Sea Shore Seafood Restaurant

To the restaurant manager that is training the staff to serve customer needs to have more disciplinary action towards the staff, especially one male Cantonese server in particular. He was EXTREMELY rude with the appearance as if someone owes him money. He had the audacity to yell at paying customers that is coming to the restaurant expecting a nice meal to leave infuriated by poor quality in food and service.Quality of food is lacking in taste so bland that I feel like Im getting food from retirement home. We only ordered two dishes and one of the dish was a fish that we wanted but the server told us that another table ordered the fish we wanted. At the end of our meal, we asked for the bill and the restaurant server violated standard code of restaurant rules. The customer is the one who decides how much tip to leave depending on the quality of food and service, I understand that we are all struggling in this economic downturn but to abuse a customers bill by charging for tea that the customer did not order and to add an unbilled items shows the lack in integrity that this restaurant has fallen to.My family has been coming to this restaurant for a long time and to see the downfall of this restaurant drop this low is such a petty. I hope that management figures out what they want to do with that rude waiter because he does not respect his workplace employer and does not respect the paying customers thats paying for his paycheck. The manager stated to us that he yells at the manager too and he is just a server.
Seafood Port Chinese Restaurant

Great family style Chinese restaurant. Used to be the same owner as the Seafood Town also in Torrance but now owned by different people as of about 4 years ago, however the menu is still very similar. One of the last few great Chinese restaurants that havent changed in the past 20 to 30 years.

P.F. Changs
3525 W Carson St R7 #166, Torrance, CA 90503, United States
Encountered a new ‘test’ menu here at the del amo P.F. Chang’s. No family style offerings available at all. Not what is expected from a Chinese restaurant as family and sharing are features of every Chinese restaurant I have ever visited. Very very disappointing experience.
Panda Express

THE goto place for Chines take out. Taste-wise, not to be compared to your local Chinese restaurant, but they are consistent. :)
Fu Sing Chinese Restaurant
2140 Artesia Blvd G, Torrance, CA 90504, United States
Great Chinese restaurant in Gardena/ Torrance areas. The owner is honest and polite even if there are so many customers and orders. Food quality is good, and their lunch special is unbeatable. It takes some time for them to prepare the orders during busy hours (~20 - 25 mins), so it will be better to call ahead and order.

This place is definitely my go to spot when I want Chinese food. They changed management and renovated their restaurant since Fall 2016. After all the renovation, this place feels a lot cleaner now with new chairs and tables; such a welcoming ambiance. Not to mention, all the servers are very friendly and attentive. Parking is fairly easy. They have their own private lot, so thats good. I hate having to find parking when its shared with other businesses. Drinks: I remember seeing a big cooler with beer, wine, sodas, Thai iced tea, and lemon iced tea. Food: Great food, large portion, affordable prices, and contains no MSG. When I dined in for lunch, they asked if I wanted Iced or Hot water and then they gave me complimentary Soup (Egg Flower Soup or Hot and Sour Soup) and Salad with house dressing (sesame dressing) on it. Their lunch menu is the best part about this place because it is so affordable with Entrees starting from $6.50 to $8.49 and all lunch specials are served from the time they open at 11AM to 4PM. My absolute favorite dishes from the lunch menu are Green String Beans, Orange Chicken (hands down the BEST Orange Chicken Ive ever had with lots of meat and no battered nonsense), and Crispy Pan Fried Beef Noodles! No need to order any fried rice since my meal came with a side of rice or fried rice. What a satisfying lunch! It does get a little loud because its always packed but that doesnt bother me because honestly its part of the experience eating at an authentic Chinese Restaurant!

There are several all you can eat self- serve Chinese restaurants in Torrance. This restaurant is on Pacific Coast Highway a couple of blocks east of Hawthorne Boulevard. The restaurant has a nice self-serve area. The food was very tasty, hot and fresh. Some of the selections at 1:30 pm on Sunday were empty and needed to be replenished. The restaurant also had a nice selection of Japanese sushi rolls. The dessert entries were ok, but not as fine as the entries. There also was ice cream and soft serve. The tables were a little close but tolerable. If the restaurant has better desserts and better decor I would have given the restaurant 5 stars. If you like Chinese and Japanese food you will be happy here.
Kings Wok Express

When I called before I came down to get the food I asked how much a two-item combo is? She replied its by the pound. Which confuses me because Im not sure how much weight a regular to item is. Not a smart business decision. Anyways, after I got done trying to fill up a light 2 item combo it was almost six and a half dollars. I totally felt I was overcharged because the quality of the food versus the price and the quantity. The lady that worked the front was really nice but again the pricing and quality too big thumbs down. Ill never eat there again. If you got to decode your food bye mentally visualizing a pound in your head the price of your food, its a scam. The food was below Panda Express as quality which isnt saying much. Ive noticed that most of the food around here is overpriced and low-quality. If you go to the beach in Hermosa Redondo Manhattan youll get more food for the price and a larger quantity. Im still surprised they charge so much when were in the middle of the ghetto. Sad.

Didnt have the basic dishes that you would find at any other local Chinese restaurant.
