Panda Express in Fullerton

Ive tried panda inn before and it was good, and decided to order from doordash in panda express because theyre the same company. but turns out dissapoint because the fried rice is undercooked and has no flavour at all, the orange chicken is just ok, and the broccoli beef has weird taste. i really wanna throw away my meal. money wasted!

No main dish. Almost all panda stores I’ve ordered have had issues with a little stuff here and there, and this is the most absurd and dumbest mistake they’ve made for the order for my kid.You never deserve a piece of star here but I wanted to share with everybody. Shame on you and do your job properly!

The staff is friendly, its clean and tidy, and the food is delicious.Basic Chinese taste, but the taste is okay. Listen carefully to any restaurant. Serve as much food as the price has risen.

The moment i walked in they had about 10+ boxes on the counter so i assumed they had a huge online order; which they did. they told me they would help me in a few minutes which was fine. i got my 2 item plate and it was delicious. the beef and broccoli was just made fresh so that was the highlight. i was happy to eat inside because nobody came in or out of the restaurant during my visit.

I had to wait about 10 to 15 min. Which I didnt mind because I understand sometimes it gets super busy and not enough food cooked. Well I basically waited to get hair on my food. I got home and started eating and there was a light color hair in my food. My hair is definitely not that color. Im hungry, but I cant eat it...its gross. Guess is the last time I get food there. I remember the guys cooking and definitely one was with shoulder length hair. Maybe they should at least have it in a pony tail and away from there face. Hope it doesnt happen to anyone else. Sucks.

One of the stingiest Pandas Ive ever been too. Ordered a bigger plate and got something closer to a bowl. Half an order of chow mein and the broccoli beef was missing the beef. Will not ever return.

They keep things pretty fresh. Sometimes you have to wait for a fresh item. The veggies are too crunchy for me, but every thing else is tasty. They try to keep it clean, but have a hard time during the rush hour. Bonus is they show games on the ESPN channel ( no volume)

This place is nice to dine in, but not for delivery. Though their workers tend to give you enough food at the restaurant, their delivered foods would always have way less amount than usual. Most importantly, they would give you the worst ones (big orange chicken pieces with barely any meat, chow mein with no noodles, etc) for the delivery. I have ordered delivery at least 5,6 times with uber eats, doordash, or grubhub, and the foods I got were always like that. It is probably the manager who told the workers to do so, but this is really messed up. Why do you guys treat the customers like this?

I wish all the staff and managers were like Marisol. She was attentive, quick on her feet, and generous in scooping portions. Overall this location is clean and is making improvements based on other feedback.

Just threw away half my lunch here! This location has funny tasting orange chicken, which isnt consistent with any location Ive ever been to. They had a thick coating of the orange sauce over the chicken, and it was so candied tasting I was grossed out. I dont know if this is an isolated incident, but it was atrocious.
