Came around 7:25 didnt get till front of line till 7:30. Ordered my food then proceeded to wait 15 minutes just to ALMOST PAY ! Then the cashier has the audacity to let multiple people cut me and pay FIRST WHEN I HAD ORDERED MY FOOD 15 minutes ago which is COLD sitting in the bag. Took cashier 5 minutes figure out who order was who in line. Just when im ready to pay they inform there out of cash and would need to wait! While the DUMB IGNORANT AFRICAN AMERICAN MANAGER IS BACK THERE COOKING AND LAUGHING INSTEAD TAKING CONTROL OF HER STORE ! Very disappointed in this location seem like they need better and more workers on deck ! Someone do something about this place HR OR OWNERS !

I ordered a family meal. With grilled chicken teriyaki but they never gave me the sauce. So I call and all they can tell me that next time then will be putting the sauce in the bag. I think that is bad customer service in there behalf.

May not be the best Chinese food in the world, but it is good enough for when you want or a bunch of food that tastes good and you get enough to justify what you paid for. It will always be a last minute stop for when I dont really feel like cooking, but I dont want to spend a lot. A big plate can cover a couple meals or two people if you can agree on the sides

I’ve been here many times. But, recently you don’t get what you pay for. The portions are very small, they don’t fill up the compartments. It is very frustrating, when you are pregnant and craving their food. I’ve mentioned this before and they don’t say anything, other than… sorry!

Food was good but keep an eye out on the change machine. I wasnt given the right change and when I brought it up all they said was well its the machine. Made no effort to rectify the situation. When I visited Panda Express in Hawthorne theres was a disgruntled guest who made it clear they were frustrated that their food was not ready. The kind employees did a fantastic job diffusing the situation. Watching Adriana and the rest of the team provide excellent customer service despite the obnoxious customer was amazing to watch. All while providing quick and speedy service to the rest of the busy restaurant. Personally, one of the items in my order was still being prepared. Adriana made sure to keep me updated on the status of my plate as it was being made. I was completely enamored at the skill and speed the Panda Express team at the Hawthorne location possessed. I even saw an order go out with what looked like 12-16 plates. Incredible. I am a regular and the above and beyond service is highly appreciated. Thanks for all the hard work and permanent smiles.

Help get the store to 4 stars for the sake of the staff. Theres a line wrapped around the inside of the store, and theyre working very hard to get us our food. They have a system in place where one employee is writing orders down while youre in line, so that we hand the receipt to the servers, so they can dish it out quickly. Effort is key and Im seeing a lot of it 👏🏻 Management please reward your staff for working during an era where pandemic unemployment pays more 🙏🏻

This is one of the best Panda Expresses in the entire area. We have gone to many different locations and I have never experienced such a amazing quality in the food. Me and my wife will drive from very far just to come to this location. The service is always been friendly always nice always quick they even prepared food for us tonight 10 minutes before 9:30 even though they have to stop looking at 9:30 they did this for us. Ariana hates her job, but Emily was pleasant. It was the longest wait time that I have ever experienced in the history of ordering food, even during covid. Even if you use the app, there is a long wait. I would avoid this location altogether. Needs to work on having better procedures, cause the ones that are in place are definitely not working!! Just left this place. Rudest manager on duty ever! On top of having to wait 7 minutes for the honey walnut shrimp to be prepared we received the smallest portions we have ever received. I dont like this place at all. My youngest loves your cho mein. I get it the workers are tired. I worked food and retail but there are so good people still. My child always orders her own good and pays. If she could tip she does try. The line servers need a break or they need a talking to. My child is a child. NO ONE GIVES HER GRIEF BUT ME. Lían y has a messed up attitude, I been coming here for years and never had a problem. Today I came in and she technically kicked me and my husband out of the Panda Express! After working customer service fit many years I know and understand how difficult it is dealing with a lot of customers but I never provided bad customer service. While the facility appears clean and efficient, the quality of food has certainly gone down. I used to love their orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp, but recently have not been able to enjoy such entrees. The recipes seemed to have been altered recently and everything tastes much different now. The chow mien is hardly much noodle and filled to the max with veggies. Please change your recipes back to the original!

From time to time, Panda Express craving comes to the brain. 1st time at this location in Lawndale border line South Bay.As usual ended up getting 2 item combo. Double Chow Mein, Double Orange Chicken. Adventurous right? lol. Both items were fresh and good. Overall...I was satisfied.Couple of things.1. The line set up is not that great. When a long line forms, it blocks the entrance of those who are coming in (Reason for 4 stars).2. Parking for Panda Express is very limited. There is a parking lot adjacent to other businesses so you can park your car.. Prepare to walk medium/long distance.A. Or you can park on Hawthorne Blvd (if available) which is what I did. Walking distance is very short to Panda Express.

I must say that they are completely unorganized right now, I understand there are safety measures to be taken to keep their employees safe, however how is it possible that you have a line of people outside waiting for fun and they have a person calling out names from the inside mind you no one outside can hear her, why not invest in a cheap speaker system that works, it’s ridiculous the amount of people standing outside waiting for 15 - 20 minutes for their food... then they give you your food and they only give you a Max if 2 hot sauces, no matter how many plates you ordered lol.... like seriously wow... hey really need to find a better way to service their customers, horrible management.... Someone stole my friends cellphone from the table while we were eating at this place last Sunday, 3/22/1914 at 3:00pm. The manager told us in a careless mean way that he can only look at the camaras if we call the police, when the police arrived, he didnt allow them to see the surveillance video either, saying that he has to call the corporation, I think he should said that before. He didnt even care, rude manager. If you go there be careful with your cellphones dont place them on the table while eating.
