I have an autoimmune issue so I need to eat a gluten-free diet which can make eating out difficult. I love that they have organic ingredients and offer gluten-free noodles. I had the truffle waygu pho with garlic and it was delicious. Definitely coming back.

A GEMGood food actually GREAT food without the bug spray. Seriously well, seasoned FRESH ORGANIC NON EMBALED Thai, shabu shabu and well spiced food at a reasonable rate, and a great atmosphere. Im an Occ Doctor from out of town on my first, but not my last visit here. Maybe my new favorite restaurant. Nice but, not often when you can eat great food AND keep your immune system, testosterone and sidestep the cancer risk.

My first time in and I was immediately impressed with the bar layout and hots pots at each seat. I had a rice bowl with chicken which was very fresh. The servers were informative and helpful explaining all my choices. Its not an inexpensive chicken bowl .

The food here was delicious, service was fast, and our waitress was kind and helpful! Loved the ambiance as well. My husband and I got the vegan hotpot with miso broth, cold tofu, and thai tea boba with coconut cream. It was more than enough food, we were stuffed and couldnt finish all of our hotpot! Vegetables were fresh, broth was tasty, and brown rice was well prepared too. My only complaint is that I wish we had ordered the additional tofu add on for the hotpot because there was only two pieces and it was so tasty I wanted more! We will definitely back though so I have another chance :)

Great organic foods restaurant. They offer shabu shabu, salads, fresh made pure ice cream, and DELICIOUS organic coffee. And the staff is courteous and informative.Their bone broth is AMAZING! The host/server recommended adding garlic and some spice. OMG!!! That flavor was AAAAAAMAZING!They also have some of the BEST tasting water! HIGHLY recommend this place for clean eating!!!

The shabu / hot pot was fantastic. Several broth flavor options. You can get 6 or 8 pieces of chicken or beef. Endless veggies. If the tasty dipping sauce isnt spicy enough ask for a couple drops of the spicy stuff to rev up your dips. They have tap beer and i spotted sake. Lots of other menu items from chicken bowls to gelatto. And its all organic, if you care about that..

We came to this restaurant for lunch recently, and the service was excellent. It was a pretty slow day for them as there were only five people eating in the restaurant. So, the server was very attentive and awesome. I guess we are lucky it was slow because we didnt experience what the other people were saying about the service.The ambiance was okay. To be honest, it was a little dark inside and sad looking. They need to improve the look and feel of the restaurant. Its not too inviting.Food-wise, it was good. We had the shabu shabu. The serving size was huge, so the foods price was definitely worth it.I might try their other food next time as they serve ramen and pho too.

One of the few places serving fresh food in Anaheim Hills. Most of the place is bar seating as they need room for the mini stove hot pots. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and ice cream is delish. Would definitely come back.

We had the vegan hotpot with an order of spicy edamame and an extra bowl of udon. It came with four dipping sauces: pomegranate, sesame, ponzu and teriyaki (there were also sesame seed grinders and bottles of sesame oil at the table). The ponzu and sesame were our favorites.What we ordered was plenty for the two of us, and Id say it was pretty inexpensive for hotpot (it helps that we ordered all veggies). I ordered the steamed chicken bowl. It was absolutely bland, the menu said it would come with a variety of steamed veggies but the dish was literally just plain white rice with boiled shredded chicken on top. It had no seasoning at all, the sesame sauce was horrible. They charged $17 for a dish that was worth maybe $3 on a good day. Not going again. Would not recommend.

Less healthier and more expensive than it used to be. Also used to have great workers that explained specifically how the whole “hot pot” process worked and walked us through the whole thing. Used to simultaneously be the healthiest place we knew of with the most helpful servers. Now it’s mediocre. We moved out of CA and came here once since, but it may not be worth our old opinion that it was the best experience available in the area anymore especially for my wife who has very particular dietary restrictions. The workers were not helpful with regards to that whatsoever; at best, unclear.

They take no pride of appearance in clothing choices(guy behind the counter was in basketball shorts) nor of the place itself. Womans restroom was out of order. The kegorater didnt work so no draft beers. The door to the kitchen door was off the hinges. Its just signs of the place being mismanaged. You really have to question if there are this many things I can see that arent taken care of, whats happening in that kitchen.The food itself was ok but for that price point you expect it to be nicer than your local hole in the all.

Tried something new, I went for the chicken curry. Which I love at most places. It wasnt tasty at all.. Had kind of a funky taste. Same with the soup. The chicken had way too much connective tissue and knuckles. The Thai Iced Tea was great! Also its very pricey. The people there are very nice. I guess the old adage that if its healthy it wont taste good holds true.

I love this place. Many vegan selections for me and choices that my whole family loves, including our kids. The hotpots are fun but this time I had the vegan pho which was excellent. Id also recommend the tofu appetizer. The sauce was excellent and well balanced. I will be getting that again when I visit next.

I have special dietary restrictions and the staff were incredibly kind and thorough in helping me find items on the menu that work for my diet. The food was so incredible! All the vegetables were so fresh and sweet - you could tell that everything was sourced from local farms. The dressing options were so healthy, refreshing, and creative. They even had moringa tea! I left feeling so nurtured and nourished.

A great spot to eat with your non vegan friends. Options for both. The Thai iced coffee with coconut milk is divine. The pineapple mango popsicle is so fresh. And the vegan hot pot had so much variety of fresh veggies. This is a must try especially if you love vegan and organic eating. Lets not forget to mention the ambiance. Very pleasant and the music added a chill vibe.

Great place, would enjoy on a late night date. It has a bar vibe hence the date vibe. I enjoyed the poke bowl and was shocked that it came with miso soup. The miso soup was probably the best tasting soup I’ve ever had. The only down side that I had was the lack of fish and ingredients. My overall review would be great food, great date vibes, and fair price for the food.

Definitely recommend the Hot Pot! I tried a wrap before and it wasnt bad but just bland and not very filling. The sesame sauce that came with it didnt add much flavor at all. But I came back to give the hot pot a shot and it was MUCH more satisfying and flavorful. The staff is also very nice.

The noodles and beef were just the right amount and for those that have had fresh noodles before, this will definitely be high on your must eat again list.

I live in NC and i would think about it fairly often even after not going for over half a year! Really great service and servers are very helpful if you arent familiar to hotpot. I found the food to be very fresh and tasty. It is a bit on the pricier side but you get organic non-GMO food thats free of pesticides and hormones.I had the pleasure of speaking with Chef Saifon and it was a delight to hear about her journey. I would highly recommend ordering their veggie platter with your hotpot and mango shaved ice. Ive never eaten so many veggies in one sitting before!

We came well over an hour before closing, yet our waiter was constantly pestering us to put in our order ASAP because their chef wanted to close the kitchen down or something. Warning to vegans!! There vegan ramen is NOT vegan, the noodles are made with eggs. I’m not sure why they call it vegan ramen on the menu and don’t warn that it’s not actually vegan. It’s pretty irresponsible on the restaurants end to mislead customers especially for someone like me who is a very strict vegan. I had the vegan pho instead and it was just okay. It’s an Asian fusion place and the Asian food isn’t authentic and doesn’t taste genuine. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t good. Please update your menu and say vegetarian ramen instead of vegan ramen.

The menu in packed with organic, non-GMO and antibiotic free products (with vegan and vegetarian options too!). I tried one of their new Power Wraps today and I was tempted to buy 4 more to store in the fridge and have lunch for the rest of the week. The wrap was carefully and delicately prepared with organic vegetables and chicken and the best house made spicy sesame sauce Ive ever had. All it included in the price was vermicelli, Chinese cabbage, and another leaf veggie. Paid extra for a medium sized sliced beef plate. My meal was around $30, definitely not worth the price. The choices for the soup stock were kombu, miso, spicy miso, and Thai lemongrass. Not a true shabu shabu joint. My 6ft tall, 200lb boyfriend got a plate set, portion was small for him, for myself, it would have been just enough if I wasnt so hungry. Total bill for 2 people was over $55.00 :/ Overall, I dont plan to go back.

It baffles me how this place has anything above 2 stars.Being in a plaza with so many other choices, I always saw their sign and thought it was odd that a place offered so many different dishes - pho, hotpot, wraps, poke bowls, etc. That shouldve been my first sign to stay far away, as I can tell you they dont do any dish well. A clear case of quantity over quality.From the moment I walked into, it was dark, dreary, and had a very interesting set up. Bar seating with induction stovetops, which makes sense if youre getting hotpot I suppose. Chalk menus on both sides of the walls, with every option boldly labeled as ORGANIC as if that was their desperate battle cry.The prices are are 30-40% higher than they should be, and trust me, it has nothing to do with being organic. Im not exactly a healthy eater, but Ive had my fair share of organic dishes that have tasted wonderful. That is not the case at this establishment. The meat is suspect and its as if the chef thought seasoning was an unnecessary step.Bland, uninspiring curry and an insult to pho - something that was basically meat water with the strangest cuts of meat Ive seen. Rib eye? If thats rib eye, that must be the lowest grade cut available. The chicken curry is an insult to the entire region of Asia, as Ive never had this sorry excuse for unsalted, unspiced curry. Tiny portions for the prices.Here at True Seasons, the food just quite simply doesnt taste good. Dishes are bland, overpriced ($14 for a bowl of pho, $14 for chicken curry), and I guarantee youll be left wanting more food - just not from the restaurant.

I came here twice so far, and Im a fan! The first time I came with my friend. We got the spicy edamame, small organic grass fed chuck with miso broth, medium prime rib eye with mushroom broth, and mango snow shaved ice. The edamame was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of spiciness. The hotpot was great too. I loved my miso broth. It was like drinking a giant bowl of freshly made miso soup, but it wasnt really spicy. My friend enjoyed her mushroom broth. She said it was light with just the right amount of flavor. My friend and I loved everything we ordered. It doesnt seem like much at first, but once you cook everything, eat the noodles, and drink the soup youre stuffed! My friend even had enough food to take her leftover noodles and soup home. We finished off the meal with a mango shaved snow. It was smaller than I anticipated, but really good. It felt light, refreshing, and wasnt overly sweet.I loved my meal so much, I made my boyfriend come and eat dinner here a few days later. We had the organic vegetable hotpot with miso and a side of mushrooms, Medium choice chuck with spicy thai lemongrass broth, and 2 popsicles. My vegetable hotpot came with soooooo many vegetables. I got full before I even had a chance to cook my noodles. The server helped me cook my noodles and pack them up for leftovers. It was just as good the next day! My bf loved the spicy thai broth. He finished everything and was pretty full as well. I enjoyed the 3 different mushrooms I got in the mushroom side order, but it was a pretty small amount. The popsicles were good although I forgot what we had.Overall, I really like the food here. Some things were smaller than I thought they would be, but I never left hungry regardless. Yeah its more expensive than other hot pot places, but the quality is way above other hot pot places. If you care about the quality of food and dont mind paying more for it, this is the place for you. I really like the fact that they buy their vegetables locally and seasonally. Some people might not like that because the type of vegetables they get can change every time, but I kind of like it because it forces me to try vegetables that I wouldnt normally eat. Who would have known that I would like swiss chard? Definitely not me!

Great quality of meats, I have been spoiled by other similar restaurants that offer a vegi buffet that is self serve complete with a selection of sauces to choose from at your discretion. The main star is always the meat and here it was excellent. Service is fast and friendly and you enjoy a nice local atmosphere. A little expensive if you are coming for lunch or dinner but, you get what you pay for in quality not quantity!

Ordered the Salmon and was surprised to discover that I would be cooking it myself inside the bowls at the counter. With a little coaching from the waitress, the meal turned out delicious. Mushroom soup base is what Im always having here with a touch of chili oil. This soup broth with a combination of organic vegetables, choice ribeye and the wild caught scallops; yum! One lady was rude I think the owner. After waiting for 10 minutes and being told be right with you twice she said how many I said three she then went to clean a spot.
