12-5-23 my closest take out Chinese food and its usually fair to good and ready on time. With the exception of their rice it is never good it is always dried out. Today our online pickup order was lost, it took over half an hour to sort out. I Leaned up against a wall while waiting and got an ant on me, turns out they have an infestation on the fountain drink counter in all the cups and lids super super gross!!!!!!!

Really don’t recommend this place. Even the manager is rude - the one who sets an example for the rest of the crew. In fact most of this complaint is about the manager.There was only one person in front of me when we arrived and after they were served, they said “please give us a moment and will be with you shortly” fair enough, they were refilling the meals and getting things ready. But when it came time to serve me and my two kids, the lady noticed there was a line forming behind me and was incredibly rude trying to push us through their assembly chain.I asked for a full meal and side for my daughter. Then asked about allergens for my second daughter and by then the manager dismissed me and tried to serve the person behind me.We had just waited so patiently for our turn. The rest of the staff just followed the managers lead and disregarded my requests about dairy in the meals.Honestly, the portions here are so ridiculous. The “entrees” are tiny while the “sides” fill up the whole plate.

*DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE* Ive gone a few times to get food from this place and i love my food spicy. I actually cant even eat with any chili in my food. But any how i always ask for 6 packs of sause and they never give me them they always put 3 or 4. AND out of the 4 times ive been there only 1 time Ive gotten the fortune cookie.* oh man these employees are petty. They literally served me food like if it was an airport. Just enough to fill each section..

Good times, the food was little heavier on oil than I would prefer. I loved and appreciated the portion sizes so generous and got my boys fed. Great prices and quick service

I got the bottom of the barrel chow mien. All of the noodles were an inch long and I got mostly cabbage and onions. I just happened to cut my orange chicken in half and it was pink inside.

Best panda Ive ever ate at. Lupe was very fast very good worker I dont know she is a manager but she should be. If I could give this place more stars I would. Im a foreman for my company and Im a very strict foreman and Lupe t. Is high leadership material.

Everything went great it just hide in that almond shrimp 125 with a small font it’s not fun and it makes the store lose the credibility or the corporation so be careful when you order the combo 1369 do not order shrimp Almont because they don’t tell you it’s extra 125 they are not clear about it and then when you ask they have masks I couldn’t understand then at all & they don’t speak clear about this extra so 13,65 can ended with 15,68 !!! And of course the staff are nice when you ask so I felt shame to ask for credit But for future customer be careful with the combo there is a hidden fee written by very small font this nit fun from the cooperation that we all like to dining in !!!

I’m giving them negative stars. Some female employee was using window cleaner near me and she opened the door and those chemicals got in my eyes and clothes. These people are careless, negligent, irresponsible, and thoughtless. Additionally, I have been here many times to test out if it was just a one time thing. Sadly, all the staff members here forget to give you a fork, fortune cookie, or condiments. Then you remind them, they give you a face. It’s not hard to remember. Let’s not be cheap. Step up your game. Other locations are doing what their suppose to.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I am completely appalled... the food was okay this time, but the service was horrific. Wendy argued with my wife over using a coupon on a large order. We asked for cookies and fortune cookies, assuming they added it to the bill loke every other visit. Apparently not, since Wendy took it upon herself to confront us at our vehicle. Im not certain why you would accuse a customer that spends $100+ of stealing a cookie they asked for. I could have been double charged for cookies and not even noticed, theyre cheap! Not only did she accuse us of stealing, she threatened to call the cops next time. Ive never been treated this way. Considering my previous review, Im even more surprised by this. I dont know what to think of this place anymore.Previous Review (5-star):Excellent customer service! Ive been to other locations in the past and barely wanted Panda Express when I made a large online order. When I arrived 10 minutes before the pickup time, they apologized and explained why it wasnt ready yet! While it was obvious, the gesture was appreciated. Wendy especially made this a great experience with a warm smile and made me feel like my time was appreciated. If nothing else, I will return to this location!

I have eaten at this location several times. The food is always fresh. The employees are not very friendly or helpful so much so that they border on rude. I would not recommend it. If you like Panda know the food and menu and just rush in to order it is ok. If you need help or advice or are unfamiliar, not in a rush dont go.Parking easy, easy to find. Great location.

The customer service is bad. I asked to taste one item she say No we are not giving anything No sampling. She was rough and not respectful even on giving me the food. Such a bummer they aren’t ready with food when they open. This is my 3rd time coming and they only have like 5 items ready. When wanting anything else they comment it’ll be anywhere from 12-15 minutes which would make me late to work. Guess I’ll have to cater for my work and get lunches from somewhere else from now on.

Had the most awful experience, they were limited on all entrees. It seem everytime I would ask if they had this entree, I was told it would be available in 10 to 15 min. The location wasnt busy to have this problem. Will not return.
