Lemon grass chicken rice plate. The chicken, and bell peppers were all fresh. The meat was tender. The cup of broth on the side was good. It was a very light tasting broth. The Vietnamese coffee was also good. The service was quick. Had shaken beef 2nd visit. I highly do not recommend this dish. The meat was tough and flavors were off putting. Extremely off from what shaken beef is supposed to taste like. This dish might fool white people and clueless Mexicans out here. But its not even close to what it would taste like anywhere outside of this town.

Downtown Manteca. Parking is slim pickings. Short walk to get inside establishment. Once inside nice atmosphere and happy music playing. We were greeted right away and offered a table. Ordered 3 different types of soups and a pork ban mi. I chose the beef soup with 3 choices of meat. Broth was clean and tasty. Plenty of meat and noodles. I put the provided lime and jalapeños in, tried their chili oil, and sriracha. Out of all three the jalapeño I enjoyed the most. I would like to return to try other items on the menu.

Absolutely the BEST!!! The food is outstanding!!! Good, and fair pricing, service is quick. Youre greeted as soon as you enter, and treated like family. Everyone is so nice, and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. The restaurant is very neat, clean, and spacious. Very cozy. The waiters are very attentive, and patient. Everything on their menu is SO DELICIOUS!!! Highly, highly recommend!!! The best we have had, and we will definitely be back. Was so good the first time we went a few weeks back, that my Daughter picked this restaurant for her 18th Birthday! She wouldnt settle for anything else. And, we all LOVED it! We loved it even more than the first time. Everyone is so amazing here, and the food!! Unbeatable!! YOU WONT BE SORRY going here!! Our new FAVORITE spot!! Thank you for such wonderful food, and service!

Food is very deliscious, warm and friendly staff. The place is very clean and I love their Bobba. LEANA was definately knowledgeable with their menu and had to some very wonderful recomendations. I see myself with my family being a regular in this restuarant.

Stop by for some delicious Pho. Spicy beef pho and ramen beef pho. Thai tea and a mango fruit tea. Absolutely will be back again for the great food and relaxed environment. Your hospitality has been recognized with my true love of ethic food. Until next time I look forward to trying another type of pho bowl or rice dish. Thank you.

The best Vietnamese food and best Asian food in this area for sure. Weve tried them all. The other places just taste fishy, frozen, too oily, or too salty. Rice and Rolld tastes fresh, perfectly seasoned. Honestly it tastes like a high end restaurant that actually cares about the quality of their food. Other places in this area just taste and feel tired and depressing. Thank you Rice and Rolld. I will definitely be back. The fried shrimp egg rolls and the sauce are the best ones Ive ever had. I order those everywhere and theyre usually blah. One bite of Rice and Rolld fried shrimp roll made me swear out loud with joy.

Excellent. The restaurant was clean, modern decor, very pleasant and unfortunately not common in Manteca.The food was very good and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and attentive.I got the pork Banh Mi and the one minor issue I had was I thought the bun could have been toasted. Not every place does this but it would be my one suggestion it take a good Banh Mi up a level.

Pho was nasty, anyone who said their pho was good dont know what theyre talking about. The broth had no flavor, its as if they used the same broth from Target. Hardly any meat and was charged $15 for a small bowl. You could get a large bowl for $11 at other places.

Ordered one order spring rolls and egg rolls and it came out too like $20 already and the egg rolls were dry the filling was bland and there fish sauce was so fishy like it had no Lemon or peppers in it. It was way to sweet. There peanut butter sauce is not authentic and lacked peanut flavor just too sweet and there spring rolls are filled with lettuce. There pho don’t even get me started so bland the broth is gray. Would not go here for any authentic Vietnamese food. Everything is way too expensive to taste this bad

Beef stew was hard as a rock, water downed and tasteless, lemon grass chicken was, didn’t taste like lemon grass chicken, tasted weird….Egg rolls were just dough barely any filling…. I won’t ever use eat here again! Lots of fake reviews seems like. Only looks good in pics but I’m reality this has to be the worst tasting Vietnamese food !

Saw this restaurants advertisement keep popping up on my Facebook so I just had to try it out.Hubby & niece came with me. They got beef noodle Phở and I got 3 different types of banh mi. Wow! Food was definitely perfect. All three of us are picky eater especially when it comes to banh mi & Phở.Their drinks (I got 2 different types of tea drinks); sorry people I cant remember what I got. But it was also so delicious!Their services were great! Even the owner came to greet us. Now, thats service!I would highly recommend everyone to come and give them a try.Nice, friendly atmosphere and people with some mouth watering food you dont want to missed out on.I need to come back to try other food on the menu.

I had their chicken pho and it was blend, no flavor, it was just water with over cooked chicken that was rubbery. Such a waste of money !! Will NOT be coming here again. Save your money and time.

Nice staff and the place is nice inside. But food quality is low and the pho isn’t up to pare compared to other places. Good boba for sure but you can get better options other places. I don’t recommend this as a regular spot but nice staff. I been a cook for years and the quality of the food needs more flavor and the tendon needs to be cooked longer and cut properly, dry chicken and the soup base is bland. Rice paper not washed well enough for the rolls.

The food here are basic. Nothing different from any other Vietnamese restaurant YET the price is staggering. 12.50 for a regular size pho while other places are $7-$8. The boba they use are the cheap boba. Mushy AF. 3 bowls and a boba drink came out to $47 Gotta be location where the surrounding area are non Asian.

Place was clean. The servers need more training, they forgot our drink order. And were to busy socializing with one another to give good service. I got chicken Pho it was okay and my boyfriend got beef spicy Pho it was very oily. We also got the pork egg rolls the were bland in taste.

Vermacelli ok, but the grilled pork had more fat in it than meat. I ordered a taro milk tea and thai milk tea. Brought me back my sons drink with no boba. I asked what happened to the boba and he said they ran out. All good, understandable, but took a sip of mine and it was a few boba and lychee. They ran out and suplimented mine with lychee. I wish they could have just been forwarded rather than trying to act as if I wouldnt be able to tell.

This is the kind of atmosphere that downtown manteca needs more of. We were a party of 3 and came in around 6:40ish. Even tho they closed around 7pm we still felt a warm welcome and were seated immediately. The restaurant had a nice modern vibe to it and the employees were all very nice especially Tony. As a table we ordered Fried pork egg rolls andGrilled chicken fall rolls. Both appetizers were very fresh and keeping in mind that they were about to close is very pleasant. I had the pho chicken and it was delicious, the noodles were very soft and the broth had a lot of flavor. I did have a request to have grilled chicken instead of boiled and they accommodated to my request with ease and were very nice about it. Also when we had asked there to be no cilantro in anything it was also accomplished with ease. Another dish I would highly recommend is the beef short ribs and rice. The ribs were so flavorful and tender I believe it to be my new favorite dish now. Lastly, if you dont feel to hungry and just want a nice sweet treat you must get the thai milk tea with black boba. As a person addicted to boba tea I would see myself coming here again and again even just for tea. The boba was chewy and sweet as well as the tea was creamy and smooth. All in all very nice place to go have lunch or dinner at. We will be going again and again in the future :)

I’m a huge food fanatic so I came here to try it. From the moment I walked in, I was pleased with the appearance of the restaurant. It’s a cute place! I ordered the pho spicy beef stew, lemongrass chicken plate, & taro milk tea. The portions of the food are acceptable for the prices however, I didn’t enjoy the food much. The broth of the spicy beef stew didn’t have much flavor and although it’s sold as “spicy” it wasn’t spicy at all. The meat was also quite tough. Being a huge fan of lemongrass, I was excited to try the lemongrass chicken. As soon as I took a bite, I was disappointed. There was no flavor of lemongrass… there actually wasn’t much flavor at all. Not to mention, the chicken was dry. Inside the dish, they added tomatoes which gave the dish a very offputting sour flavor.Although I probably wouldn’t come back for the food, I will say the taro milk tea was amazing. I’ve been to dozens of milk tea spots however this is the first place where I had no complaints of the drinks. The taro flavor was very strong yet not too overpowering. The drink also didn’t taste chalky or grainy like some places i’ve been to. Not only was the flavor and texture just right, the sweetness was perfect! It was not too sweet.

Came here for lunch with a friend after seeing it open and wanted to try something new, everyone working there was super kind and patient with us trying to figure out where we should sit or order. We had the house special pho and a pork bahn mi to split both of which were very good, and the portion sizes were generous (especially on the pho, even with us splitting it we still had some to take home as left overs.) The food came out quickly and the whole restaurant had a clean and chic vibe, would absolutely recommend and hope to come here again soon.
