Lady told me I was on the wrong side of the line when no one else was even in the restaurant ordering food. I then proceeded to wait over one minute for my order to be taken so I skipped on over to Chipotle next door. No wonder they were way more busy…

Located right next to the Jamba juice, and the Starbucks so if you feel like you want a little quick bite to eat it’s not a bad choice if that’s what you’re into.

Honey wallnut shrimp is successful chow mein is over moderate it is not as good as fresh.Stuff work carefully.Restaurant and restroom are clean. I recommend it.

We love panda and my 6 year old has never complained until today. The chow mein was burned, smelled smoky and we could taste the charcoal from the burned veggies. We could smell it from the start. We ate it because we didnt want to go back but my 6 year old would not eat it.. We went back got another side that was still smoky and then back again to get unprofessional customer service. The rolling of the eyes and excuses for why it was the way it was instead of trying to address the issue in a professional way. They did offer my son something different thus the 2 star review. I ate my chow mein though because I didnt want to wait for another batch. The professionalism of the manager was lacking today.

I asked to try a sample after i knew from the guy that the item I want is a little spicy, but he refused and said we don’t allow samples today! It was really inconvenience for me especially because when I went home and tried it it was spicy for me. plus the waiting time was kind of long I think this location needs to hire more people.

Food was fresh and tasted great (super greens, orange chicken). They seem to be understaffed, especially during eating times. As a result, lines can get long meaning a long wait as well, and the dining area doesnt get cleaned.

Not sure what it is about this location specifically, but the service is always so slow! I just stepped out of line and left due to waiting 5 minutes while 2 single orders were prepped.I would not typically are enough to leave a comment, but for the 4 people in line there were 6 employees throughout the store. 2 were in the kitchen, 1 was doing double duty serving food and working the register, 1 was eating dinner, and 2 were wiping down the soda machine and chatting about their personal lives, clearly prepping to go home. My issue with that was that they were still open for 90 minutes! Will opt to go to the Agoura location from now on. A bit out of the way, but they seem to care about the customers in line.

I was on my lunch and I ordered Beijing Beef but the wait was 7 mins., so then I asked how long the Steak would be ready in to see which option had less of a wait time. The Cook Ryan turned around and yelled “I already gave her an answer” referring to Jocelyn the manager. So I responded to him.. “you have her the answer for the Beijing beef but not the steak so my question is, which one will be ready 1st so I don’t have to wait as long since I’m on my lunch !” He proceeded to yell and so I told them to cancel my whole order and I walked out! Ryan the cook was so unprofessional and has the worse attitude.
