Went in a busy weeknight and there was worker by name of Marj. I just want to say this person has the worst attitude I have seen at this location. There was about 5 of us in line, and the line kept getting longer, and instead of helping us she ignored us in every way possible after a few minutes we said Are you going to help us or not? She rolled her eyes and proceeded to slam the food in the to-go containers. She would also yell MOVE to the worker that was assisting her.

This Panda Express is usually pretty busy and theres a reason for that. Their food is always hot, ready to serve and their employees are very kind. I appreciate how quickly they get people through the line so that you can get your food and either go or stay and eat.

Ordered online. Food seemed kind of old, not fresh. It was more noticeable in the chow mein I had. The vegetables tasted old.Orange chicken isn’t that great. Kind of chewy. The batter on the chicken used to be crispy. Lack of sauce. Again, not really fresh. Used to be my favorite entree.I thought the teriyaki chicken was supposed to be sliced and also have a sauce or glaze on it which was absent. Instead, the teriyaki chicken was just boneless thigh meat probably marinated in teriyaki. No mandarin sauce like it used to have. Doesn’t look at all like it’s advertised. All I know is that it is not what I remember.Kung pao chicken was so-so. Seemed like we got scrapings. Vegetable spring rolls were average, but were mushy on the inside.I tried to give this place a second chance after my last order a few months ago. Wasn’t good then and isn’t any better now. The last time I had Panda and it was decent was 10 years ago.Tasted like old leftovers you might feed to a dog, if were safe to do so. I can’t believe this place has over 4 stars.

Came here after shopping in the plaza across the street. We ordered and ate the food in the store, and had no idea that there was a no dine-in policy here. Out of nowhere a female employee comes out from the back and starts yelling, (yes yelling) at us to get out. Less than a minute later we are about to leave and she comes back and keeps yelling at us, and humiliating us in front of the store for eating our food. This is 2022, I assume that after 2 years of the pandemic most businesses would be happy to open up and have normal operations. If not thats fine too, but theres no need to harass and belittle customers about it.If we would have known this would happen we could have gone to Pick Up Stixs, which was open and allowing people to eat their food in peace, and probably the better choice from the start. Panda really needs to work on training these disgruntled employees how to handle simple situations like this with basic social skills.This was such a bad experience. Moral of the story, DO NOT go here.

Always issues with this location, they leave the food out way too long always have to ask for fresh items and they throw a fit when you do, the portions at this location are about half as much as u would get at any other location the staff apologizes about it without even asking and say management will take it out of their pay. Also cannot ever get warm teriyaki or sweet and sour. Overall this location needs some help

I have been to a lot of Panda Express and I got to say this location is about the best so far. Great customer service all around, but service is just little slow during the lunch rush. Management needs more staff during these hours for sure.The guy ( pedro ) is doing a great job with his big smile on his face and keeps the ones moving. Great employee and a keeper.Harry Irvine

Not thrilled about this location at all! The manager Liann is very abusive towards her employees! She feels it’s necessary to put her hands on her employees and smack them in front of customers and even pull their hands out of their pockets while on their break and yet nothing has been done to protect the staff! Liann is constantly yelling at her staff while customers are trying to order food! I’ve come in to this location several times and seen the manager putting her hands on employees when she shouldn’t be!

The line isnt organized. Just seems like a group of people trying to be first to be served. No forks or anything put in bags here so had to find a fork on my lunch break because they didnt provide me with one or any napkins. If I had to get them on my own I should have been told where they were. Also just to pay I had to wait for a whole family to decide what they wanted when my food was all ready for me to take it out. Horrible service. Rather stick with a family own place. Wont be back.

I have been going here for a while, but yesterday they got my order so wrong. I went back to correct it (which they did). I got the raggoons and the veggie rolls, but it was like they havent changed the grease in a while. It was nasty and even this morning, I am still feeling nauseated. I will not be going back.

Went to pick up my to go order, the woman who was handling pick ups said she had no record of my order and asked me to go get my phone, I left it in the car and stepped out to get it so I could show her my order confirmation. The next thing I know some lady comes from the back and starts yelling at me like I am a child and says “ if you are going to be coming in and out then you need to use THAT door!” And she is so angry that I didn’t I come in through the door that is clearly marked EXiT! So you are mad that I followed the signage?Oh and my food was cold! Worst service and worst Panda Express

The crew here at the Granada Hills location is the best! By far the best run fast food location in town. The Jack in the Box down the street could learn a thing or 17 about customer service and communication from the GH PE team!!!

This Panda Express is a very very busy location so its not the fastest place and the food does not look always super cooked fresh I would suggest to ask for a new batch if it looks like its kind of low they will do it if you ask nicely so thats kind of good if they clean location and the people seem somewhat nice so thats great

Love the 2 plate entree combo. Portions are big. Im obsessed with the honey sesame chicken. Just enough crisp and sweetness to make it yummy. Avoid this place when school lets out, gets really crowded. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Its a good place if you just want to try Chinese fast food, but in recent years, the portions have become smaller and smaller. In the past, the staff would try to fill up the food as much as possible, but now they only fill it up to 8 points, which is very good. And the taste is not consistent every time I eat it. Sometimes it is overly seasoned and sometimes it has no taste. But based on the price of fast food, if I just want to have a taste and be full, it would probably be an above-average rating.
