I came here with my husband and we were both blown away at how good the quality of food was! It was so good I forgot to take a picture.I’m a sushi and Chinese food lover and can be picky. My husband is generally not picky but appreciates good food.He ordered General Tsos chicken and I got the teriyaki salmon platter. The chicken was great! The rice was perfectly cooked and the veggies were outstanding. Actual quality fresh veggies (chunks of bell pepper, broccoli, and onion-all freshly grilled). The salmon was truly one of the best I’ve had at any fast food establishment. It tasted like they grilled it there and the sauce was perfect. I was so happy with my food. My husband tried it and also said it was the best he’s had.In terms of service, we were also pleasantly surprised by the fast ordering followed by a short wait since it’s cooked fresh to order, and they even brought it to our table along with utensils.Overall, we were very pleased and wished this location was closer to home. If you’re in the area and want an affordable, healthy, delicious meal-go here!

First of all, the food was excellent. No complaints there so I am really sad to have to write this. The name of the business is Pick Up Stix. You pick up the food to go. Its wonderful. My complaint is the customer service. We called for over 15 minutes to try and order food to go. We got off the freeway and called all the way to the restaurant and no one answered. My husband had the phone ringing when he walked in. There was not a ton of activity. There was not a line at the counter.The response when he asked the young woman why she didnt answer his call? I am too busy. He told her the phone was ringing now. Her response? She turned it off at the switch. No apology. Nothing. So a business that survives based on the amount of food it sells has an employee that turns the phone off so she cant hear it. I am a manager of a business and I can tell you that if I ever read a review like this about one of my staff, they would no longer have a job. The food is excellent. I think you need a change in staff that reflects the quality of your food. Trust me. This employee was not excellent.

Used to come to this place quite often a while ago, and today I decided to come by this place today. Now, normally Im not one to complain but when I got home I was surprised and disappointed. I ordered to go and ordered the new Spicy Korean Chicken & Shrimp but got no shrimp at all. The Grilled Bourbon Chicken is a personal favorite but today, it was uneatable. Chicken didnt taste freshly made, it was very, very dry and hard to bite into and even more so to swallow, which leads me to believe that it was either old chicken, or had been pre-cooked and then heated up when I ordered it. I dont think Ill be back again for a while but please, do better next time!

I ordered wontons. I was under the impression that they were freshly made and not freshly deep fried. Much to my dismay my order was partially frozen.Im very disappointed

Waited about 4 minutes, no line and no employees in sight. A couple of minutes later a woman pops her head out from the back and looks at me and never comes back out and no one else came out to take my order. The place wasnt busy and I was the only person in line.

The girl with the orange hair (i think Cherry) is very disrespectful to the doordash drivers. They should really revise their staff!

Great staff here, they’ve helped me out when I placed an order online to the wrong store. They were helpful in sorting it out so I wouldn’t have to drive to another location saving me time, gas and cold food.

I love Pick Up Stix food but this location is unorganized and slow. 45 minutes to get a single entree. Then they gave me the wrong meal. Unfortunate.

The family loves this place. This location specifically always has quality food. Its always fresh. The garlic chicken is so incredible. Plus the have great coupons all the time.

What a joke. Did Uber Eats. Portions were so small. When I order Chinese/asian cuisine, usually expecting large portions. Food wasn’t that great either. Chicken taste like it has so much vinegar in it. Won’t be coming back or ordering
