Never ceases to amaze me, boyfriend and I went to panda express for lunch today on his break and of course the food was gross. The noodles had no flavor. They gave me five shrimps for a bowl. I thought it was one scoop I could totally be Trippin and my boyfriend was a plate and he asked for two servings of orange chicken. Orange chicken tasted old and so did spring rolls. I’m starting to give up on this place. Also drive-through lady spilled soda all down my boyfriends sweater sleeve then when I proceeded to ask for a napkin, she said they’ll be napkins in the bag. 💀Ps why is the inside of the store always closed?

Employees are rude and act like you bothered them. I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 plates I only received one fork no napkins no sauces that I asked for and when I asked the employee he looked annoyed that I asked for a second fork for my 2 plates. He kept closing the window and tried to wait for me to drive off when all I wanted was napkins forks and sauces for the food I ordered. EDIT: Decided to give this location a second chance after the last horrible experience 7 months ago and was met with another horrible experience. Ordered Broccoli Beef and only got Broccoli. Food in my family meal was not filled. Got a family meal and only got 2 fortune cookies and no utensils.

Its Panda. The Americanized Chinese Food pit stop. The food is good and the fast service is always a plus. They have a tea bar in this location, so if you are into thai tea or flavored specialty teas theyve got that as well.Update 4/17/2021 - Seems as of late, they have changed some ordering procedures. If you want sauces of any kind, you need to ask when you order or at the window or they will not put any in your bag. Learned this the hard way. Got a couple miles down the road and had to turn around, so I snatched some pics while I was at it.

No chow mein, no white rice. Missing half the entrees. Juiced out, bottom of the barrel portions and half an hour waits. Staff was all over the place and couldn’t work the register. Had to deal with a 10 minute cash/not cash snafu as a last pit stop on this journey. Didn’t offer us anything. Not even utensils or fortune cookies. I’m Just visiting for vacation and this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. That’s bad, being I currently live in Reno.

I arrived on Sunday afternoon and saw no Super Greens vegetables and Chow Mein noodles. It was busy even though it was about 4 p.m. and the staff seemed to work fast to match customer flow. It took about twenty minutes or more to get the Super Greens and the Chow Mein to be available again. Perhaps, there was a shift change that coincided with the busy surge of customers. I am satisfied with my order even if I have to wait awhile.

This is the 3rd time in a row theyve had me pull out to wait for food. They forgot about me 2 of the 3 times and had to go inside to remind them about my order. The 3rd took 20 min. Got the bigger plate food was expected mediocre but funny it’s called the “bigger plate” when the extra entree is 4 pieces of orange chicken but other than that I went through the drive thru for 2 of the passion fruit pineapple teas lady asked if I wanted it sweetened or unsweetened and I said sweetened (at the end she repeated my order back correctly)and what I got was regular unsweetened black tea so I pulled off half way down the block I realized it was wrong so I drove back just for them to have an attitude and make it wrong again never really had a good experience out of all of the times I’ve been I actually try to avoid it but my favorite Chinese food place was closed today.

Only go here if you are feeling peckish because that’s about the amount of food you will get! $10 bucks for 2 pieces of steamed broccoli, springs tools and a spoon of chow mein. I’m a vegan so always have to choose carefully what to eat, so it’s always strangely disappointing that the person next to you will get an overflowing container of chicken and beef while they put one or two vegetables on your plate…

Really bad attitude. Gives small portions, always out of something we want. Gets our order wrong frequently. Still, it is the only one in town and we go there a lot. The last time my husband ordered he ordered two large entree size honey WALNUT shrimp. Not a single walnut in either carton. We went back today. The person at the window was just rude and told us that last week they were out of the walnuts. I asked her why they didnt tell us that when we ordered and she just shrugged her shoulders. When I asked her to compensate us in some way, she refused. So I spoke with the manager and she said that not having any walnuts was common, like that somehow justified it. I told her that was not true. I told her that we eat there frequently and have never had that happen before and that had we been told that they were out of walnuts, we would not have ordered it. Remember, this was two large entrees and we were charged the premium price that they charge for this dish. I finally convinced her to give us extra walnuts this time and she did. Neither person apologized nor made any attempt to be helpful. If we had any other decent Chinese restaurants in this town we would never go back.

My neighbor decided to drive me to get dinner so we could save gas. Went to Panda Express and door was locked for inside access. Got in drive thru line and when we went to order separately we were told that they couldnt take 2 separate orders in drive thru, if we wanted we could go back through the line again. Went to this location after a family trip where we had a trailer hoping we could go in and order, a sign outside posted online order use site, nbd, went to the app and said online ordering not available. Went to the door to ask what we should do and was looked at and blown off by every employee. It was cold and super hard...yum.Also not sure about how it is now but I came here in March 2021 and they closed the entire inside of the restaurant except for delivery. So basically if you dont have a car to go through the drive thru you cant eat here.Save your $10 and go to either Steak n Shake or Taco Bell.

I went through the drive through because I had my dog with me and Maggie warmly greeted both of us. Once I got my meal and drink I headed back home to 29 Palms. Once I got home I realized my drink tasted awful, like a syrup box needed to be changed in the machine. I called to inform them so no other customer received the same tasting drink and just asked if I could get a refund for just the drink. She told me that isn’t possible due to how small the dollar amount is and offered a better solution. Amazing service definitely went above my expectations.

As sympathetic as I am to the employees who wanna wrap up the day and go home I don’t think it would be too difficult to keep a dish or two of the most popular items ready for the last people to come through. The sheer joy of the sound of the person over the microphone told me how little of the she cared that I was stuck in a drive-through line from which I could order no food I had cars behind me so I could not get out of line. adding insult to injury I am currently looking at tte building 9:55 watching other vehicles pull up one after the next and the light is still on in front of the building. Then waited for mushroom chicken, 10 minutes, a big line behind me, then she skimps on the portion, I had to ask if she was going to add chicken??? Rant, panda express in yucca valley. We went there with my parents on Monday to use the $25 gift card they received. First off, the girl at the drive thru did not know how to apply the gift card, scratched the back so hard you could barely see the number. We went back later to grab something for my daughter, another staff person was working and the card worked perfectly. Second, they did not have any veggies, our chow mein was cold, the rice was also cold, not luke warm, cold. The portions were very small in comparison to usual. We received no sweet and sour sauce for hubbies egg rolls, no teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken. I asked for mustard, received none. So, i actually called to to tell them all the problems, since it wasnt just one issue. They offered me one comp plate out of the four we ordered. The manager told me to come anytime to pick up the one plate. We went today, first off, the girl was so rude...i mean really rude. Then when i was at the window, she said my name wasnt in the book and that i needed the receipt, the manager never told me to bring the receipt. I asked to speak to the manager, she said he was on his break. In the middle of lunch hour. So, she snapped at me to go park in the front. We parked, she came out irritated, yelled at me that next time i needed a receipt and tossed the bag at us with the teriyaki chicken, no teriyaki sauce, didnt ask if we needed anything else....just the worse customer service ever.

Richard says he is the manager. My chicken was undercooked. I asked them to make it well done. His assistant laughed at me. Actually laughed. I told her of my medical issue...she relentlessly laughed.I even asked her if she thought my condition was funny to her. When I left Richard came to my truck and told me to leave or he would call the cops. I was eating my food next to my truck. Both of them saidyou cant have a picnic here. They won’t do separate orders through the drive thru nor will they let you inside the store. They rang our order up wrong and then told us to come inside the store. We told them that they would not allow us in the store and they proceeded to have us wait outside. When asked if the soy sauce was inside the bag they say yes. Never know if the food/drink is going to be good, great, or just flat out disappointing. Its been leaning more towards disappointing lately, and theyre so stingy with portions. Rice was super hard, all the food tastes like its been sitting out for awhile and the sweet and sour sauce was thick and gooey. Whats the different places I have moved from Ive been to different Panda Expresses. This particular Panda Express is nice to see in the area since there is not very many places to go in the first place. However I find that the place here I mean it could be just me but from what I remember from other Panda Expresses. This place is more expensive than others and it does not look like they get as much business so the food does not turn over as much. Therefore it tastes not quite as fresh. However I did come in late maybe its because I came in late? I dont know but the time that I visited it was not as fresh as it should have been.

Went on Jan 25th 21, after coming from the Park, Temperature was 26F° and my wife dressed up and went to order but they told her only drive thru, we got there and ask for chicken green bean and told us 20 min wait, ok we said, try to order teriyaki chicken and 20 min as well, so we waited and they brought the order to our car, no green bean chicken and teriyaki, instead orange chicken, it was too late to fix the issue since we checked the order home.
