Saigon Avenue in Monrovia

I just discovered this place yesterday and took my grandma there for lunch. The server was incredibly friendly, and the service was really fast. We ordered a grilled beef bánh mì and the signature beef noodle soup. The portions were perfect for two people. The soup base is incredibly delicious, not overly sweet like in some Vietnamese restaurants. They truly stick to their authentic flavors. The atmosphere was cute and homey.

All Beef phở is a must try. As a Vietnamese, I believe this is the best pho around this area.

Quaint little Pho restaurant with amazing service and delicious food. Atmosphere is just right giving off that old school vibe being in old town. Pork banh mi sandwich was amazing, just enough spices to make it tasty without overdoing and the crunchyness, nice touch. Pho broth is savory and fresh, add the garnishments and voila, deliciousness at the tip of the chopsticks. Highly recommended for a quick, comfy bite.

Fantastic service and atmosphere. The food is awesome. They have 6-7 different spring rolls on the menu, really nice. We left satisfied.

Fast and great customer service! Clean and good menu selection. My brother and I come here often but last week when we came, he said his pho brisket was tasty but the quality of the meat was not good. I am vegetarian so I cannot verify this. For this reason, I am taking away one star. I hope this is just an isolated event and will not happen again.

This is one of the best beef noodle soups I’ve had in a long time. The broth is so flavorful. Definitely recommend. Be aware, parking can be difficult to find.

**Edit: I got a call from the restaurant offering to remake the sandwich. While I appreciate the gesture, I didn’t take them up on the offer.I ordered the sautéed tofu sandwich. I’m very familiar with Bahn Mi sandwiches. I’ve been to Vietnam. This sandwich was terrible! It was super soggy and unappetising. It’s supposed to be on a baguette. It was a basic roll and the ingredients had it falling apart. I asked for it to be extra spicy. It wasn’t even a little bit spicy. For a $14 sandwich including tax and tip, I expected much more. Hugely disappointing.

Tasty Vietnamese food. A cozy place (not huge). But that way one can focus on the food. Which is the reason to go back again & again. Plenty of Meats, Vegetarian food and Great tasting Phó. Order up! You can also customize the sauce at the table. With a little Sriracha (Hot sauce) for a little kick. Lol

Love their broth in the pho. An absolute must when in need of some comfort food

Our family ordered supreme pho, chicken fried rice and Bahn-mi sandwich with pork and eggs over easy.Pho had a lot of beef, soup was flavorful and meaty. My kid enjoyed the pho.Chicken fried rice also was very flavorful, chicken was tender and hand-shredded so it was easy for my little one to eat.My husband liked his sandwich as well except for the eggs were overcooked.The overall price was way higher than our usual pho place but this was absolutely good food.
