Panda Express in Newbury Park

I do not want to go into how much I eat at Panda Express because it is kind of embarrassing, but I will say that when I go, I just get vegetables and meat so not big on the breaded or other carbohydrate heavy foods. With that being said, I can tell you that I have been to many Panda Expresses in the past so I have a lot of experience to base my opinion on.Without a doubt, I would say the Newbury Park Panda Express is the most enjoyable one that I have been to. The facility is always clean, the food is well stocked and freshly prepared, and the employees appear to be more friendly. I very much enjoy going to this location whenever I am in the area.Additionally, there is a bonus for people who have the need to stay in their cars as this is one of the few Pandas I have encountered that has a drive through.

Ordered a large sizzling shrimp A la carte. She filled the container 3/4 full and said she could only give me 15 shrimp. Im fine with that but at least fill the rest up with veggies! That order cost over $16...what the hell. The trays were sticky too. Worst Panda ever.

2nd time ive ordered white rice and super greens in the drive thru and opened the box to this.

I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are delicious and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we have a gorgeous evening. warmly recommended.

I really enjoy eating at Panda Express. Theyre a little more on the expensive side in terms of fast food restaurants so its kind of a special treat when I do go there for my family. My problem is with the soy sauce. I happen to really enjoy my Chinese food a lot more when I have soy sauce with it. For some reason at Panda Express they make you ask for the soy sauce when youre at the register after you pay for your order. That is fine. But when the cashier acts as though they are going way out of their way to get you some or simply lies to you completely about putting some in your bag already, thats what irks me. Thats exactly what happened to me three nights ago. I didnt realize until I got home, a few miles away from the store that the cashier lied to my face and put no soy sauce packets in my bag. They act like the cost for those packets come out of their daily wages or something. I realize I can go to the grocery store and buy some for myself which is what Ill do, but my point is thats something they provide with your meal there and why should I be made to feel like Im bothering the staff for asking for some or just flat out be lied to? I know Im not the only person who feels this way about Panda Express, Ive spoken to many people who all feel the same way. I wonder how many customers theyve lost over this.

Been going here for years. Staff has always been great, especially compared to other panda express Ive been to. Portions are generous and food is decent.
