Sky Dragon Restaurant
2770 Stony Point Rd, Santa Rosa, CA 95407, United States
I really don’t know how this place got good reviews. The customer service from the owner himself was terrible. Will never go back, there are better Chinese restaurants in Santa Rosa.
Royal China Restaurant
3080 Marlow Rd #4, Santa Rosa, CA 95403, United States
Great food, best Chinese in Santa Rosa, go early for lunch as it gets crowded, love the Beef and Green Beans, Wor Won Ton Soup, also good local beers on tap, and a decent wine list for a Chinese restaurant.
China Garden Restaurant

I eat a lot of Chinese food have lived in the area for 35 years I am fortunate to have this restaurant in my neighborhood however I have not limited myself to this restaurant and I want to tell you beyond a doubt it is the best Chinese Ive had in Santa Rosa! Their shrimp and seafood is so fresh and burst in your mouth with wonderful flavors they never disappoint I have not eaten anything there that I did not enjoy to the fullest. And their service their employees make you feel like your family
China Legend
500 Mission Blvd suite e, Santa Rosa, CA 95409, United States
This is actually my favorite Chinese restaurant in Santa Rosa. They have the BEST walnut prawns Ive ever had, and its the one thing I order every single time. The waiters there are very nice, the restaurant is decent looking, they dont have a stupid tv which makes me so happy. Im honestly tired of walking into a restaurant and seeing a television tuned to CNN or sports-ball. I come here to eat. Let me eat. They do :)
China Star
2101 W College Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95401, United States
I visit many Chinese restaurants since I spend a lot of time in the field. This one was great. Lunch special was 13.06 out the doors for a Mongolian chicken which was very tasty. Came with sweet and sour soup, white rice and crab rangoon. Food was excellent for the price. I only one plate so far so other plates could prove me wrong on the food but I doubt it.
Panda Express
2020 Santa Rosa Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95407, United States
Placed on Santa Rosa Avenue, this Panda Express location is right in the middle of one of the most popular shopping centers in town. It's by Costco, Ulta Beauty, Target and plenty of other affordable restaurants. They have a very nice outdoor seating area. It's not designated just to Panda Express, but if it's a nice day and tables aren't taken it's always an option. As we know Panda Express is an Americanized Asian fast food restaurant. The Asian aspect of their taste inspires from cities like Hong Kong, Beijing, and even Sichuan. They also do use woks that are 8 pounds to keep the authenticity. They've upped their care for health as they now have no food with high-fructose corn syrup and by 2025 they plan to cut even more sodium, sugars, and artificial colors and flavors.Their website is beautifully organized. On there they have a chart for those who have specific allergies. They even have a page with 30-minute recipe recommendations using their food! They only have their firecracker shrimp for limited times, but it is so tasty! This specific Panda Express has fresh food unlike other ones I've been too. They do vegetarian options like vegetables, chow mein, fried and white rice. Even veggie spring rolls.Panda Express is kid friendly not just because they have a kids menu to fit their size, but they even have a program where they donate money to undeserved youth. The workers here are youthful and efficient. I want to comment specifically on a worker named Jerrod. His customer service was exceptional and he definitely knows how to make sure that his customers are happy! Management, I hope you make him employee of the month!Since it's such a busy plaza there's parking everywhere including wheelchair accessible parking. Just be careful driving around since it can get pretty tight.Overall to the beautiful people of Sonoma county and visitors abroad, I can tell you this is my favorite Panda Express in Santa Rosa!
Mei-Don Chinese Cuisine
6576 Oakmont Dr, Santa Rosa, CA 95409, United States
This is the best low-brow Chinese place left in Santa Rosa, I think. If you have an occasion to be near sleepy little Oakmont, this place is a refreshing break from the eye-wateringly expensive restaurants in Kenwood or Glen Ellen. The $10.99 lunch special is a great deal and so much food! The bathrooms were very clean and the atmosphere is nice and clean as well.
Silver Moon Chinese Food
1880 Mendocino Ave C, Santa Rosa, CA 95401, United States
Being a transplant from San Francisco, Im quite picky about Chinese food. Ive never been a take-out gal, but with the pandemic, I gave Silver Moon a try a few months ago, and I now go weekly. Their noodles are good, and I love their curry chicken (goes really well with rice). You can also order things that arent at the hot table if you dont mind to wait a bit or call in. I have ordered Singapore Noodles (curry thin rice noodles with BBQ pork) a few times, and also tried their pan-fried flat rice noodles (you can ask for shrimp, beef, or chicken). Both really good. The portion is big enough for me to have leftovers for the next day. And they have GREAT shrimp dumplings. Even better than what I get at take out places in San Francisco (partly why I dont usually like take-out!). They also have steamed buns, but I havent tried them, since I prefer baked buns (only available on Saturday -- I usually get the custard ones). Oh, they also have sesame balls. If like the custard ones, but I think they also have them with red beans.
Spring Lake Chinese Restaurant
4219 Montgomery Dr, Santa Rosa, CA 95405, United States
Food tasteless and hardly fresh. Ordered sampler appetizer, disaster, BBQ Pork from when? Slices were even grey in color with a little cutting scraps to garnish on top, Won Tons cold and tuff, Egg Rolls filled with unseasoned wilted cabbage. Ordered Mu Shu Pork, blan, skins so thin that you could hardly unfold them and when applying Hoisin Sauce it immediately started to bleed through. Filling also tasteless with coarsely chopped cabbage representing 80% of the dish. Mongolian Beef tasteless. BBQ Pork Chow Mein also tasteless and made with same hardly fresh BBQ Pork. Should have realized what was to come. When tea was brought to the table I noticed that the tag of the tea bag was soiled, opening the pot found that a section of the string of the bag was caked in black obvious from many previous uses. Tea never did color, however water wasn’t too hot either.I suspect that the person serving us was the Manager or Owner and sensed we were not happy when I commented that the Pork was not fresh. She made no comment. Service from that point on was cool and mechanical. Found Spring Lake Chinese Restaurant from Googling Chinese Restaurants Santa Rosa and had narrowed it down to three. I made a bad mistake!
Panda Express
2240 Mendocino Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95403, United States
In this particular restaurant there is a great deficiency in the food service, in particular they forget to put it in the container, this shows a serious fault, and that the solution is not simply in expressing it to the customer (pass with your ticket and they will We will replace your food) if not to eradicate the problem, dear franchisee, if you cannot meet the standards of the chain, I suggest it is better to sell food a la carte and open another restaurant other than Panda Express. There is in this particular restaurant a great deficiency in the service of the food, in particular they forget to place it in the container, this shows a serious fault, and that the solution is not simply to express it to the customer (go with your ticket and ask him we will replace your food) if not to eradicate the problem, dear franchisee if you can not meet the standards of the chain, I suggest you better sell food a la carte and open another restaurant that is not panda express.
