Every time I visit this place the wait gets longer and the food gets worse. Today it seemed like they had a full staff. 3 people working the food counter, at least another 3 in the kitchen. I ordered some of common items at 7PM. Orange chicken, chow mein, broccoli with beef. Nothing but crumbs at the bottom of each serving dish. Wait five minutes for this, another five minutes for that. This place is basically a cafeteria. They have a small, set menu and dont make custom orders. I look around and its me and 4-5 other customers waiting around for their orders. So Im not the only one. If I wanted a 20-30 minute wait, I wouldve gone to a real Chinese restaurant where the food is better and made to order. Not coming back here again.

Decent food, but wish the chow mein had more flavors. Also got the orange chicken, eggplant tofu, and honey walnut shrimp. The shrimp was okay but not fantastic

Always a great dinner or lunch. Ordering on their app is easy & my order is always ready within 15 minutes. You cant go wrong with their Orange Chicken. My favorite is their Honey Walnut Prawns. So good!! And if you want an appetizer, I highly recommend their Cheese Rangoons. Very fair prices, & theyve never messed up my order for 3 to 4 plates.

Panda Express is basically the McDonalds of Americanized Chinese food. In other words, if you like then no reason not to go to this particular location because its going to be like every other Panda Express. My only criticism in frustration from my most recent and only visit to this location was that I couldnt get the person to explain to me what constituted an entree item versus a side item.

Not friendly no help. Heavy accent with mask say what and she gets mad. After 7:00 you get left overs. Lafayette is bad. Others I have visited were really good and nice. Use to do big party with them. No more

Picked up Chinese food for Mothers Day celebration with family. We like Panda Express and especially when we are on the road.

This place was way better a while ago. The portion size is now smaller, the staff seems to be really busy and nervous even if I was the only person in the store by 3 PM. So they forgot to put teriyaki sauce on top per my request. Check the picture to compare the same food ordered in here and in Pleasant Hill location 2 miles away. 1 extra star for a previous experience which was not so bad.
