A great sushi spot in Agoura Hills to try. Solid location and the menu items are delicious.I started off with their soft shell crab & I thought it had too much tempura outer shell before getting to the soft shell crab. Still descent but not what I’m used to.The sushi burrito is solid and delicious, along with their blue crab hand roll. The uni sushi was definitely fresh and great tasting too.I’d definitely come back to try more of the menu items. Solid spot to satisfy your sushi cravings.

Everything about this place is 5 STARS! My boyfriend and I decided to try this place for my birthday because I’m a huge sushi fan. I have been back 6 times since the first time we came in January! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is great and the service is phenomenal! They never forget a face and make every dining experience just as great as the first time. If you’re looking for a new place to try please try this place, you will not be disappointed! I can’t get enough of sushi & wasabi 🤗

Great sushi and friendly staff! My husband and I went there for our anniversary and sat at the bar. We had a variety of fresh fish and we were pleased with everything. The sushi chefs were also super generous. This is our new favorite.

Had an absolutely amazing time on my bday. The service was excellent they made you feel so welcomed. The food we actually top notch and I love the actual look of the restaurant very homey. Honestly 10/10 would recommend

Tasty food. Friendly waiters. Any replacement requires additional payment. The restaurant is clean. Only once there was a problem with a dish that was replaced. Compliments from the chef were never offered. In general, its ok! I will continue to go there.

I am using this place for the last 3 years. Last year their service getting worse. Every order for pickup I need to wait extra 25-30 minutes. Prices increased within last year more than twice, but service became not acceptable.

Revised review. We went back, since the sushi was good (we had a bad experience with the service in the past). The service was much improved compared with our last visit. The sushi pieces and rolls are great. Glad we tried them again. We had garlic edamame, yellowtail, bluefin tuna, salmon and a rainbow roll. The server suggested a bottle of sake that was also good.

The people there are so friendly and helpful. Best staff from a restaurant I have ever been to. Food is absolutely delicious, there isnt one thing there Im not in love with. Been going for so long now, every experience is 100 % worth it and highly recommend it. Service is very fast and very kid friendly. If you havent been there u are really missing out on amazing sushi for a great price.

Very high quality. Larger portions than you may expect and very low prices compared to other sushi places in the area. What makes this place shine is the staff. It really feels like a home town, family-run restaurant. We love the wait staff and the chefs. Emma is an absolute sweetheart! The only drawback is that the bathroom is disconnected from the restaurant. You have to ask for the key and go outside and upstairs. Its a problem that the owners cant really fix so it is not something I can really blame the restaurant. Its an odd little quirk about it but it is still the best sushi in the county.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I received an albacore roll that was not only the toughest fish to the point it was inedible, it also had gnats in it! I tried to call the restaurant but no one answered and their mailbox is full.

Some absolutely amazing sushi. Certain chefs can make some rolls better than the others but overall it is a great place to get sushi. Im a socket for eel but they have great Tuna during the right time if the year. Once you find the right chef for you it becomes a place you can regularly stop by.

This is my favorite sushi spot for lunch. Great prices, quality, and service. Try the lunch boxes, so much variety. After a few times of visiting this place, my patronage was noticed and I started receiving complimentary ice cream sundaes without asking. This business truely values their customers. Only downside I can think of is on Fridays it can be very busy, resulting in slower service.

The staff was very nice . The food was just ok . But for sushi in Agoura it was better than nothing . If you want real sushi I feel like you have to drive into the valley for good stuff . Ventura county doesnt have great sushi . In my opinion

I was disappointed with it shusi.I order the BSc and it a hot dish.It was cold. The spicy tuna hand roll had tasted like it was spoiled.Nothing was fresh. Also having the gi ger in a package. That what I expect from a market shusi not a restaurant.

I wanted to love this local sushi spot, but its probably the worst sushi Ive had in all of Los Angeles...First we ordered the Yellow Tail Carpaccio and Garlic Albacore. On the menu it states that its thinly sliced but we received really thick meaty cuts of fish that were clearly lower grade as I hadnt seen Albacore have little red dots all over before and the flavor was quite fishy, but maybe thats because they were so thickly sliced. Then we ordered two spicy tuna handrolls and it was the strangest thing Ive ever received for a hand roll of tuna. It looked like the sushi chef took a giant ice cream scoop and shoved a whole ton of this pre-mixed low grade spicy tuna into an impossibly wide cone hand roll. If we were to eat this, we would have been chewing mouthful after mouthful of spicy tuna mix with nothing else in it. They were so ridiculously overpacked that just one would have been enough for a person to eat for a meal. Lastly we got the Washington Roll and it was ok, seriously lacking flavor, but was at least edible.We ended up taking a bite of the thick slabs of yellow tail and albacore before tossing them, ate a few of the rolls because they were at least barely passable and in the end, dumped the giant scoops of spicy tuna from the hand rolls into bowls, added some brown rice and some of the edamame we also had ordered and created makeshift poke bowls. Thats how much spicy tuna was packed into these hand rolls.We ordered for the first delivery of the evening at 6pm so maybe we had a sushi chef in training but our sushi was surprisingly bad. I can only imagine this was the case given all the glowing reviews that led us here.

Very disappointed in the food. I stressed to the waiter I was highly allergic to avacado and when my roll came out with avacado in it I let the waiter know and he said The chef just took scooped it out and left a little. Uh what part of highly allergic means leave a little. Unfortunately I wont be returning or referring.

The new owner should be ashamed. I ordered food and told him not to add any sesame on anything especially on my daughters food who is allergic to sesame. I repeated myself couple of times and confirmed with him. After bringing the food home some sesame seeds was discovered in my daughters food . I have been going to Wasabi for years but the new owner is just rude doesnt listen to the customers.
