Walked in with no one there and instead of being helped they began to work on a large online order. In the online order they gave large portions of food to the 6+ plates being ordered. When I ordered my food they gave me very small portions due to the (now) lack of food. When I asked about getting the same as the online order they told me that they give “exactly 7 pieces to each customer” which was obviously significantly smaller than the online orders. Then I had to wait for them to complete another order for a woman who walked in to pick up her online order and wanted explications about the application as my food sat there getting cold. No apologies for making me wait another 20 minutes to be served while prioritizing customers who weren’t there yet. I was visibly upset, and I apologize to the woman at check out who had to deal with me after asking for a donation for an overpriced meal. At the end of the day this place did not serve fast, cheap, or good food and did not offer any apologies for it. Try going to literally any other Panda, it’ll be a better experience.

Great staff and fast service at this Panda Express location. The food was available for pickup at the requested time and the preparation was solid for party order with adequate utensils, plates and condiments. The food was hot and fresh and was popular.

I gave three stars because the food is decent but as far as customer service it is a negative. I understand not all employees are rude but if someone named BRENDA is taking your order expect attitude. After fixing my order with an exchange between me and her going back and forth about what I said compared to what she heard, she then slammed the bag of food in a very rude manner when it was finished. I never write reviews but somehow felt obligated. Hopefully management can retrain her about customer service. Probably won’t be coming back because of her.

Twice in the last month I’ve been to this location. May never go back. It’s closest to my house, however at 7:45 they only had half the items and weren’t making any more. Cooks weren’t working in the back so I assume that was it for the night. Both times they were out of Beijing Beef, and once I waited 30 minutes for them to prepare an entree they then gave to others in line, forcing me to wait again for mine to be made. Unfortunately they just don’t make or keep enough items in stock for their customer base.

I really would love to rate more than two stars since this is my local neighborhood Panda Express, but this location in particular constantly commits several issues. They skimp on the food the give, send the wrong items, forget to include teriyaki sauce when it’s obviously needed (when ordering teriyaki chicken), don’t follow special instructions. The list goes on. They may be minor issues, but it happens way too often.

This store is always slow in serving the customer. For this reason I ordered online. Dinner for one; small. I was told it would be ready for pickup at 8:20. I arrived at 8:25 and they hadnt started putting it together yet. The manager said it would be ONE MINUTE. It wasnt. No apology. They advertise to order online just walk in and pick it up. Very disappointed with bad service for mediocre food. Dont buy the chocolate chip cookie -- its stale.

We ordered a large catering order for my wife’s birthday and they made everything fresh right before the pickup time. The guy even helped me bring everything out to my car. This Panda is amazing!

Edit-Darren is amazing and always has great customer service and is a credit to the company!! Yashua rung me up and he also had good customer service. This store is leapyears from the horrible service when covid started, Im glad they got rid of those other employees!!! I also added a star because they finally added a vegetarian option but they still cook in same wok/pans. My family love loves this place! It always smells amazing in here. I gave 4 stars because of how much my family comes here. I love how something fresh is always just coming out the wok. Its very freshly prepared. The location is always clean and the utensil section is never a mess. Ive never once had a bad reception from any of the employees. They are usually very outgoing and friendly. Now,heres where the 1star gets taken away. For a Chinese food place,where as, usually Chinese food can be safe for vegetarians,but not here. Everything is cooked with chicken stock. The vegetables are cooked in it,the rice is cooked in it, everything,so I have to suffer smelling this AMAZING smelling food and never have a taste(sad face). But definitely a place Ill bring the family to, especially on nights I dont feel like cooking. Dont forget to keep your receipt and do the survey and get an extra entree for free,it only takes a minute for some extra bomb food,for free.

Terrible service. I paid and patiently waited for my food to be ready (it was right after the lunch hour). She had prepped my plate and was waiting for the other side to be ready. The food was ready but they were too busy talking to their co workers. When I asked about my food she asked me if I had paid. Comes to show how long I was waiting. With so many competitors giving better quality for less. I cant say that Ill ever go back to any panda again

Do not understand why people say that their service is bad and that they are rude. Ive had no issues with the staff or their service. Im alwayd in and out in less than a minute. They know what I like and how I like it. Sure, Ive been going there for years but its always been top notch with them. And I leave as a satisfied customer.

A single-entree bowl was not worth the $8.80. Due to it being takeout only, I only got to see the small portions they used for my entree after I had already been heading to my car. The 6 shrimp were delicious though.

The dining area has plenty of tables. The workers are friendly. The ambience is also welcoming. The food seems freshly cooked and delicious. The parking is free but it gets crowded at lunch time.

Ordered a bowl: fried rice and mushroom chicken. They asked me to wait 5 mins for mushroom chicken because there was no more. I agreed. 5 mins turned into 15 mins because the cook forgot to make it. I had to go up to remind them because he made 2 dishes when my mushroom chicken was first.

The worst Panda Express I have being too ! Got there at 11.30 am and saw only half their items on display, further more I had to wait for an item to be cooked took them another 10 minutes, service is slow at times even though it wasnt busy ? Food was good though.

This Panda Express has been consistantly making good food. And if theyve run out, they will quickly make up a new batch. Eating area is spacious, well lit with windows & clean. Parking can be problematic since theres Super King & a Mexican eatery sharing the parking lot. Fortunately there are posted signs for the eatery but whos to say mkt shoppers arent still parking in those slots?

I only come lunchtime but the manager looks like he’s doing a good job. Place is clean. Service is usually quick (yes sometimes it’s slow. It’s panda). Food is good (it’s panda, almost all are good). Specifically, chow mein noodles are not over cooked (that is one variation I’ve noticed). Parking is good. Only complaint is when it’s empty it can be cold - even in summer. But that is common at pandas not at malls. Probably bc the cool works over a jet engine
