Ive had bad experiences with Waba. They never get my order right, so I wouldnt pick to eat Waba Grill. My brother loves the food and its what he wanted for lunch, so I stopped by. This Waba, in particular, got my order right and I was highly satisfied with my food. Thank you guys for giving me a better experience!

DO NOT go to this location Foothill/Milliken. Avocado was black & tasted rotten, carrots were rotten, and food tasted old. Got a combo of beef/chicken and everything was cold, beef tasted like beef jerky GROSS 🤮.. Unfriendly female employee, didn’t even say hello or thank me, no smile, seems like she was having a very bad day, no customer service skills whatsoever, no manager on site or even when I called to complain. Now, I understand why it’s always empty, not one customer when I have visited. Keep your receipt call and complain.! They should give you a full refund. Please take photos, they may ask. Felt sick after this visit! I’m surprised they’re not shut down! WOW.. I will never visit again!!!! 🤬(visited 7/2/23)

I love WaBa Grill their tofu, rice, and veggie bowl is great, BUT do not go to the one on Sierra in Fontana. They do not know how to cook tofu, and the employees are horrible. They look upset. I ordered one night, called them because they burned my tofu😏 and the employee said to go the next day, so I did. When I arrived the manager made a strange face as if I were lying, BUT then he made the tofu and also burned the heck out if it. I told him he burned it again and he looked upset. Never apologized for the inconvenience, so at that point I asked for a refund and just told him that they didnt know how to cook tofu SMH who eats burnt tofu?!

Meat tasted old and stale, food was barely warm, not made fresh per order as displayed. Ordered two bowls beef and chicken rice and veggies. $25 wasted, They just lost a customer.

Fabulous choices at Waba Grill, I tried the Sweet n Spicy Chicken Combo, choice of protein/rice bowl, side dish several to choose from, I tried the loaded chicken miso soup, fountain drink included. Price is very reasonable. Food fresh, hot, ice cold drink.

Good place for a quick dinner when you want to get a good serving of veggies for the family. Pick up, and have dinner at home. The quantity of sauce they put on meat varies, sometimes its okay and sometimes it is drenched(okay, it only happened once). So I just ask for easy sauce. People have been friendly every time I go. It really is at least a 3 time a month stop for us, when I just dont want to make dinner and think its time for Veggies. 😉——————-Edit.. it’s been a couple years since last review and they opened a waba closer to my house on Day Creek... we still make the drive here. The Day creek store just isn’t as nice and accommodating. At this store... even the new team members are nice. Keep up the great work 🙌♥️

I came in just to get a side order of the delicious steak, plus free dumplings for doing the survey on a previous receipt. The food was ready in just a couple minutes! The whole trip was quick and easy, the food was great, and I got another survey on the receipt to get more free dumplings next time.Only reason its rated 4 is because last time a friend got takeout for us and the restaurant didnt include the extra veggies that he paid for.

This restaurant is one of the most friendliest, cleanest, and tastiest spots in town! They always have clean tables and floors. The food they serve has an outstanding taste. The workers are so kind and friendly to each and every one of their customers that walk through their door. Laura, the manager, is doing a magnificent job at keeping the restaurant the best it can be. I respect her and her team for their hard work and dedication to satisfy their customers. Their whole team made me feel extremely welcomed. I look forward to the next time I go there.

Store employees often do NOT care to get your order correct. Had to complain several times and now they get it right about 90% of the time. Was trying hard to accept that I cant get what I pay for but todays lack of accountability was appalling and the final straw.There are signs in the window stating a mask is required due to COVID. However, none of the employees were enforcing the rule. The cashier attempted to tell me she was not aware of the rule even though she must past the sign on the front window every time she comes to work. All of the staff were wearing mask from behind plastic counter shielding. So as a customer, I should be subjected to adverse conditions just to get a chicken bowl that is made to my liking only 90% of the time. Additionally, if employees here lack the moral obligations and accountability to follow health standards and best practices, what else do they treat with such lack of care. Food drops on the floor, oh well. Expired chicken, no prob as long as customers dont know. Clean the counter and in general keep to required health codes, please - who would know. Simply put, employees here cannot be trusted to what is right morally, ethically and (most important) legal.

Date of incident: 02/02/19.Time of incident: Between 2.30pm and 3.45pm.Very poor customer service. I ordered the lunch meal of 2 Brown Rice Chicken Bowls for me as it rained outside. I used very friendly voice tone with a smile on my face but the lady attendant was looking and talking mean all the time. She even sarcastically repeated some of my own statements that I used to describe my order. I paid her and then proceeded to get my cutlery. When they finished preparing the food, she just rudely pushed the food to the end of her desk without calling or announcing that my food was ready. Then I walked over to ask her if that was my food and she said yes with a weird look on her face. I picked up the food and left the restaurant. As I got home, I threw the food into the trash can because my mom always advised me to never eat from anyone whose facial demeanor was questionable.

I purchased a salmon bowl from this location and it made me very ill. I informed Christine of the spoiled food and she was very accommodating and helpful; however, the manager (not sure of his name) was RUDE AND CALLOUS. He behaved as if I was wrong for informing him that his business was selling rotten salmon. I will NEVER purchase food from this location again!!

I was looking for something to eat late one night and came across WaBa Grill. I should have turned around and left the moment I walked into the restaurant. It smelled as though someone had mopped the restaurant with a dirty mop. I expected to get drive though quality and it didnt compare to even that. The bowl lacked sauce, veggies had no flavor, and the steak was mushy. Yes, mushy. People shouldnt pay for that low quality of food.

Tasty food that is also good for you. I wish the avocado was not extra but it is. Also if you just want all broccoli instead of mixed vegetables that is extra as well. I may just have to go to the store to buy my own to make, but in the meantime waba grill is the place to go.

Never fails to get my simple order wrong every time. Dry chicken. If you order white meat chicken you will get regular non-white meat, I’d you order brown rice you’ll get all white rice
