Great place to grab a quick snack. We had been for lunch. I loved their menu. One can choose between bowl, plate etc. The noodles and rice are ossom!! Prices are also ok.The staff is friendly as well. Would recommend it!!

One person serving at this establishment, lines are crazy, you can tell the poor staff is very fearful. Their portion sizes are very small compared to other Panda Express locations. You can tell the owners have instilled fear into these poor workers. If you ask for chili sauce get prepared to get only one. They literally count how many pieces of shrimp they put on the plate. Not the workers fault - it’s all ownership that stems down to poor customer service. They don’t offer or provide napkins and if you ask for such good luck. Worst Panda Express ever.

I am somewhat disappointed with my visit. I love Panda Express because I can normally expect the same result each time. Service is great, food is hot or at least warm, and the quality is amazing. This time around, customer service was great as usual but the food came out barely warm and I was not satisfied because of the lack of meat in my portions.I ordered a plate with chow mein, mushroom chicken, and broccoli beef. After having ate many mushrooms and a few broccoli is when I noticed the lack of meat. I’m afraid that I got lots of chow mein, mushrooms, and broccoli. Not very much chicken or beef (and I did not just eat all of it without noticing ;)).But anyway, like I said, they usually do a great job each time. I just want my meat.

I’m so disappointed to overhear a conversation at this establishment. The male manager (I didn’t catch his name) was scolding an employee for giving out “big” portions of food. I mean, I pay for my food and it wasn’t like the portions were more than any other Panda Express. It’s just sad to hear that capitalism come through over customer service and the mistreatment of employees there.

Panda offers freshly cooked, relatively inexpensive food. Its a good quality for the price. The restaurant is clean, employees may be a bit robotic.One controversy is with the extra-charge dishes. For example the shrimp dishes limit the number of pieces which the menu fails to clarify. The result is when you order a box of an item with shrimp, you get a half-full box. And this is despite the fact that you are charged extra for shrimp dishes.The company management needs fix their act. It gives a black eye to the business. If shrimp is expensive, they need to increase the price enough to deliver a full box. it is a cheap trick to price per box and then deliver it half empty. Dont make your customers feel stupid. Also dont make your employees feel bad for pulling that cheap trick. They are not paid enough to deal with the nonsense.

Probably my favorite Panda on the peninsula. Theyve got a full menu and even hot and sour soup (first time Ive seen it at one). Staff are nice enough and the restaurant is clean. Portions kinda vary on whos serving you, though. The place gets pretty busy around meal times, so expect to wait at least 10 mins if you dont order ahead.

If I could give this place a zero I gladly would! Today I came in with my son who is taking a road trip and decided to stop by and pick up some food for the way. We’re in the establishment and as I’m ordering I get asked if I have cash I said no and finish ordering because we were on a timeframe. I have my son get a fountain drink as I’m about to pay, I run my card and it gets timed out and they proceeded to explain that their system on all the stores is giving them issues with their credit card system which is a problem because I didn’t have cash at the moment. They could have put a sign at the door since they already knew about this issue, then I noticed they did charge my card but apparently it did not finalize the payment so it won’t go they now I have to wait to make sure it doesn’t go through. The fact that that spot always has high traffic, homeless people with children begging for food and their lack of management competence is why they have lost my business and for making my 7 year old son upset on my Bday!

This was only my second time to a Panda Express, and when I frequent this type of service buffet, I usually let people go in front of me while I peruse the menu... so imagine my surprise when I was the only one in line, because they had just opened! (That was certainly a long sentence!) But the lady who helped me was patient and relaxed and didnt rush me at all. The food was, of course, great, and all staff were organized and friendly. Convenient location, being in my way home. Right on a corner, parking on the side and rear. I was in and out in just a few minutes!

Think of a container for ordering fries and it has 2 wells to put ketchup and mustard - thats how they serve a bunch of rice (which is cheap) and a spoonful each of two entrees. CHEAP. Had bad experience here today. They need to work on portioning . Employee name Brisa or (close to that) argued with me about the portion of orange chicken, i got 4 small pieces, barely filling half of the plate hole, ended up spending more for another entree to have lunch . The main thing that was upsetting that when i asked to add some more to complete portion, she argued in front of other customers in line . To me that was insulting. Wont be coming back . And BTW spring rolls were stale too.
