We celebrated a Birthday here for lunch and what a celebration! Such an elegant restaurant. Delicious, shareable plates, with great customer service. We brought our own cake and they served it to the Birthday girl with a fire cracker candle.

I’ve tried most of the menu already and everything is delicious, I just forgot to take pictures lol. The cocktails are good too. We always order the pork dumplings and the chili green beans, if you like Asian kitchen this is a place to go with family and friends. The staff is very friendly and they make sure you’re having a nice dinner.

Bad choice for choosing this restaurant to take our Australian visitor for dinner. Food was at best similar to Panda Express(better). Crispy honey chicken and crispy honey shrimp is to be avoided, over breaded & too sweet. The service was even worse ( less than 1/3 of the place was occupied). Requested some chili oil but not given till meal was halfway done. I literally had to stand up and go up to our waiter to make another request. Better choice would have been Panda Express and save money. ☹️👎

I am typically a Chang’s fan, was feeling it last night in Torrance. Arrived around 9p place was in shut down mode, won ton soup good, fried rice was mush, Mongolian Beef was overcooked and hard as a rock. Server was nice but busy in shut down mode. Wish it was better but it was bad!

Wanted something different today so I decided to go to P.F. Chang’s. The food here has always been good. Today was no different. The establishment was very clean. The staff was professional and all smiles. My order was correct and my food came out hot. This place never disappoints. I would recommend this location and I will also be coming back myself.

Manager came and checked in on us - he was awesome. And our sever, Raymond was fabulous and very attentive without us noticing. Food was delicious. I miss having the Manhattan Beach location so when I drive to Torrance I am always looking forward to having my favorite dishes!

Our family always come PF Changs for the great food. Today we had the pleasure of meeting the Manager John “JJ” who delivered amazing service and made our dinner one to remember. The bartender Christian who has a great personality also stepped in to check on our kids and made sure they had everything promptly. It’s rare to find people that go above & beyond. I can honestly say that this location has at least 2 people who truly cares.

Great atmosphere wonderful people the waiters are amazing the food tastes amazing be careful though make sure you put your order in all at the same time or you may wait a little bit longer.Definitely have the wonton soup, barbecue pork spare ribs and the tempura calamari and vegetables they are amazing appetizers absolutely amazing.The staff is very friendly but make sure you be careful when you go to the front if you do not reach there within a few minutes of your text message to call you to your table they will give your table away you have less than 7 minutes from the moment the first text comes before they give your table away so make sure you park close by and dont dawdle.They are always busy at scenes and thats a good thing their food is to die for

It had been awhile since we were hear because of a horrible experience last time, but we decided to give it another try. The food was good as always but the service lacked. They also increased their prices quite a bit and under our table hadnt been cleaned since the last guests. But it gets 4 stars for the food only.

It was a big disappointment to visit PF Chang again after some years not coming to the US. The hot and sour soup was all vinegar and no spice, lettuce wraps were were crispy but the fill was tasteless and the honey chicken was soggy and sour. Top that with a service targeting to get people in and out the quickest way possible, the whole experience felt more like a fast food dining experience, not what you expect from a semi-pricey restaurant. The positive was their efficiency in getting us out again, but that you can get at McDonalds for a fraction of the price.

My mother ordered dinner through Grubhub. She ordered the Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Eggplant, and Lettuce Wraps. I know I never wanted to order from P.F. Changs again, given my lifetime ban from the location (either until I die or until the Torrance location closes down), but this was my moms idea for dinner.The only dish that I did not like is the orange chicken. It was more batter and less chicken.I am definitely never ordering from any P.F. Changs ever again. Not even through delivery.My reason for putting 1 star for atmosphere and service is because I never went inside the restaurant on August 27 to get the food. My mom ordered it through a delivery service. I was already banned from P.F. Changs for taking revenge too far when I was a former employee there in 2018.

Went there and sat at the bar. Christian was our server! She’s was on point! Drinks out fast, food ordered quick (one dish took longer than the other and she went back to see where it was-it was veggie lettuce wrap ordered at the same time) she brought it out with extra lettuce too! Checked on us and left us alone to talk-then came back to check on us again! She is truly amazing! Also, the manager was really nice to. She’s the one who sent it over to Christian!!!!!! Will. E back soon! Pad Thai was so good flavor wise, but it came with some really little shrimp😂 the veggie lettuce wrap was good, but it was heavy on the water chestnuts. We had ax excellent lunch at PF Chang’s, Del Amo on Black Friday. We only had to wait 2 or 3 minutes to be seated. We also had the cities spiced hot tea and it is Amazing! The chicken dumpling soup is perfection! All of our food was excellent! Our waitress (I can’t remember her name, but she had short blonde hair) was prompt, friendly and took her time to explain the menu. The food servers were all excellent! The restaurant and restrooms are really clean as well! I look forward going back soon!!!! 🍜 🥟 🍵 🥰

Decided to have lunch here with my daughter today. The 3 stars are for the food, I ordered Mongolian beef and my daughter ordered the beef broccoli and chicken potstickers, both of our dishes were not appeasing to our taste buds salty and blah and greasy! Ive always liked PF Changs but this restaurant is a poor one. The atmosphere is not pleasant from the moment you walk in (it feels like it is about to close down!). The service is poor, the staff are either surly or slow. The food is okay, but I feel it is expensive for what you get (Panda Express is better 😱)

Although the 3 hostess at the front made me feel invisible by not greeting me when they watched me approach, the delicious food and chilled cocktails helped me forget that theres more to life than great customer service. If youre in mood for something light and healthy to snack on, try the ahi tuna poke bowl -its mostly chips but the ingredients are nice and fresh $10. If raw fish isnt your thing, Asian Mac n Cheese can hit the spot long as you like mushrooms $9. Beyond those starters, you know the rest of their menu far surpasses the so-called Asian food you find on the mall food court.

Went here for dinner on a Sunday night. Our server was very attentive and helpful. We started with the Tempura Calamari and Vegetables for an appetizer, which comes with a very tasting dipping sauce. In addition we ordered the Sesame Chicken with a side of white rice and the Mandarin Crunch Salad. Everything was delicious! Our food was served fairly quick and it would be good to know that all portions are definitely shareable. Price is very fair and the staff if fast and friendly. If you like this type of food and are in the area you should stop by and give it try.

Ive never eaten here and wanted to try the place out. I ordered the Sesame Chicken on recommendation by the waiter, Shaw, and was not disappointed at all. Ever eat a really tasty meal that leaves you hungry one hour or so later? I was FULL after this meal and took half the meal with me.It was a fairly quiet evening. Shaw provided excellent customer service. He never talked over my food and had very helpful answers concerning the menu. It was a good dinner and lunch (the following day). If I ever eat a better Sesame Chicken meal, Ill let someone know.

I visited PF Changs for the first time out of state. The food was delicious and fresh then. Hot temperature wise.This was was good, but something about the food didnt taste fresh to me. The kung Pao didnt taste the same. The broccoli and beef tasted different. The orange chicken wasnt great but I think this was just a taste thing for me.The ambience is great also great for celebrations. Romantic even. I will probably go back soon to give it another shot.

I honestly do not know what happened! Ive been here before and the food was good, not this time! Calamari and dynamite shrimp was undercooked, and when they remade it? It tasted like flour batter! Zero seasoning on it! Salt & Pepper Prawns tasted like a ball of pure salt! No shrimp just salt! And? It cost me $220 to boot! Hello PF Chang Corporate,I want to share my experience. On Monday, my husband and I came there to enjoy some Chinese cuisine, and we received excellent customer service, and the atmosphere is cool. However, we ordered $165.00 worth of appetizers and entrees to try a variety of different options. I was throughly dissatisfied and disappointed. The food tasted frozen, processed, salty, and the wonton soup was watery with no flavor. Honestly, Panda Express is 10 times better. I actually cant believe it. The food was horrible. I just went and gave PF Chang a donation because I didnt receive quality food for the price 😐 😕

I usually like PF Changs. The food is usually delicious and the ambiance is nice. Yesterday the service was ok... I wanted to enjoy my dinner but I must have some spice to it. So I asked for some chili sauce which didnt come when they served the meal. Had to remind the server and she kept saying someone was going to bring it.Time passes, nobody came but she was floating around . I was very tempted to just ask where the kitchen was so I could go to the expo line and help myself. Finally she came back with it by this time the food was lukewarm. MATTHEW was amazing! He was the best waiter that I’ve ever had. He was so genuine and kind, an attitude that you don’t normally have during interactions with strangers. I highly recommend him, he has the best attitude and is great for customer interaction. The food was also great, and he was very attentive and thoughtful. My toddler and I stopped in here over the weekend for a mommy daughter date. It was a long day and we were both at our max level of stimulation. The wait times weren’t too bad considering it was a Saturday at dinner time. Our server, Ricky, was amazing and super patient with us. My daughter is a social butterfly and normally servers ignore her but he made sure to acknowledge and interact with her. We ordered the shrimp dumplings and kids chicken fried rice and Changs chicken. My kid devoured her food which speaks volumes since she normally pecks at everything. We will definitely be coming back to this location for future mommy daughter dates.

I come to the Torrance location all the time and Cristina ( the manager I believe ) is always so helpful . I have a peanut allergy and I’ve had accidents before and she always makes sure my food is made allergy free, no mistakes . My orders are never incorrect she always listens very carefully and serves me well. She’s always so help and attentive. I enjoy her being my server. And another server by the name of jasmine is also very helpful and attentive . she makes sure we are enjoying our time and if we need anything she is always there to help . The food is amazing . I usually get shrimp fried rice, the noodles, and the Mongolian chicken with a side of Mongolian sauce . Very well done .

My sisters birthday and we had a large order to go for 6 people. Ordered over 1.5 hours in advance for pick up at 5:30pm. Got there and they said the chef forgot something and it would take a few more minutes. 45 minutes later I had to be that person and ask for a manager to get some answers. I did not get loud or rude, and still no apology. The forgotten item was egg drop soup which was boiling hot and flavorless. My other items were just sitting in a bag getting cold while I waited. Didnt get all my items either. Not worth it. Never going here again. If I could give a middle finger as a rating, I would. Id give 2, but that would require more effort than they showed me.

Had an awesome experience yesterday at PF Changs. From the sizzling platter of shrimp dumplings to the delicious plate of mongolian beef (an all time favorite) and as good as the food was, each person that came by our table was friendly, assuring we had great service. We even got a visit from the manager, who made us feel very welcome and made sure we enjoyed our experience! We were entertained and well served. Will be back to try more dishes soon.

Front desk staff kicked off the lousy experience by not acknowledging me when I walked in. There were 3 of them and no one said a word for nearly a full minute. The food was all incredibly greasy, dripping in oil. Only positive part of our meal was our server, Justin, who was a consummate professional, kind, attentive, and friendly. As we departed, the same front desk staff said absolutely nothing. Who is training these hosts? Anyone? PFC has deteriorated immensely. This will mark my final visit.

I wish I could leave zero stars after the way I was treated tonight. I am a regular customer that always deals with Christina because she is the absolute best. I know all the managers names because that’s how often I order throughout the week. For some reason JJ the manager on duty was super rude to me yelling on the phone and speaking over me. Because he messed my order up and said that it was too busy for him to talk to the cooks and too busy for him to check my order. He wouldn’t stop yelling so I stated I would just contact the general manager tomorrow and also let Christina know what happened. He said he didn’t care because Christine wasn’t going to be able to do anything about it . He kept yelling he doesn’t care and hung up the phone in my face. P.F. Chang’s I hope you know this is the sort of behavior that the manager you pay to manage a busy dinner shift conducts himself. I spend money weekly and have for about 2 years. I’ve never had to leave a review like this but it’s unfortunate that he couldn’t even apologize. Christina is great you need more ppl like her.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a PF Changs. When we walked in they has 4 (yes 4) hostesses at the front behind the counter. It took them 3 minutes to acknowledge us (I put my timer on). We waited 32 minutes to be seated. They tried to seat us in the patio where we were the only people out there. I told the hostess we wanted to sit inside. She walked us back to the front and said it would be another 15-20 minutes. I asked why would they seat us a party of 2 outside when no one else was out there and not give us an option of inside or out... 3 of the four hostesses didnt understand my question. Once we were seated I had to ask for a paper menu 3 times. Once we were seated the waitress was nice but our food order was messed up.

Weve actually been here a few times for dine in and enjoyed our experience but I DO NOT recommend this place for delivery. Ordered through Uber eats, scheduled priority, and an hour and a half later the food was still being prepared. We ended up cancelling our order and at this point it was close to 9PM at night. It was too much sauce all over everything, so the breading on the shrimp was kind of soggy. I got fried rice instead of white rice and it was kind of bland. The breaker, Portia, came to our table once after Andy went on lunch and never put our order in. I typically go to lazy dog when I just want a quick bite and a drink to unwind. Today I was a little tired of lazy dog and thought I’d try something different that I have not tried before which was PF Chang‘s and disappoint it isn’t even the word that I can use to describe my experience. I’m not exaggerating panda express orange chicken is way better than theirs. Only thing that I loved was the Pattye and the green beans that’s it. Our service was good although we had one family with this annoying child that would not stop crying and we were there for over an hour and a half eating and the child cried the entire time the family was told nothing nor did the family do anything. So much for an unwinding night typically I try to give between $15-$20 tip because I know how it feels to work for tips but I am not rich but tonight they got a seven dollar tip. Beyond disappointed. It’s even more a shame because before Covid I always heard good things about PF Chang‘s I’ve even seen them in the grocery store and thought it would be worth my darn there $200 but it wasn’t. One last thing they do have a Tokyo mule that is really really really good.

My server was incredible however my overall experience was not the best . Prior to visiting I was familiar with the frozen food selection and figured Id give the restaurant a shot. I looked online to make sure they could accommodate my allergies and decided on the ramen. Well low and behold the resturant no longer offers ramen and failed to update the menu or let the guest know upon sitting down that there were changes made. When it comes to accommodating seafood/ selfish allergies there is very little to choose from . Im not much of a meat eater and prefer spicy food. My old-fashion was delicious tho . Ricardo is a terrific server. The hostess team were very considerate of us and tried to accomadate us even though we didnt have reservations and we were a party of 9. We started with chicken lettuce wraps, pork dumplings fried, and egg rolls. They were crispy and fresh and tasty. We had several entrees:Mongolian beef, honey shrimp, honey chicken, peppered chicken, beef broccoli, and they were all good. They had a decent selection of alcohol. I hardly ever write a poor review because I have had to work for tips in my life, but this poor service restaurant experience needs to be shared! We normally go to the Manhattan Beach location which is great, but tonight this was more convenient. What a mistake! As we were seated we noticed the floors in our dining area needed cleaning. It is not a daily eatery for me it is mostly about craving certain types of foods PF Changs everyone that I’ve been in I have had a good experience as well as my family it is a very friendly place it can get very jammed and if you find yourself on the waiting list it goes bye at a normal pace most people that just want to get in and out usually leave if there’s a wait other people that have made plans to be there the waiting list is not any big concern because they are socializing with themselves their group sometimes people around you. I was a big fan of PF Changs when they first came out in LA. However, Ive noticed over the years that the quality of food has decreased significantly. We were here on a Friday night around 8:30pm, after a movie, and the staff was energetic and kind, but it took forever to get the food and the quality of ingredients/freshness was lacking.Location is great, at the exit of the movie theaters and the mall, with tons of parking everywhere, however, its very dimly lit and we werent impressed by the menu options or taste of what we ordered (orange chicken, vegetarian pad thai, fried rice or lettuce wraps). If they improve the freshness of the ingredients and meals, we may return.

Well, I don’t usually do reviews, but simiply put it the service was terrible. We had a Christmas get together with friends so we had a reservation for 12 @ 6:30pm. We arrived promptly at 6:20. The hostess said it would be a couple of minutes. At 7:00 we were still waiting. Finally 45 minutes later we were seated. The waiter cam promptly to get our drink orders, but took 20 minutes to bring them. We placed orders after the drinks came for the appetizers as well as the entree. 30 minutes past and finally asked the waiter about the appetizers. He stated he assumed that since everything was taking awhile to prepare that he would bring them all out together. But stated that he can change and bring the appetizers out right away. We also had kids with us and the were getting restless. I asked to get the appetizers served right away. Finally 15 minutes later they arrived. However they came in segments. We ordered an array of appetizers but came out 2 at a time. Cold but edible appetizers. What a disappointment. The entrees cam out and like the appetizers they came out slowly, 3 of the entree’s came out 15 minutes after. I’ve been to many PF Chang’s and have never experienced such poor service. The kicker was the waiter came with the bill, and I asked for fortune cookies for the kids, and he stated that they ran out. But couple minutes later another server walked past our table with a tray full of the cookies for another table. I usually tip very well even with subpar service. But this experience was the first for me and my family and friends. I actually considered leaving no tip. Hopefully the management reads this review and have some training for their staff. So we went to the one at the DelAmo mall. We went new years eve. We got there at 6pm and had to wait almost an hour. There where 3 of us. We ordered beef broccoli, fried rice, crispy chicken. Oh my gosh there was not enough food. They put a little pile of each. I was shocked. Service was good but man for the price it was $60.00. They dont pile it up like regular Chinese restaurants. Wont be back.

I was impressed with how well P.F. Chang does restauranting.Our waiter was skilled and personable. She engaged in the appropriate amount of conversation to be interesting and it is at ease. She checked in at appropriate intervals.We ordered gluten free food as one of our members has Celiacs. They bring the gluten free on stearate bowls so you have confirmation everything was prepared properly.The furniture was comfortable, clean, and stylish. The bathroom was clean and smelled nice. The entry way could have more waiting seating.The food was good. Not amazing. Its the stort of place you dont go to get your socks knocked off but to have a pleasant complete dining experience.

Mothers Day dinner was supposed to be delivered by 6pm May 10 2020. Never arrived. Spoke with two different drivers and first one at 5:50 she had just arrived to pick up dinner. Before 7 we called again and a different driver was in a line with 20 people ahead of him. We told him to cancel the order. Then received a message at 9:45 asking us if we still wanted the order. I ordered food on Mother’s Day via Postmates at 5:15 pm. At 7 pm I called the restaurant as Postmates said my order was still being prepared. The order was confirmed by Postmates, but the restaurant hung up on me 4 times and by the fifth time some guy answered the phone, but then placed me on hold for 25 mins to check on my order, but he never came back to the line. Instead, while I was waiting on hold, I received an e-mail that my $200 order was cancelled. PF Chang’s customer service was extremely poor and I have been going to this restaurant for years. It will be a long time before I consider eating at this PF Chang’s again.

The food was served between 35-45 mins. 1st the wanton soup took so long to serve and yet was not hot. There was a big gap from soup to food entree. When served my brown rice was given to our 5 year old who doesnt like to eat brown rice. We had to send it back to replace it with white. Then my appetizer came at the end of our dinner. We were not the only table that was delayed, almost everyone was at that time. Our server was so apologetic. We appreciate that. At the end when we asked for the survey receipt copy from the manager she gave us another receipt and made mention, Thats ok, you will still get your 10% after the survey. I told her its not the 10% whats important but our experience tonight. Then she asked why what happened? I said it took almost an hour for for food to be served and I was shocked that she was not aware of it since she talked with several tables around us during dinner.

Today was an absolutely horrible experience. This was the first time we visited this location, the waiter was very incompetent. We ordered the Changs for 2 we have always ordered this at the location in El Segundo. We always order the same food the soups one of each, the Cecilias dumplings, the Mongolian beef and the beef broccoli with white rice and the desert. When we first started coming to this place weve asked do any of the dishes that weve ordered have mushrooms in it, theyve assured us that no they did not. However at the location in the del amo fashion center we were about to eat our beef and broccoli when Ive noticed a huge piece of mushroom, I called the waiter and told him we have ordered this dish before and never have there ever been mushrooms in it because my husband is highly allergic to mushrooms. he tells us oh dont worry about it nothings going to happen to him Ill go talk to the Cook to see why there was a mushroom in the beef broccoli. He later comes back and lets us know that they cook everything in the same wok with mushroom juice. From what I know youre not supposed to use the same wok for every food as people are allergic to certain items. the manager was kind of nice but at the same time she was like well if youre allergic to something youre supposed to let us know. I understand that but nowhere in the menu did it say that the beef broccoli was cooked in mushroom juice. We ended up paying for $39 dollars for the food that we had consumed. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at a pfchangs and we will not be coming back. Yall should change your policy to let people know that you guys cook everything in the same Wok because the person could be allergic to peanuts and if you cook it in the same wok that you cook in peanut oil you could kill that person. The customer has no idea that youre cooking the food all the food in the same wok, we have no clue so you should inform the customer about how you cook their food.

Pretty expensive for not so good food. Everything was either under seasoned or too greasy. For example, the Hokkian Street Noodles were described as having a light curry sauce. It was so light it was nonexistent!. I brought it to the attention in our wait person who said Youre not the only person to tell me that. Ummmm.... Yeah, so maybe you should let someone know?! We had been to this place for my daughters dinner. It has gone bad from worse. The table was not clean, plates were dirty. Main course food was so horrible, no flavor nothing. My overall experience was very disappointing. My son and i waited 20 minutes before our appetizer was served. Then 15 minutes later when our 2 main dishes arrived, 1 of them was cold. The vegetable fried rice was hard and undercooked, and the Pad thai noodles were just ok..When she called the store they only offered her a gift card. I suggested she call back and ask for a refund due to the unpleasant dining experience. When she requested a refund, my friend was told that grub hub would refund her and P F Changs would no longer send out the gift card.
