We really enjoyed this place. We got the beef and chicken combo and 2 orders of dumplings. I liked the simplicity of the flavors in the meat, I thought it was well grilled and seasoned and not drowned in sauce-just what we were in the mood for during the cool evening. The dumplings had nice flavors and the accompanying sauce was delicious. Prices were very reasonable and the service was friendly.

The WORST waba grill experience I’ve EVER had, when I came inside of the building it literally smelled like a wet dog…. Almost like the smell of a grooming area in Petco…my girlfriend ordered a teriyaki bowl and she ended up throwing it away after ONE bite, she said it did NOT taste like waba grill at all. This experience ruined my waba grill cravings permanently

They were out of Spicy pork, yep the thing they’re advertising all over the place. And to make matters worse, the employee just blamed the supplier and didn’t offer to do anything to make things right. Not even an “apology” or a simple “yeah that sucks.” Basically I was told to comeback 2 hours later. Cool lol! Go to the highland store instead, it’s only one freeway exit away.

For the second time the food has bin on par and really enjoy it and is good. 5 ⭐. Fairly good customer service. I just dont understand why they are changing me to not put cabbage in my bowl. This is the second store that has done it. That to me doesnt make sense

We went couple days ago when they said they ran out of steak. So we end up getting chicken. Chicken tasted weird and the next day we all including my 2 toddlers had food poisoning. My husband said probably had to get rid of the old chicken thats why they said they didnt have steak and of course we all got sick. No fresh chicken here go somewhere else unless you want to get food poisoning

Went in this past Thurs 4/21 my wife is currently ill at and the only thing she likes is waba grill go figure. This had to be one of the best experiences Ive had at this location. The gentleman who helped me was very informative on the veggie steak option as my wife is vegan as well and sold me on trying a plate for myself as well. We normally just do tofu but I was able to sample the veggie steak and let me tell you my wife and I loved it.. this will be our go to waba from here on and my wife cant wait to get out the hospital and go dine in thank you guys!!!

Went today about 5pm and got the rudest cashier. No hello, no thank you for coming, no how can I help you. Just an irritated expression on her face the while time. She looked bothered that we were there. Pretty rude treatment. We wont be going back here for a while**Update**A rep responded here and asked that I contact them so I thought something might be done. So I contact them within a day, then they responded and said they would reach out to me with a response on my experience. But here I am months later and no response. Can I take away the one star I gave them?

I had an amazing experience yesterday. I believe her name was brooke, she was absolutely wonderful! She guided me through the menu and recommended some options, I ended up picking one of them and I really liked it. She was kind when helping me and didn’t get annoyed like people usually do. All together it was the best customer service I have seen in awhile.

I love this place and location. My name is Sharol and I go in atleast once a week for my salmon veggie bowl no sauce ( and to see the guy with the tattoos 😅 ) any who my last visit in was on 4/22 and I decided to change it up.. im gluten free so it kinda sucks I cant enjoy all the different sauces they provide but the guy with the tattoos 😅 🙃 was able to help me out with sauces that were non wheat... dreamy lol... I ended up getting a sweet and tangy chicken bowl all veggies no rice and it was sooooo delicious I now have another go to item thank u guys your the best and Ill be back in tomorrow morning

Yoooooo love this waba I live in loma Linda but prefer coming over here... not only can I shop around but my steak vegetable bowl always tastes so much better at this location. Came in Saturday morning with the fam and same guy I see everytime I come always hooks it up. That dudes work ethic is insane lol from my wife the kids and I keep up the good work yall

The whole place was filthy. Every table was dirty. We had to wait 5 minutes for them to wipe down a table for us. When I asked if they had hot tea, the guy at the register said I dont know, I dont drink tea. He then handed us a cup for a fountain drink with his fingers inside the cup.10 minutes after eating, Im concerned the food is going to make me sick. I dont feel so good. A dirty, mismanaged place. Dont eat here, unless you are into diarrhea.

I submitted an order at 8:30pm they close time is at 9:00pm, but when I arrived they told me that they Usually do not received orders after 8:30pm, if that is the case the closing time should. Be displayed at 8:30pm not 9:00pm. I expect the refund promptly, because I was charged. Dani said the manager would call me and refund me.

I love coming to this Waba Grill. The staff are always friendly. Fran and Carolyn are amazing! No matter how busy it is, they are always helpful, positive and give great customer service. This is my go to spot for something healthy.

Beware when online ordering - I ordered online today as the website states they open at 10am. I get a call from the manager stating that i had to change the order cause they open at 11am today. I advised of the website and advised how was i supposed to know that. He said that instead of fixing the website they left it as it is as its hard to change. So I asked him to go ahead and changed my delivery from 10:30am to 11:30am, which he said he did (mind you im at work and this is supposed to be ready by my lunch hr). Later when its 11:30am i get a call from one of the employees stating that i have to reorder the order since instead of changing the time they just cancelled the order and i would need to go pick it up. I cancelled the order instead and now i have to wait for the money to be placed back on my credit card. Never online ordering from here again.

Healthy, tasty, and fast! The variety of tofu, fish, chicken and beef never gets old. Skip the rice and go extra veggies if youre wanting to cut the calories even more! Rarely do I come here and leave unsatisfied.

My only problem with this place was one of the workers. The food was very good and so were all the other workers. Then there was Nadine. She was so rude to me and to the customer in front of me. I understand sometimes youre tired from your job but when someone asks you a question, at least try to roll your eyes when theyre not looking and pretend you care about the question.

The place itself is nice and clean. However, the food was mediocre to say the least. Chicken was overcooked and stale tasting (rubbery) and the veggies were completely bland. Maybe it was an off day, who knows?

Placed an order for two salmon veggie and rice bowls when I got home I realized they forgot to put the rice in them. I tried calling various times and no answer or it would give me a busy dial tone. Very disappointed and pretty annoyed.

Cant go wrong with Waba Grill if you need your food to be fast and not terribly unhealthy. Reminds me of Flame Broiler except they have salmon. I normally order the salmon veggie bowl with brown rice and it never disappoints.

My boys love waba so when we seen this one on Saturday they were super happy. Walked into a clean and wonderful smelling environment. Place was busy but no one one in li e so we walked up to order. This is where it went wrong. You need friendlier less rushed workers. Thanks

Really disappointed in this location! Every time I come here the employees are very un friendly and not helpful. The chicken is for sure hit or miss here! But really turned off by the people that work here. And it’s not just this one time it’s every time I come in the employees seem like they are all stoned or really slow.
