First time doing a mobile order from this store. Ordered bowl 1/2 rice 1/2 greens with orange chicken. I get back to the office to find there is no orange chicken. Do better.

Worst PE ever, if I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a panda bowl with the sizzling shrimp and the server just put half a spoon of rice, veggies and shrimp on the plate and I asked her is that it? She gave me a blank stare and said do you want more Ill gladly charge you extra, and I said thats not even a full bowl! All the other PE locations give one scoop full of whatever item you ask for. This server literally rationed my food. Im never coming back to this Scrooge McDuck establishment...

The server was great, friendly and professional. But once again it was an hour before closing and they are out of a lot of things or its been sitting. The chow mein is dry. I asked for the sizzling shrimp since there is a giant sign. But they no longer serve it. Not sure if thats just for tonight or forever. She offered me a dish that was just mixed with another older dish thats been sitting, but it looked very dry also. This is the second time this has happened. After a long day at work i was looking forward to some fresh good food. This was not the place to get this tonight. 😕

Great service, food fresh at all times (well whenever we go), and very friendly. I love the fact that they dont run out of condiments, and they have pretty quick service. Good area with plenty of parking. Right off 91 freeway.

Honestly there’s so many other pandas to go to and have way better quality food! I got a coupon on the mail specifically to try this location and let’s just say I’m throwing the rest of the coupons away ! Noodles dry and no flavor and they had two cooks!? Crazy terrible just try a different panda down the street!

First time trying Panda Express at this location. I was really hungry and patient waiting for assistance from whom appeared to be a lead person. Im sorry to say that I was quite surprised on how management as far as customer assistance was going about considering the manpower that was available at the moment. What bothered me considering that I was really hungry, was that the lead person assisting the person in front of me just left after assisting him to talk to one of her employees therefore leaving me waiting in line for literally a few minutes. On top of that there is so much noise in there I dont know from what, that you literally have to shout in order for the person assisting you to be able to hear.

I had a bad experience at this location on 10/19/2020 at 7:00pm. The two young girls working do not have customer service and they are very slow on taking peoples’ orders. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes to just order my food and the cook told them to speed it up because there’s a line and they Did Not care if anything it looked like they started moving slower. This young man with glasses indeed has customer service and he made the line move quicker. But I most definitely would NEVER go back to this location.

30 mins till closing 5 customers in line. Scraps of food left and worker tells me they are not making food any more. I ask them how are you gonna serve all these people. Manager acts very irritated and we are closing in 15 mins. Its only 8pm. Customers complain and they finally decides to make some more food. Waited 10 mins and finally get my food and open the container and they put all the scraps in my container. Food not Warm at all. Very disgusted at the service and nasty food.

This is not a very good Panda Express. I work near by a at least once a week I attempt to eat there. The food is always almost empty and looks like its sat for a long time. They never have vegetables ready, Ill ask when and they say they have to make them,so I wind up looking and leaving. It does matter if you go at 11AM or 2PM always the same. Lucky there are other choices in center.

Big rip off, $6.90 plus tax for a small bowl consisting of 2 small spoonfuls of rice and one small spoonful of chicken, just filling the bowl a little more then halfway. I dislike this location . They open at 10am however they NEVER have any food ready when they open. I’ve been there multiple times during my lunch break and nothing is cooked besides the white rice. Every day it’s the same thing! No food available. There is no point of them opening at 10 if nothing is ready! Bad service! There is always people waiting on their food!

Customer service is good. But the serving of the portion isnt what it use to be & its expensive. Thats why it has 1 star. In 2000 they would fill your plate up. Today I was told 1 scoop only, I didnt know it was an ice cream parlor. For the price not worth it. 👎

If you fancy feeling like Oliver Twist, then this is the perfect place for you. The serving size / quantity does not match the price point at all. I am left to wonder while I watch them scoop the food with (from what seems to be melon ball scoops) as to where someone would learn the perfected art of stinginess that the crew at this location knows quite well. So, if for some reason you came here with a friend and wasnt really hungry, but you didnt want to be rude. Then this would be perfect because they would rapidly give you the bird sized entree of your dreams and you could enjoy your lunch with your friend with the bustling sounds of money leaving the pockets of unfortunate customers as they walk away wondering (as did I) if they got ripped off.

More then once weve placed an order near closing time and several of the things we ordered were not available because they stop cooking half hour before closing. Other Pandas say this is not Pandas policy. Needless to say, they can continue this policy and lose our business. The crew doesnt seem to care .
