Doing 2 stars, only because the food was pretty decent. My friend and I were the only ones there to try it at dine in. The person who took our order, had a slightly hard time taking our order, almost messed it up. My friend had lipstick on his glass, asked for another one and was responded to rudely, second glass had something inside it and gave water instead of a soda. Had to get up to get their attention for our check, we did not feel like the quality of service warranted a tip. So when we went to sign, the worker stated, oh you forgot tip we stated we are not tipping at which point asking why we didnt tip, and we explained, but still insisted that we should tip.So I do not recommend you do any dine in here, if anything order to go, because as stated the food was actually decent.

Been coming to this restaurant for a couple of years now when I’m near the area. It’s not the fanciest but the food is soooo good. Try to make it to the lunch special between 11am till 3pm really good prices.

Fantastic food! Tonight we got the salted Pepper Chicken wings, Cream Cheese Wontons and Pan Fried Dumplings for appetizers. Honey Walnut Shrimp and Singapore Pan-Fried Skinny Noodles for entrees. Ive never walked away from this many dishes thinking they nailed every single one like this place just did. well done!

I would rate zero stars for this experience if I had the option. I ordered Salt and Pepper Shrimp, Salt and Pepper Wings, and Szechuan Beef, via Uber Eats. I received another persons order. I reported it on Uber Eats and was advised this restaurant does not provide refunds and there was nothing I could do but rate the restaurant. I paid over $50 including the tip. On top of my meal being completely wrong, the delivery driver on my Ring doorbell was not the same person on the profile picture on Uber Eats. So I’m dissatisfied with both parties.

Always great service, I live close by and order often, the wonton noodle soup, moo goo gai pan are items I mainly order. We also buy the salted pepper chicken wings as a side for all our house parties, and they are always a hit.

We just moved to the area, looking for a good Chinese spot and this place really hit the spot! I’m from the east coast and have never found a good Mongolian Beef or Chicken Curry in San Diego. Panda House is exactly what I was looking for. Delicious, HUGE portions & very reasonably priced, highly recommend!!

First time trying this place and I am extremely disappointed. The initial phone call to order was terrible. The woman was very rude and in a rush. She hung up abruptly before I could give her my information for pickup. Upon arriving the parking lot is very dark. Took awhile for someone to help at the pickup window. When someone decided to help she was very short and rude. The place looks dirty and has a smell of old grease. Poor quality food. I won’t be going back

Their food tastes like it is Burnt and Smells like a slaughterhouse. What ever meat they are using it’s not chicken or beef. Taste rotten I got sick after I ate a few bites. The place is super dirty and packed full of stuff. My friend saw a rat running across the floor as we walked past the door. Health department needs to pay them a visit. They are never on time for the food when they say 10-15 minutes. Staff is very rude and they change the prices every time to what they want. I know because we ordered a couple times and each time is different prices for the same dishes ordered.

Pleasantly surprised by the food here. The salt and pepper wings are some of the best around. We like the walnut shrimp and the house special pan fried noodles. Tries the sesame chicken last time and will be adding it as a regular to our order. Dont forget the sesame balls!

My personal opinion is the portions are great but the food is average. Their breaded fried pork had to many bones for my taste. The breading disguised the bones so good I seemed to have the bad luck of the draw biting bones on 50% of my selection on the plate. just made my dining experience go south. As for the other selections on the menu, the food is enjoyable. The restraunt looks like it needs a face lift, but the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Decent atmosphere, good service, and you dont have to wait long for your food. What lacks in quality (think like a little better than fast food quality, hence the 4 star rating) it easily makes up and surpasses for in quantity. You can spend 8 to 9 dollars a person with the lunch special and literally have to gorge yourself in order to finish your plate. Personal fave: the szechuan chicken.

I had the salt and pepper chicken and special fried rice. It was disgusting. Made me sick to my stomach. It had a very nasty taste to it. I cant explain it. We ordered it online and was waiting to get confirmation when it was done. We never got 1 so when we got there the food was just sitting there, not under a heat lamp or nothing. I only ordered because of all the good reviews.

I was taught that your mannerism and way you speak and approach people is what separates you from others. This restaurant lacks customer relations. They dont know what the 2 minute friend is. I approached the window and they acted like they didnt even want my money. I dont know about you, but I dont like to spend money at businesses like this.

Place is dirty and it doesnt look that attractive to order food from it. I ordered through uber eats and when I went to pick it up it took 30mins to hand me my order. Its ok when a place Its packed but it was empty. Then the lady didnt wanted to give me my order even when I told her what I ordered. Dont waste your time and money here, go to another place .

I went to this chinese food place for pick up 2 times now because my normal place is closed for remodeling. The food is tasty but not enough meat in the dishes. So far we have ordered the salt and pepper chicken wings which were good. The chicken chow mein didnt have much chicken. The pork fried rice have VERY little pork and the little in it was all minced up and the chicken with green beans was pretty good. The service is fast and people are nice.

I went here for my cousins graduation with 14 other people and they seated all of us. After the ladies took our orders they came out in segments but we didnt wait long. The portions are gigantic and definitely worth what you pay. I personally ordered the Chicken cutlet with steamed rice and when it came out I was shocked to see how much chicken there was. Id definitely come back. Everyone else with me ordered the Sunday lunch special which was for $5.95 and you could select an entree that was listed beneath the offer that came with an egg flower soup, a piece of panko fried shrimp, and your choice of rice whether it be fried or steamed. The lady told the ones who ordered it that the portions would be slightly smaller but to me there was still a massive amount of food you get for the amount of money you pay. I highly recommend this place to anyone craving Chinese food.

I realized I didnt have change to leave a tip, so I brought along the receipt and the black tray and went to pay to make change but before I could pay he made me wait in front while he went to check my table to see if Id left a tip. He came back and was like arent you going to leave a tip for your waiter? Ive never had a waiter ask me for a tip. Nonetheless I gave them their tip. This is one of my 2 favorite Chinese restaurants in San Diego. I am a Chinese food snob from Boston so that is saying quite a lot!
