Im not typically one to complain but Umm, I should have looked at the bowl before I took off because I hit the bottom of the bowl in one fork full. The food didnt even touch the lid. 🙃🙃🙃 Unacceptable, will not be returning.

Seems like the Hispanic Woman that was putting the food in the to go container has a racial Bias for white people I ordered Chow Mein like the hispanic man ahead of me he got 2 big tongs full of it I only got 1 tong full of it felt like she did it on purpose as you can see in photo. Seems like no real way to figure out how much you should be getting.

Panda you get what you pay. Your employees are underpaid and understaffed. How can I tell? Oh thats easy.I place my order online and arrange a 30 minute pick up. But. Im planning on being about 5 minutes late because I KNOW its understaffed.First they couldnt find my order. Then it turns out they were looking for the wrong first name. Then there were no super greens available. After 25 additional minutes I finally receive my order.I arrive home.... The chicken and shrimp are overcooked to the point of being super dry and hard to chew. For my 73 year old mother who doesnt have teeth. Imagine bringing inedible food as a treat to your elderly parent.Raise your pay, staff or better so I can actually get mad at your staff!

Panda express santa rosa aveYou did me dirty Panda. Everytime I go here, I end up thinking, Never again. But then I get a craving for chowmein, and I try to give them one more chance. Today I stood in line forever to order a box of chowmein. Finally get back to my car, open it up and there is a huge, nasty red lipstick lip-print smeared all over the inside of the box. 🤢🤮Unfortunately my lunchbreak was over so I couldnt even go back and get a refund. Im so grossed out, all the trust has been broken. Between the long lines, expensive portions and sub-par food, it never ends up being worth it.

Rude rude rude is what the employees are. After standing there waiting for 5 mins before someone acknowledged us (even though she was literally looking up at me like 5 times) there I made a comment (because I worked 10 yrs in the fast food industry) that we had not been greeted and asked to wait a moment while they caught up on orders they didnt have chow mein for. I feel this is customer service 101, train your employees to treat the customers better.

I simply dont know if I should think of this as preferential or prejudicial. The Spanish speaking lady ahead of me got a bowl with Mandarin chicken (which should be a single order), the scooper lady (which was chatting up the lady in Spanish) cut her 2 pieces of chicken.I ordered double Mandarin chicken, but I notice the scooper lady only cut only 2.5 piece of chicken for me. I spoke up and she said whats the big deal? I can cut you more! Well, in the end I still ended up with an extra 0.5 piece of chicken.My math might be bad but REALLY? So if a single get 2 piece, but a double only end up with 3 piece after complaint?If this is just the company pulling a fast one on consumers, this will be my last visit. If this is a training issue, please please educate your employees.

Food is good, but we always have problems at dinner times getting entrees. 3 times now we have gone in and ordered, then had to wait because they had to cook several of their entrees they were out of. I know they usually have a line of 5 people, but serving one of your party then dishing out most of your partners dinner and having him wait 7 minutes gets to be wearing. If youre looking for a really fast meal, maybe check out the other options near by, if their busy.

Ordered a large grilled teriyaki chicken with no sauce. Just the box of chicken. The box wasn’t full. Paid $11.34. I like this chain! You can get a fairly healthy meal for a good price. They always have veggies as one of their sides, and they have a fair amount of various main dishes. And everything Ive gotten there has been very flavorful and tasty.

Ive been coming here for a bit since moving closer to this location. Besides being shorted items, whenever I order online I have to wait 10min longer than the online order says it will be ready. they make your food and let it sit while waiting for more of it to cook. They have plenty of time but cant seem to get it to work. Ive been yelled at by a employee when I finally got frustrated waiting 15min later than the initial 20min online order time. Manager doesnt seem to care. Everytime he says he will take care of it and take care of me next time but fails to do either one.

My wife just picked up food here. They guy in line in front of her complained they half filled the shrimp box. Sure enough ours was half full. Complete lack of vegetables in the chow mein. Make the drive to any other panda express. This one has friendly staff but, if the manager is cutting corners how much are they jeopardizing public safety, Just to save a buck?

Portion sizes were very small, about half that of a normal panda. Many of the entrees were not available at the counter, but the store was not busy or too slow, should have had all options avalible. The Soda area was a complete mess of twisted up straw wrappers, soy sauce, soda slippery ice mess, and the lid dispensers did not work at all. The lid dispensers worked in a way which causes other people ahead of you to touch and put back your lid back into the machine, yikes!

This Panda quality of foods are an average but very slow services (processing customers, average processing time 7 to 10 minutes meaning luke warm food).Needs to employ an additional employees at peak hours (11:00am to 2:00pm and 5:00pm - 7:00pm) or change way of serving.For example; instead of passing food container to next server, each server will complete the order to cashier then server will return to starting point this will eliminate confusion and food will stay warm and speeds-up processing the customers.Hope manager or owner of store will read my suggestions.I go to this particular Panda at least once every 2-weeks.Also stop asking for donations. If store is to match the donations, then I will. People go to Pandas to buy food, not donate.

The food is very good. But the staff treats badly, they are rude, I dont know what happens to the staff. I suggest you train them. Remember that the best publicity is that of a satisfied customer.
