Employee at drive thru microphone was rude and unprofessional. I wanted to order a bowl with rice and vegetables for my vegetarian l.friend. He told us that we must order meat with the rice, that if we wanted only veggies, we should go to Olive Garden. He snapped at us and said, So what do we want to do? We ended up getting only one bowl instead of two. But I will NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE!

Always delicious food but super busy location. The staff are generally nice but can get distracted when making dishes due to the high level of traffic they have to deal with. Its usually pretty loud as well, so its best to speak up when talking with them. Portion sizes are good. I definitely prefer going inside vs. the drive-through. If you go inside, you get a more personal experience and see what food is fresh. Parking is terrible though

Will not tolerate the new cardboard eco plates. Switch back to normal or will never buy panda express again. Food dries in it so fast and loses flavor. Instead you actually taste cardboard when eating. Garbage

Was there for a quick bite! They now have a fire grilled shrimp 🍤 for a limited time. Was really fresh and yummy! The sauce was delish. Panda Express doesn’t miss the beat for healthy food.Thank you Jazpher at Panda Express for the prompt and professional service!I will definitely come back.

I have always visited this place even though there is a nearer Panda Express in my place because of their boba milk tea. I only like Panda Express boba milk tea because it’s not too sweet. However, today, their milk tea is too sweet and I can’t even drink half of it. It’s a shame that not only do they serve so little but now their milk tea is also very sweet. I won’t ever be back here again. FYI, I’ve tried other milk tea and didn’t like it. Panda milk tea is the only thing I drink because it’s not very sweet but now they became just like the other boba tea which I can’t drink. I’m not sure why it has became like this. It’s also a shame that this is the only Panda Express that has tea bar besides a few other locations which are too far from my place. I guess I will have to make my own from now on… :((

First time at this location and I was pleased. There was a line at the drive thru, but it moved pretty fast. I was kind of worried about the food not being hot/fresh, but thank God it was. Great service and clean grounds. I don’t mind going inside but being able to just drive up did kind of save time so you can pretty much grab your food and keep going. Our food was given to us exactly as ordered and it tasted very well. I love the Rangoons and I love the fact that the cream cheese is not sweet (which they normally are at a chinese restaurant). I Recommend this place if you’re near by and want a quick bite to eat.

Ive noticed that when I go inside to get my order, I get more food than from the drive-through. Food is always fresh and tasty. I will continue to use this location however, I may go inside from now on. Friendly service, and they always ask you if you would like to try whatever they are promoting.

Everything was perfect until they install a computer taking your order at the Drive- thru. Today I was placed my order and it pick up the wrong item on the menu. I had the eggplant tofu with mushroom chicken chow mein and side of veggie egg rolls very delicious. I had been dying for the eggplant tofu so I was glad to have it at this location because not all locations have the same menu.My niece had chow mein with veggie egg rolls, beef broccoli and orange chicken she enjoyed it very much.The food was very fresh and tasty - the only thing I have to say is that with a two entree meal normally you get noodles and rice; I do not eat rice so the girl could have given me more noodles in substitute for the rice and she did not. Entre portions are small.

The staff were friendly and nice. The restaurant was welcoming atmosphere. Dish is a bit on the pricey side but my main reason for putting 4 stars is why serve food without cutlery, I was really hungry when I bought this, my car was at the auto shop so I had to eat. But after buying and crossing the huge scary road to eat my dish, I found out they didnt put a cutlery not even one or chopsticks 🥢 and that alone just spoilt the entire good vibes I was feeling with their services. This is not my first panda express but it might as well be my last as they have spoiled the whole panda express for me. One experience that leaves a bad taste is not one to be repeated.

This place sucks I went in to buy a plate with three entrees first of all it was like $12 expensive wow, second of all they give you a little bit of meat and this place is always crowded the drive-thru also takes a long time its similar to the line at In-N-Out.And in addition to that the noodles taste funny they dont cook the food properly and the rice has no flavor tasteless.I was very disappointed with this location

There was a line in the drive thru. I was moving though. The Gardena location didnt have all the items that I wanted due to it closing soon at 10:30pm.I was all good. The cashier was very professional in taking my order. Kudos to the staff on being on point during these times. I support you guys in your patience and hard work. Keep it up. This is literally my favorite panda to go to! Idk, but to me it’s just the way the cooks make their panda, it taste so much better!! Not all pandas make the food this good and fresh and this one does! The employees are extremely sweet and will try their best to get you out in a timely manner. So, this place is pretty busy. However tonight when we came in with our family, they were out of a lot of items. We asked if they had more before ordering items they seemed low on. It took about 20 minutes to get the order out in batches. Thats always a bit disappointing when dining with a group. I just wish that they had been a bit forthcoming.

Being someone who has worked in customer service for more than 25 years I know that I have to leave my attitude at the door when I get to work. Which ever manager allowed Karina M to be a cashier today really needs to pay attention to how these employees show up for the customers. If something as simple as me asking for hot sauce and soy sauce is a problem then she needs to go home or not interact with customers and kindly asked to wash dishes instead of helping customers directly. I will not tolerate being spoken to like a child, especially someone who get paid hourly and not by how many people she rushes out the door. Very clean and nice looking place, but the flavors are not quite the same. The orange chicken had a bit too much batter. The Kun Pao was lacking the extra flavor you get from the red hot peppers. I ordered two Plates ($17.52) and asked her to fill them as much as she could without charging, her response was She will fill them to the correct portion. Went to Panda Bear today traveled several miles for Eggplant tofu 😔 I was so excited, until I was overcharged for a plate with unseasoned no spicy flavoring at all Eggplant Boo, I called before I came, definitely not impressed pictures posted eggplant and Kung Pao Chicken thats it, I was charged for a large plate 9.90 cents, I also asked for extra eggplant tofu because I didnt want any rice or noodles. Unfortunately I was not able to sample the product because new Covid guidelines, I wouldve never bought eggplant no flavor poorly made. I was given a option to purchase a small container of eggplant for 1.50. Not impressed eggplant tofu was 0 stars.. customer service ettiuqe when ordering not good either.

FEEL SLIGHTED! I went yesterday through the drive thru during lunch and ordered a medium box of honey walnut shrimp and a medium drink. Came to $12.70. I paid extra for the premium dish of shrimp. Panda Express restaurants have many very delicious food dishes at reasonable prices. Service is fast and friendly. The Panda Express restaurant in Gardena, California on Artesia Blvd. has excellent food that is usually fresh, especially when they are busy and there is a line. The bathrooms are clean.I prefer their chow mein over their rice. Their Shanghai Angus Steak, Sweet Fire Chicken Breast, and Orange Chicken are all great. Their fountain drinks include root beer, and delicious 0 calorie Lipton juicy peach tea.They will let you sample one or two dishes with a piece of meat or shrimp or tofu on a toothpick. That is a good way to see what you like and if it tastes fresh.Each receipt asks you to take a customer survey by phone or over the internet that will get you a code to write on your receipt to get a free entree on your next visit. They take and keep your receipt to give you the free entree.
