiences the same disappointment that we did. Until then, I have the unfortunate task of giving this 1 star.I digress….

I went in to grab a quick lunch I wanted the half chowmein and half fried rice he skimped thats ok no worries but then for the entrees I ordered the premium ones where you pay an additional $1.25 and he gave me only three pieces of steak and a lot of veggies, I asked if he wouldnt mind putting a few more pieces as its a premium entree and im paying extra I would like a reasonable portion he snapped at me and said no no then proceeded to say im going to have to ask my boss.. it wasnt even a proper scooped portion theres nothing to ask they have no customer service horrible horrible better of going to whole foods and self serving your own food no worrying about having to hassle with the worked about properly serving portions that we pay good money for. Skimpy not worth it save yourself the trouble !! Go somewhere else I left and went to Union Chinese food !

Every PE I’ve tried gives you a full bowl of rice then sprinkles the entree on top. So $8 for a bowl of rice with a tiny bit of the actual entree. I’ve tried with the bowl and combo option, multiple locations. I think they train employees to do this to save $$

This is the worst Panda Express I have been to. I have not met any restaurant staff as rude as this one.I ordered a pickup online and waited at the pickup spot for 5 mins the staff shameless just stood there and never gave me my order, I went to the order line stood there and waited for my turn, When my turn came the staff told me “oh you could have just gone to pickup spot”They are not just rude the are also not aware of whats happening around them.

This is one of the nicer locations Ive seen. Like all Panda Expresses, the food is consistently good. However like all Panda Expresses, the wait in line is long even during non-busy times. There were two people in front of me and it took nearly 15 minutes to pay. Seriously Panda needs to figure out a system of moving people through quickly.

Is the second time in this location, and is really bad. The first time it wasn’t that bad, but this second time it was horrible. The girl was su busy take care the online tickets . Update: So I used to like this place but recently my schedule changed so Ive had to use their online pick up service. The last two times (maybe I shouldve learned after the first time) my food wasnt ready for ~5-10 min after when it said it would be and I had to basically wait at the end of the line. While thats fair to the people in line, it feels like it misses the point of setting a time for my pick up and the last time I had to run quickly and didnt receive my food at all. Or in other words, just another review adding to all the other reviews about waiting a long time and leaving.

Its panda express. You know what your getting. This is the newest panda near my house. Its always really clean, and this place is always pretty busy so the food is always pretty fresh. In the summer the AC is in hyper drive and the restaurant is really cold.

Iv been to a lot of locations across the country and this is the only one that I have had a bad experience, service was slow, I ordered a plate with 3 entree and was waiting on the third to be cooked, while waiting the cashier tried cashing me someone else’s food, she then proceeded to cash me out for my food in advance, instead of cashing me for the 3 entree she cashed me for 2, the guy sharing the food then proceeds to take out one entree and substitute it for the other, at this point I’m confused the cashier said she didn’t cash me for the 3 entree when I asked for 3, she then proceeded to tell me the person sharing messed up my order, mind you she had check my food earlier and saw that I’m waiting on the 3rd entree, I then try to explain to her through a mask what’s wrong then she turns around and say I don’t need to shout when I’m clearly trying to speak so u can hear me this time around, I’m never going back to this location Vanessa C made it clear they don’t know what they are doing no organization everyone is just staring at each other to make the next move, the food is also bellow average from other locations in the area.

Well, it was more or less but this last time I went they gave me the chicken all burnt😡 I have photos but I dont know how to put them up, Im really unlucky when it comes to food in restaurants and for them to serve me poorly anyway.
