I ordered food for my family (delivery) First on delivery they forgot one of my plates, but the store called me and let me know apologized and offered me a free item and everything. Customer Service was really good. My biggest complaint was our plates. Usually when we come inside we get nice size plates Delivery not so good If Im paying the same price online as in the store I should get the same amount. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Staff is always friendly and look for things you might want. The food is always super fresh and delicious. Its always, consistently the best! We always get the family meal and most times a side of something extra good . Overall you can count on a very good family meal for a great price. Weve compared price and quality and quantity with McDonalds, Carls Jr, pizza places, other Chinese options and for variety and taste, size portions and time, Panda Express is hands down the best place for a healthy and really tasty family meal, dont forget the great price!!!!!

Bough a plate of super greens with 2 items ( shrimp and orange chicken ). I received a cabbage heart that was not even taken apart, 2 small pieces of broccoli, 4 pieces of orange chicken and 5 shrimps. The plate was literally empty and this happens constantly, especially when the manager is there making plates.I will never come back as this has happened constantly at this location.

I had brocolli beef and chow mein and they all tasted like orange chicken. Not what I wanted. Drink portion was good. Customer service was lacking from the young people at the counter their faces show a lack of interest or greeting. Their faces tasted just like the food. Tastes nothing like the other panda expresses Ive been to.

The food was mediocre, only because it sat on the counter for 15 MINUTES getting cold after they put my one item combo in the box at the very beginning ( i just got shrimp & noodles) I stood there waiting and waiting just to pay as people got there 18 plates of food for their whole families, cutting up there food, giving them 5,000 sauces and drinks with only one cashier. He ran out of change & didnt have a code for something on the register.. 15 MINUTES waiting just to pay, after already waiting 15 minutes in line to begin with.. NO JOKE 30 MINUTES just to get a 1 item combo! ...that ended up cold at the end.. I was late picking up my kid from school and very hungry & unhappy.. 🙁

Good luck getting any Steak during lunch timeand a couple other things that they have on the menu .That’s the 3 time that happened to me .I work near by and I rush to this Panda location to get some food so I can go back as soon as possible and eat my food in peace for lunch at my office .But for the 3 time all ready almost every bowl is completely empty or dried out when I show up there at noon.I think that the manager should be educated that this is lunch time around that time and he should make sure that the food is cooked and ready to be served .Anyways I am not wasting my lunch time anymore over there and will be going somewhere else from now on .

The food is best right in the middle of dinner rush because everything is fresh. But they can get rather busy. All in all if you want some good Chinese food without going to China Id recommend here. Oh and its a little hard to hear over the kitchen noises.

Why when you order in rocklin, Roseville, folsom panda food is fresh and tasty and this place being so busy still serves old dry food? Honey walnut shrimp dough falls off 😞😣Out of many panda express restaurants ive been too, this place has low quality food prep. Every time I come here (hoping itll get better over time) rice always looks old and dry, other selections also look old and and reheated many times, this usually happens in places where theres barely any customers, but not for this place, theres always large flow of people here due to winco store being right across, why roseville, rocklin, folsom and other areas quality of panda food looks and taste fresh, delicious and like it was just made out of oven, but sadly not for this place.

Opted to wait for fresh rice to be cooked instead of getting the bottom of the bowl old rice. The fresh rice was disappointing due to being hard and obviously undercooked. For a Chinese restaurant to not be able to cook rice properly is quite sad.

My Wife loves Panda, but is disappointed that they have done away with Potstickers. She gets their Bigger Plate, usually Bejing Beef, Orange Chicken and Terriyaki Chicken.I dont care for their flavorless Fried Rice, or thin Chow Mein noodles.The Egg and Sprink rolls are ok, but nothing special.The entries are very good though.I go to Bell Aires Hot Wok and get my Chinese food, then across the street to get Panda for my Wife.

We placed an order online. We noticed the store was busy so we waited in our car well past the pick up time. All the while watching people waiting for their online orders but walk ins coming in and immediately getting their food. We went inside and were told our order wasnt ready and they didnt know how long it would be. We waited for 45 minutes then asked for a refund. The employee told us they couldnt do it, we had to go online. We finally got our food, went home, looked online and it specifically says you have to speak to the actual restaurant for any refunds. While in the store we were greeted with rude comments from one of the employees. Not to mention the dining room was disgusting! Food and drinks all over the floor and tables. Our food was also less than stellar. Terrible experience! They dont even deserve 1 star!

Great customer service from all Employees up front and cooks, all are hard working and right on point . New one (Feb 2023) I am pretty sure I just got food poisoning from food I got today. The food didnt taste bad but a bit strange, especially the teriyaki(undercooked?), steak was overcooked and had charcoal like smell. I am not 100% it is food poisoning from Panda, but since it is the only food I ate today, its very likely.Old review: Just got from this location, usually everything is good, but today I got the worst Angus Steak, Ive had in my life. It seems it was terribly overcooked and therefore tastes like charcoal.

My wife especially likes the black pepper chicken, we can’t seem to find this dish in the Bay Area pandas. Each time we come to this area we get black pepper chicken when available. We know that Panda is not “real” Chinese food but an American version of Chinese food.

Always rotating fresh food, good prices. The app never seems to work to complete the order but going online seems easy enough to order. The foods always ready in about 20 minutes. Cut the line, the best part. This location is medium busy, the line moves pretty quickly. Clean counters and restrooms

The chow mein was bland but the cabbage wasnt soft so at least they didnt overcook it. The fried rice was white rice with a slight tan color, not much egg or vegetables, and absolutely no flavor. Fried rice from the grocery store is better.

Not a great experience today. Went in during lunch hour and stood there waiting for someone to help while they filled online orders. Just a thought...maybe help the customers that are standing in front of you waiting to be served first or hire someone just to fulfill online orders so that your customers dont stand there for several minutes waiting and end up just walking out like I did.

Its not like there was no where else to eat. There were other places just as close and even more not to far away from there but this Panda Express was so busy, I thought it was movie premiere. The line wraps around the interior of the restaurant. I was starving but all those people waiting intrigued me. Gave me time to think....the correct people working there. Definitely! But also I thought with all these orders, they are constantly cooking so your food should be quite fresh. It definitely was. Will I go back? Definitely!

Ordered through the app. Got notifications 6:25pm that order is ready to pick up. Arrived there at 6:28pm. Waited till 6:40pm until they got my simple plate order ready. They only printed my ticket for my order when I arrived and inquired if my order was ready and they told me we will work on it. Fast food is supposed to be fast. Im sorry.

This location seems to always be super busy, even though the staff is working hard. Just a busy location, so be prepared to wait a little bit. The food is great, staff is very nice. Limited on parking, I recommend parking to the side or more towards winco because getting in & out in the spaces up front are hard. Its not too loud inside, good amount of seating. The whole shopping center is usually busy, so always a lot of cars & people around.

This location is horrible. Extremely long wait time and food was not fresh. Shrimp was dry with no sauce and 3 out of the 6 (they counted out) had no breading. Orange chicken was dry and when I asked for extra sauce I was told teriyaki sauce was over there..... For orange chicken? Dont waste your time here better off at the sizzling wok in Bel Air across the street.

This is by far the worst Panda Express in the area. They give you about a third of the portions that other locations and the food is mildly warm... The worst thing of all is how they always seem to have this place understaffed, forcing the employees to juggle multiple things at once at the expense of quality food and service.It seems that the main issues all stem from the franchise owner. I would recommend you drive to the Madison location or the one on Foothills Blvd. I live within a 5 minute walking distance, however, I will never come here again..

The only reason Im not giving them a 5 is because my husbands chow mein was 1/4 noodles and 75% cabbage.....we filled the entire top half of the large container with Excess cabbage. I usually love coming here but this last trip wasnt very enjoyable. For starters the line was still inside but went around the entire dining room. You could actually have a normal conversation with the people @ the register. It wouldnt have bothered me that much if the food made up for it. I had steamed 🍚 that was clumpy. Then I got 🍄 🐔 that had way to many chewy pieces & I also had KungPao 🐔 that usually has jst the rite amount of spicy but it seemed like it had none. And I dont know if it was just me or theyre both from the same 🐔 but both selections seemed to have no flavor at all. Maybe its just a temporary thing like the cook was having a bad day but I hope its better next time.😕

Family decided on Panda for dinner. Three trays, two with teriyaki chicken. I get home and there aren’t any teriyaki packets. Is that something a customer should really have to specifically ask for?I just bought panda from thunder valley location, they immediately put a packet with my order, I didn’t say a word. At the store 0789, order#143904 in 12/26/2017@3:59pm. Server was Brian. He was probably new at what he was doing so I was patient with him. He didn’t give me my receipt and didn’t give me back my change and never said hello nor said thank you, but I was patient enough to wait more than 15 minutes because the teriyaki chicken was still being cooked. There were only 2 people helping customers and the line was starting to fill up. The girl who took my order said it’ll take 7 minutes for the teriyaki chicken so I paid and waited. As I sat there waiting, this employee suddenly took charge because the lines was getting full of customers. She was probably the supervisor or lead. As I sat there, I noticed how rude and unprofessional she was to the employees and customers. I was getting impatient because the time waiting was going on past 15 minutes. So I approached Brian and asked him how much longer. He didn’t get to answer because this woman supervisor interrupted and said “ what’s your order, what are you waiting for”? And then Brian told her I was waiting for the teriyaki chicken. She looked for my plate but was no where to be found because she gave it to another customer. Then she told me” well what’s your order and did you pay”? I really got upset by this time. I told her, “I already paid, and I didn’t get my receipt nor my change back, I paid cash”. Then Brian gave her my receipt but before she could give it back she read the order and proceeded to fill it. And then she was about to place the teriyaki chicken that was sitting in the container only tiny pieces and one large piece stirred it and told me” here’s your chicken” and then I told her no not that I don’t want that! I want the fresh one. I didn’t spend more than 15 minutes for you to give me that leftover! By this time I’m already mad at her for being stupid and rude. And then her mouth went rambling on and being all sarcastic and making me feel like I was the stupid one. She said “ oh happy holidays to you too, nice of you to be a customer” I told her” no, you don’t get to be sarcastic and rude to me” and then she kept rolling her eyes and shaking her head like I was stupid. I told her just shut up and give me my order I don’t want to hear anymore of your smart mouth. I just want my food and get out of here. She practically threw my food to my face in front of all the customers in line and she caused the commotion not me. I left angrily but walked out of there calmly. The restaurant was at a stand still, you could hear a pin drop. I want you to know that as a regular customer of this location I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and rudeness in my life. That woman was loud, rude, has no customer service skills and don’t get me wrong, this is not China! We people here work hard and deserve better treatment because its customers who come back for repeat business and we pay your salaries so get your woman supervisor back in training because you you will lose customers if she continues to behave unprofessionally.

This is quite possibly, the WORST Panda Express in the state of California. I avoid this place like the plague even though it has a convenient location. This location is a bit above subpar. My only complaint is the parking. The parking lot can get extremely congested. My suggestion is parking towards WinCo and walking. The food is okay Service as well. As most Panda Expresses are. During my visit the location was also pretty tidy. It is very convenient and I will be sure to visit again
