I love coming to this location food is always on point and the costumer service is always AMAZING! Michelle is the one to usually help me and she always makes my experience that much enjoyable! As someone that has 10+ years of restaurant experience her costumer service is always great, her energy and charisma is the best Ive seen in a while. Its genuine! To the rest of the team you guys are killing it! To my chefs (cooks) in the back, you guys keep on killing it back there. You guys are putting out GREAT and AMAZING food day in and day out. Keep it up guys!

Gross. Food was sub par, employees were nasty, and the restaurant was FILTHY.Employee after employee walked the entire restaurant the entire time we were eating lunch without cleaning a single table, and casually walking over the trash that remained on the floor for nearly an hour.The restroom was gross, and the sign on the wall indicated that you were not to flush toilet paper, so you can already imagine the smell and condition of the trash area.The soda machine was constantly locked, and the behind the counter employees were annoyed each time a customer requested to use it.Avoid. It’s not a good experience.

The line can be brutally long during peak hours but dont give up just yet. You will find yourself eatiing sooner than you had estimated. The staff is efficient and they get the job done. The job being serving you a meal with noticeably less food in it, while having to smile when they tell you it costs more than the original fare.

They allow me to use restrooms if i come in with uniform no questions asked. Granted it was another location somewhat far from here. But come in as a normal person and theyll deny youIf that discrimination? Perhaps, based on my experience its unfair how they choose to let you in based on how professional you look. Food is whatever too anyway only the chicken is good

Got to enjoy a plate of orange chicken half rice half noodles with green beans and a big soda 👍🏻I donated towards cancer and they gave me a red envelope with coupons in it and a good luck card for the Lunar new year I guess pretty cool 👍🏻👍🏻

Takes awhile to get through the line sometimes. Food selections are decent. Service is consistent, very fast food like. Not much parking, sketchy characters in the outdoor seating area. Ok for adults, wouldnt take my kids there.

I visited this location for the first time today. They took my order, got everything right, and then at the end, they are out of regular napkins, small and large lids. They did supply, a little white napkin but not much of a napkin but better than nothing. I would just come to expect more.

The staff working there literally saved my little brothers life when he was choking on some food a asian guy working in the back came out and gave him the Heimlich maneuver and then gave him a few pats on his back hard hes in choked up a huge piece of broccoli and then just went back to work like it was something that he does every day but he went out of his way to do that and me and my brother both thank him. All the staff there was very helpful

The Super Greens/Healthy Greens never taste the same. Some days they are Garlic forward 😍 Some days they are dry😩& other days they are tasteless with no flavor. 😥 Its clear that the cooks do not follow the same recipe! Im always conflicted when I go hoping the greens taste good. In the future I will try a different Pandas until I find one that is consistent.

This location is near to the Metro subway and always has Out of Order signs on the restrooms As a normal person who uses the Metro and a paying customer, it would be nice for Panda to let customers use the bathroom.

I noticed that some pandas serve different quality than others. It could be just in the preparation and how it’s cooked and how it is served. I’m kind of shocked that the North Hollywood store on Lankershim Boulevard has really gone down and I don’t know if it’s the area or the people that hang out in the area that bring it down or they don’t really care.I’ve always believed that businesses do well because of management. And I don’t feel even though I’ve been eating at this one for a long time at least once a week that people seem happy there and they seem understaffed most of the time. Anyway in my last couple of times going there not good the steam vegetables seemed old squishy because they keep mixing in the new with the old. Anyway I hope they get it together I’d like to leave them a better review

A decent, clean Panda Express!Its right by the Metro station, so I would stop here often when I used to ride it a lot for a quick bite and bathroom break.The dining area is all very clean and well lit, and the service is quick and speedy. The bathrooms are clean as well. Good for when you just need something cheap and quick to eat!

Used to come here a lot but its been getting pretty disappointing. But today, the fried rice tasted like bitter peanut butter (no clue how they managed that outcome) and my girlfriends teriyaki chicken was way overcooked. To top it off, she found a Hair in it (looks like a dig hair or maybe someones unkempt eyebrow but regardless, made us lose our appetite. Someone needs to wake up and keep their restaurant in check

They get 3 stars for decent, quick Chinese food, but only 1 star for service. They are understaffed constantly, with a line of people waiting to order all the way to the entrance. Then you have a group of people waiting for certain entrees to be cooked because the kitchen can’t keep up with the demand. To use the restroom, you have to wait to get an staff member to unlock it, which they don’t want to do when there’s a line of people waiting to order.

Picked up order and was misisng veggie rolls so I went back and the manager swore she put them in my order when they clearly werent. She kept refusing to give them to me and started talking to me in her language so i wouldnt understand what she was saying. Very rude and unprofessional. To make things worse she was NOT wearing a mask around the food they serve. Hopefully she does not infect anyone.

Honestly the silliest thing! I ordered through Postmates and it didn’t allow me to chose double orange chicken for my plate so I called in and a girl answered and made sure and tripled check to make sure my order was correct and surely enough it’s gets here and everything is exactly as I requested along with the two teriyaki sauce in the side.I’ve had so many times where I called the restaurant to change something up and they always say OK and things still come back wrong. So thank you to who ever this girl is! She’s a ROCKSTAR!!

They removed the ONE vegan dinner entree they had, spicy eggplant and tofu. They only ever offered ONE vegan dinner entree on the ENTIRE meat-filled menu, and now its gone! And, no, steamed veggies dont count as a hot dinner entree, that is a side dish and its not filling at all.
